He could have said what the last guy did, that I need it replaced, but he didn't. He said I still can repair what's there. Not only did I not feel ripped off, they had enough material on the trucks to do the job right there and they did it. From phone call to completion of cementing and coating my roof, took about 4-5hrs. Couldn't have been smoother. All questions answered.
