I arrive promptly and there is only one individual working, so I wait for 20 minutes. I'm happy to do so. Then someone comes in around 10am, I ask when the individual who I had an appointment with would arrive and she said that that's her, but she was going to take care of (I'm assuming) some walk ins who were already there. She said the other individual was just finishing up with someone and would come attend me. I said that was okay and I waited again. The other individual comes up and he says he will be about 10 minutes more to finish someone else's nails. I waited an extra 20 minutes, was still not done nor did he come by to give an updated time. I ultimately decided to just walk out. I wish I had a better experience.

They had a lot of colors, and they were able to get us in right away. It was just a husband and wife working, so when two young ladies came in they did have to wait a few minutes but they were very friendly and nice about everything. My mom had a smush in her big toe from out recent pedis and they helped her find a similar color and fix it. If we weren't passing through, I definitely would've gone back. Our nails lasted almost 3 weeks, so that on top of their customer service is everything I'd ask for! Except maybe more people working in case it gets busy/you're not prepared to wait in case!

Both did an awesome job. (The last place I went said they knew how to do dip, but clearly did not...) MK is small and a little run-down, but it's the first place I've ever gone that doesn't feel like a factory trying to get as many people in and out as quickly as possible. Jen quickly came to my rescue and took me as a walk-in. I'm picky about nail shape, and she frequently checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. But there is so much more satisfaction in knowing that your massage therapist understands your focus areas and intends to work on those above all other areas. My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage at Enrich Spa, and their quality of massage is the same as that of a high-end massage spa from luxury hotels or that from SeaHills Spa at the Cavalier Hotel in VB, if you've ever been there. Enrich Spa just earned themselves a longtime customer. Conni did an absolute incredible job in massaging my problem areas and I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and painless compared to when i walked in. I wish they would allow 2-hour massage services since that is usually what I opt for in all massage places I go to. 60 mins just doesn't do it for me. Their longest is 90-min sessions, which is adequate, but 120 mins would be 'chef's kiss'. If you need a REALLY GOOD deep tissue massage, book Conni. She specializes in deep tissue. I'll most definitely be scheduling for more in the future as my routine weekly treat for myself.
