The slaw uses their Bianca Sauce as the dressing and that Bianca sauce is the best Alabama style white sauces I've had in the St. Louis area. The brisket wasn't just over trimmed dry flat cut. It was lightly trimmed so retained some perfectly rendered fat and was the epitome of 'the tenderness'.
