So I come in with my two sons to order a pizza and a calzone. I was told 20 minutes for my order that was not even close at 30 minutes I asked and finally got my food at 40 minutes. No one said can we get your kids a glass of water or a Soda can we deliver it for you considering are mistake. THEN of course because I had to wait so long they gave me an undercooked calzone "cold inside" and the pizza was also not completely cooked. I had to go home heat up my oven and wait 20-30 minutes more to finish cooking the pizza. I called to tell them that all of this happened and was told a manager would call me back. The pizza taste like cheap supermarket frozen pizza and the wings were small and the sauce did not stick. This place is awful.

Our go-to pizza joints in the area! Very willing to accommodate our requests of crisping our pepperoni and using light sauce on our pies.. sometimes we just stop by for a slice after mma classes with the fam. Worst pizza ever ! Cardboard texture and taste crust ! Hard crust , had to throw 3/4 of our pizza it was disgusting. We have lived just down the street from this restaurant for three years. We have eaten in and had delivery a number of times. The food is okay, the prices are very high, and the service is the worst I have ever seen. We ate there today for lunch. After ordering they brought out my wife and son's pizza and informed me that they forgot to charge me for the toppings on my pizza. They were not going to bring the pizza until I paid. I gave the girl more than what she asked for just to have her come back for more money. When I said I no longer wanted the pizza she said they had already cooked it and refused to take it. She did eventually bring me the slice. While we were eating there as a lady that had come in to place an order. She asked how long it was going take and was told 10-15 minutes. After returning in the quoted amount of time she was told it would be another 15 minutes. Clearly they had not started her order. When she asked for her money back she was told "we had already cooked it, what do you want us to do with it?" This has been typical of my experiences with this business over the past three years. I keep going back in hopes they have change. However, I will never go back again. Do your self a favor and patronize the other pizza places close by. read more

Came in from Miami and I loved the environment. Very family friendly. Only thing I didn't like was employees aren't trained on communication and time it took for the desert. I only tried the thin crust and Sicilian pizzas here so I can't comment on their pastas or salads, but the pizzas were delicious. I'm not usually a fan of deep dish pizza, but Sicilian-style is so light and airy compared to the denseness of Chicago-style deep dish, so I actually liked it! The thin crust white pizza was also great, New York style indeed (lived up thataway for a couple years). Prices seemed reasonable to me, but I'm not from the area so I can't compare to other places nearby so maybe they are just what I'm used to seeing where I live. read more

This place has good pizza. Courteous staff, fresh ingredients, quick service. Convenient location. We ordered a cheese pie extra crispy and it was delicious. They're a bit pricey but it's Windermere, so that's expected. But definitely worth it if you like homemade pie. We will definitely visit again. read more

Having moved from Metro Atlanta to WInter Garden this past summer we have been on the hunt for local restaurants to call "our spots". And Stromboli's in one of them. Best Pizza we've had in Florida and better than anything we had in our area of Atlanta (NW burbs). Definitely a New York style pizza and we've always been pleased when trying other items off the menu - especially the calzones. We live right around the corner from Stromboli's. We usually order delivery ($3.00 delivery fee) but have been in to pick up a couple times. Small, quaint and friendly atmosphere. Delivery is fast and drivers are polite. Would definitely recommend Stromboli's to a friend! Be sure to try the meatball parm hero!!!! read more

I lived in the NJ/NY area for 27 years and I can tell this is authentic. I saw some reviews that talk about over cooked, under cooked, etc. Just order right and you won't have problems. We order every Tuesday from them for the last two years and they are great. Sauce and cheese are of good quality. Pizza is ok. Tonight they messed up my order... called at 5:30pm, I arrived at 5:50pm (they said 20 minutes) and then I waited 30 more minutes. I think they gave my stuff to someone else. Then cooked more and that too went to someone else. In situations like this, they should know that they didn't provide timely or good service. A simple "sorry" or maybe something else would make the customer feel better. Mistakes will happen, but they need to be more attentive. Instead, I left very unhappy. RUDE! I USED to frequent Stromboli's a lot, but not after what happened in the parking lot the other evening. The restaurant is located in a plaza with several other businesses, including a large grocery store (Publix). I live in the area but was caught in traffic and had a phone meeting with a client scheduled. I pulled into the plaza parking lot to make the call, rather than driving while talking on my cell phone. I parked in the parking lot (which I have done many times before since I buy my groceries and other services there) and started my call. In the middle of my call with my client, the delivery driver from Stromboli's came to my car and interrupted my call to ask me what I was doing there. (In a public parking lot where there are multiple businesses). I told him that obviously I was talking on the phone. He was very rude. I kept speaking with my client and did not move. After a few minutes, the Stromboli's employee came back and interrupted my call again to ask me what I was doing. I was holding the phone to my ear, so it was obvious that I was speaking on the phone. This time (with my client listening) he told me to leave. "People don't just sit in their cars and make phone calls. Leave!" Again I reiterated to him that it was a public parking lot that serviced multiple businesses. "GO HOME" he yelled at me ... while I was on the phone. My client was astonished at his behavior. Then he threatened to call the police ... to which I told him to go ahead because I am certain that sitting in your car in a parking lot is not against the law. He sped off in his car. I finished my call, no police showed up ... then I went home. If this is the caliber of individual that Stromboli's thinks should be part of it's "team" then I am pretty sure I don't want to see what they are doing in the kitchen. Note: I have lived in the area for almost 20 years, own a professional services business, and drive a nice high end SUV. There was nothing about my vehicle or appearance that caused his extreme reaction. read more

6:30p on a Thursday came in with my 2 year old. Ordered sub, kids raviolis, and garlic bread. Sub and raviolis came and after about 10 minutes I asked for the garlic bread. Two girls behind counter looked bewildered and said "ok". 10 more minutes goes by and my kid starts getting fussy so I go to counter and say I'll just take the bread to go. Still no apology, no this is what happened, no anything except an "Ok". Meanwhile I bring the bowl of raviolis up to counter and ask if I can have this put in a to go box. She proceeds to take the bowl and toss it in the trash!!! 8 out of 10 raviolis thrown away that was going to kids lunch tomorrow! When I asked her if she just threw it away she said "yeh". Again no apology or anything. Just two girls staring at each other at the counter. This is where it gets me; I summarized my experience with them "no garlic bread which was paid for, no explanation as to what happened, threw away 8 raviolis, and I can't even get an apology". They literally just stared forward for about 10 seconds and I just laughed and said "still not even an apology?" One muddles "I'm sorry" while the other just continues to stare. I can deal with mistakes; those are made up for in hustle, smiles, good attitude, and customer service. I've never experienced such a lack of service or recovery effort ever! All in all $24.50 for a Italian sub, 2 raviolis, and some garlic bread that got cold and hard in the car ride home. read more

Honestly this place is a joke. The hired help at the counter leaves you wanting to head across the street to subway. And when the owner is blatantly sitting in the front eating his lunch or playing in his phone on a regular basis and not once have I been thanked for my patronage. They've refused to put hot sauce on a sub for me, refused to make me a turkey and ham sub, refused to add mayo to my subs and lately the slices have been very dry.
