For one round Vegan Supreme pizza and one El Segundo Brewing Co. beer plus tip I spent about $50. The non vegans in my party bought pizza by the slice and paid about $13 for two slices. My pizza was good! But I didn't think it was great. The pizza had 8 extra lage slices and easily would have fed 4-5 people. So like I said, come here planning to split with others if you're a vegan, but if you're just here individually I don't think they ever sell vegan pizza by the slice. Even if there was one day that they did sell vegan pizza by the slice I could see myself giving this place 4 stars, since it's also really close to the beach which is a good location. Service was fast and seemed like cool people. The interior was comfortable and felt familial/community driven.

This was one of the best pizza-related choices I've made in Southern California. Parking is a little tough...I ended up parking a few blocks away on a main street, which was fine, but didn't notice there was a public parking structure available closer behind a building across the street. The place was crowded and lively on the early Saturday evening I was there. That's a great sign...I was just getting a slice to go, but overheard the host telling people it would only be 10-15 minutes for a table. I had a classic cheese slice. (My litmus test for NY pizza at a new location.) It was FANTASTIC. Easily among the very best crusts I've had on the west coast...super thin and crispy...exactly as it should be. The balance of sauce and cheese was also perfect. Too many pie shops seem to treat sauce as an afterthought...too thin a layer, almost not tastable. But not here...it was perfect...the right amount of everything. There are other really delectable looking pizza options, even for vegetarians like me, including a fascinating "Cacio E Pepe" and a Margherita. (I also saw one which looked all sauce like a tomato pie, which looked really good. (Plus other options like Fried Brussels Sprouts or Fried Cauliflower...cheese bread, and salads. The beer menu, as one would expect with "pint" in the name, is extensive with lots on tap and "guest" brewery selections. Lots of wines to choose from as well. Slice and Pint may be local to El Segundo (lucky El Segundonians!) But my experience with this one slice is that it would be worth the drive from anywhere in SoCal to eat here...If you love NYC-style thin slices...like real legitimate ones...charge up the car and get yourself there.

I completely understand restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, especially in a loud environment, but the attitude felt unnecessary over a simple misunderstanding. We ended up leaving and went to Japonica around the corner instead, where the service was much friendlier.

Ready to go all in on the Jeepney (out of curiosity. I've never actually been to the Philippines, so wouldn't have been able to judge). Bartender says, "um. We're pretty low on food" and proceeds to cover the entire bottom half of the menu (which is the pizza), leaving only the bar bites as available. So: heated up frozen pretzel was solid. And hot when delivered. The beer was tasty. Could prob warrant a fourth star for the space. But since I walked almost two miles for the pizza, and now have to solve separately for dinner, pretty disappointed. So was gonna do three stars. But Todd (the bartender) was super nice at the end, gave me the back story (busy weekend = no pizza), so redeemed the fourth star. Will prob go back to try the pizza. Just not on a Tuesday.

The scallops were seared perfectly with great texture. The Braised Short Rib Lumache was also delicious, although the beef was a little richer than I personally prefer. We also had the Roasted Salmon with fregola and broccolini, which was cooked well and nicely balanced. Our server was amazing--attentive, helpful, and provided great service throughout the night. Overall, it was a great celebration dinner and an excellent first experience at North Italia. I'd definitely come back.

She warned me that it could make the dough soggier, but I accepted that risk, ordered it that way, and the pizza came out perfect. I returned about two weeks later and ordered it exactly the same way. A newer employee told me he had been instructed never to make a deep dish with that sauce because it could affect the dough. I explained that another employee specifically told me to order it this way and that I had already tried it and loved it. I was willing to pay for it and completely accepted the risk, but he still refused to make it. I don't blame the employee because he made it clear that he was new and was simply following the instructions he had been given. My issue is with the inconsistency and how the situation was handled. I ended up leaving with nothing because they refused to make an order they had made for me just two weeks earlier. The pizza itself is great, but this was a very disappointing customer service experience. I have never been to any establishment in my life and been turned away because they couldn't make a very minor adjustment to a food order that I had already previously ordered there.

It's an unassuming spot in a corner of a strip center that you could easily miss. It's the cutest space with indoor and patio seating as well as a few bar spots, good for solo dining. We started with the meatballs and Caesar salad. The meatballs had a crisp sear outside that gave way to a soft inside. So good with the tomato sauce and arugula. The Caesar had a touch of spiciness and was dressed with toasted bread crumbs, a nice touch. I had the bolognese. It was tender and meaty and the pasta had the right amount of bite. This was even great leftover the next day. The Meyer lemon pie was the perfect closer. DineLA was the right call to bring me in to to try this gem of a spot.

I found myself starvin-marvin when driving through El Segundo this past weekend when I noticed Stuft-Pizza. I like pizza and stuffed pizza sounds pretty good to me, let's give it a try! Probably the thickest pizza that I've ever had, seriously. I'm a big fan over a lot of crust over thin crust pizzas, I think you get more flavor and more of your money's worth. They had a ton of unique pizzas to choose from but I was in a hurry and after I let the girl at the front know this she said it would take longer if I were to get any of their specialty pizzas with more toppings and ingredients due to cooking and prep time. This was a bummer so I just went with a pepperoni pizza. Still very good but I was bummed I didn't get to try something new. Oh well, that gives me more reason to return! read more

The 4 slices were in 4 individual paper plates. So I had to carry 4 pizza slices back back to table with 2 hands. So I did 2 at a time. I wonder why they didnt put all 4 slices on a single tray or all four plates on a single tray???? 1 star taken away for that. We ate in restaurant and sat by window facing Sepulveda Blvd, while Word Cup 2026 was blaring on one of the TV screens inside. Pizza was good. Angeleno pizza was really good. Ex gf got full off 1 slice of her pizza. So I asked for container. He showed me where the personal pan pizza boxes were. I grabbed one and out her slide in it.

Anywho for me the dough is bomb! The crust is soft instead of a brick. The toppings...they just make a great slice of pizza. There are pies there too but I never need that much pizza. Regulars come in which is cool. And if the fire department eats somewhere I'm like 80% sure it's good. So rest at ease they have been spotted here. Staff are very chill. Real people. which is VERY appreciated. and that plus the posters and radio station are what make it give it a cool East coast vibe. I'm so excited to try their calzones and ask for goat cheese cause my migraines are ok with dairy from that species for some reason. It might cost extra but I love calzones! And they have desert cakes etc as well which look delicious but I've never had them. But one of my FAVORITES is simply looking at the western action sports etc poster in the ceiling and walls. I love being cozy and warm so I enjoy sitting inside. However, if you run hot sit outside. There isn't much seating but most of the really good pizza places I've been too have minimal seating anyways. I figure, they're focused on the food, "I mean come on, whatta' we talking' about here?
