I would NOT take my car there, EVER AGAIN! Especially after going here for 14 years!! Bought my car…read morewith cash, 2nd owner, salvage title bc Ins. "Totalled" it After small accident, REAR SIDE PANEL ONLY. NO DENTS, SCRATCHES OR LEAKS(PIN HOLE RADIATIR LEAK FIXED) During oil change had a weird incident, they over looked, I tried too but AFTER MY VISIT, LEAKING OIL, threw EngineCodes, crappy gas mileage, crappy performance. After taking it back 3 times and a claim entered. After 3 way telephone conversation,them stating I need to prove that it has code issues. Ran codes, printed and emailed back to them ...No call, no show, no more emails! Now, I find out that there are missing/leaky lifters and filters all to go with oil pressure related issues that Valvoline damaged my engine and won't admit TO fault AFTER BEING A LONG LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF 14 YEARS, IN LIBERTY FOR 28 YEARS, this is what I get....A car repair up to $3k when I bought a PERFECT RUNNING TRUCK THAT WAS DONE BY INCOMPETENT ROOKIE WORKER, WHO HAPPEN TO HAVE BEEN FIRED A WEEK OR 2 AFTER MY OIL Change and before I brought my car back the first time..(took witness) oh and I told the Mgr to go look at the video/audio of the oil change in question bc I pretty much yell WTF and there was panic in the kids eye in my window telling me turn it off turn it off!!!! And a huge knock!! Like there was a tool stuck in it or dry sounding.... One thing wrong, they forgot to put oil in it , then asked me to start it with no oil in the engine, SOUNDED HORRIBLE WHEN I STARTED IT!! JUST DONT GO TO ANY VALVOLINES!!

This dealership has been a nightmare to work with from start to finish. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM…read moreANDREW! I bought a slightly used Bronco from them 3 months ago. After going home to think about it and then letting the salesman Andrew know on the phone that I'd like to purchase it, he told me I didn't need to drive up that night: that all I needed to do was fill out a form, but that they'd hold the car for me until the next day. Double checked and said I can put a payment down over the phone, drive up there that night, do whatever it took to make sure the car was on hold for me. He and his manager assured me the keys would be in his desk and no one would touch it. I then received a message that there were others who had come in to test drive it and another couple was getting ready to buy it!! I ended up getting it, but Andrew said "he was shocked I was able to purchase it". Like, are you serious?? When purchasing it, I told Andrew what I was willing to pay per month on payments, he went and crunched numbers with his manager, he came back and said "congrats, you got yourself a new car!!" I went to sign the paperwork and the payment was over $50 more a month than I agreed to. He tried to hose me by lying and saying they got it to where I wanted. Once we finally agreed on a number, I had them write into the contract that the sunroof needed to be replaced by them for free whenever they got the part in. Andrew lied to me for TWO MONTHS! First he kept telling me different dates the part would arrive, then he said it hadn't even shipped and was on back order, then he said it was a custom made part, then it was "out of stock"...he kept lying to cover himself. He even accused me of blocking his phone number when I had ZERO reason to bc I wanted my dang car fixed! I finally looked up the part myself and told him it was readily available on MULTIPLE websites, and magically the part was ordered and shipped. I took it in over a week ago by appointment to be replaced and was told it would be a quick fix. So I drove an hour up to the dealership, got a rental to doink around town for the afternoon, and went back to the dealership. They said they "they didn't have time to get to it, and couldn't get to it for 5 more days". 5 days rolls around, and they told me the part was damaged (it had a very very small paint chip on the corner that wasn't noticeable), and that it would take 2 weeks to get a new one. They had already taken the old piece off and wouldn't put it back in, so they basically had my car held hostage for the next few weeks?! I demanded that the damaged piece be put in so I could be done with their establishment. I got my car back finally, and the trunk was trashed full of the old rubber and parts they replaced. This dealership could not be full of any more liars if they tried, and Andrew is a clown and a shady salesman. I will never do business with them again
