I'm not usually one to buy streetwear or wait in super long lines to do so, but I just had to cop the Stussy Honolulu shirt. It's a cool piece of clothing and it helps that it doubles as a souvenir from Hawaii. The line, as expected, was super long. Stuff gets restocked everyday, but you never really know what you're going to get. My advice would be to get there before they open. My brother and I got in line at 9:30 AN, (half an hour before they opened), and the line was already wrapped around the store. When we passed by at 8:30 AM, the line wasn't as long. I'd say if you make it there by 8:30, you'll probably get a good spot. However, if you want to play it EXTREMELY safe, you can be like some people and get there at 5:30 AM. We were able to snag a coupe of the Stussy Honolulu shirts, and I picked up a slick camo SnapBack as well. The prices for the shirts aren't as bad as I was expecting, coming in at $45 per shirt. I've been to the Stussy Honolulu store several times, and it's always been a great experience. I've heard of people having to wait in line for hours and not being able to find what they're looking for, but that's never been my experience. I just stopped by yesterday evening and there was no line! It was a Friday night, so even though it was pretty busy (at least 20 people inside), the staff was quick, helpful, and willing to bring out different styles, colors, and sizes to try on. Ok here's the deal- if you're not willing to get in line super early and wait patiently, don't expect to guarantee snag the Honolulu merch that everyone wants. There is a line every single morning, might as well be one of the first and get it over with the right way. Want an efficient plan? My advice is get in line at 7am, and you will most likely be one of the first ten customers in line. They open at 10am, so you will have a few hours to kill. Bring a little chair or a mat and a book to pass the time. I got there at 7:10am, was 11th in line, brought my computer and a chair and got a ton of work done in three hours while I was waiting. I was in the store shopping at 10:05am, got the three pieces I wanted, and was back in my car at 10:20am. They also validate and have a super convenient parking lot in the Royal Hawaiian. The alternative (which most people seem to do) is you stand in line later (even 8am I think is too late), have to wait much longer to get into the store to shop, and may miss out on snagging your Honolulu pieces all together. Just go at 7am if you want the merch and most seamless process. If you're on vacation, wouldn't you rather get up at 6am and waste a few hours super early rather than stand in line until 12 noon, just to be told "Im sorry we don't have your size anymore"? I live here but I was thinking about that as I left the store and saw all the visitors lining up, at least 100 people deep at that point. Another tip to make sure you don't stand in line for nothing is to CALL the day before. I heard that on some occasions don't get the HNL product restocked every morning, for instance if they run out in their warehouse. If you call the day before they will let you know exactly what they are getting in the next morning. Service wise, they exceeded my expectations for sure. This store will actually answer their phone (I called them three times the day before with some questions) and once I got into the store, the guy who helped me was incredibly kind and helpful. It's a calm shopping experience once you're in since they limit the amount of people inside. Also the hoodies and zip ups are definitely more expensive than I expected them to be- but it is what it is. I believe my zip up was $140 and pullover was $130. I know this all seems a little nuts for some merch, but this is the no stress way. read more

But it seems as if everyone like to come get the Stussy Honolulu t-shirt, which was surprisingly not too overmarked in price. Everything is nicely organized and displayed. I've been to O'ahu multiple times, but I've never visited the Stüssy store before. I went to go check out what they had, and the first things I noticed was the clean and modern aesthetic. I think it's cool how they don't put all of their stock out, just their designs to give a minimalist feel to the store. I later came back that day to ask about their stock, specifically about the exclusive chapter store merch. I learned that they sell out around 11-12 o'clock and that I could guarantee getting the exclusive merch. The exclusive merch is the same price as the regular version of their items. I came back a few times before actually waiting about 4 hours. They said they were out of the older designs, and the next day, I lined up at about 6:00, and I was about 25th in line, which guaranteed that I'd be able to get some merch. When I got into the store, I instantly asked for the chapter store merch, and the staff members were friendly and quick getting the things I asked for, unlike some reviews that said otherwise. I thought that $45 is kinda pricy for a just decent quality tee shirt, but I thought it was ok, because the design is really cool. In addition, kudos to this employee who remembered what I asked for a day prior and told me it was in stock, and gave it to me. A lot of people seem confused on how to get the exclusive merch, so here's some I learned from my trips there. 1. Get there around 6, and the line is at the back of the store, near the Sheraton. If you don't know where that is, look at the directory in front of the store. 2. Ask beforehand to check if they are getting the merch that you want (Go visit the store the night before, call them, etc...) 3. Don't go with too many people because after you're done with the first line, the 15 people in the front of the line get transferred to another line in front of the store (Your whole party might not get in together) 4. The limit for Honolulu chapter store merch is 3 per person, and I recommend waiting with multiple people so you can get more merch 5. The sales person told me that as long as you line up before the elevator you're likely to get what you want. Anything passed the elevator and you're too late. With that in mind, save yourself time if you can't get there by 6:30. Bring a friend to buy you island vintage while you wait. Bring a chair as the floor gets cold. store was great! id been to hawaii before but my first time being in oahu. got there early as my friend had recommended, at about 6:30. i was 30th in line and wanted to bag a honolulu exclusive shirt! i went on a tuesday and i heard that the line wasnt as severe as it was the previous day. the weather was sunny and humid (expected as its hawaii) so i recommend bringing a seat or blanket to sit on and tag team with one of your friends or family members. they hand out cards with numbers that indicate your place in line. ended up getting the shirt in wanted size and color. staff were accommodating and extremely kind. you had to ask them for the size and color of all items. shirts were $45 and hoodies were $130. overall, an extremely nice and pleasant experience. would recommend for all stussy fans. read more

Great and trending again! Finally Stussy has made its way back especially with the Honolulu location having a nice Hawaii touch to everything. The parking is in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping center or if you're lucky to find street parking. It gets busy when new shipments come to the store, the busyness comes in waves so going at random times benefit the most. The line moves pretty fast and there is a good amount of stock in the store when shipments come. Call ahead since shipments will be random sometimes once a week or in a couple months, all dependent on when they get shipments. The staff is super friendly and helpful to help you find your size and colors. They do not rush you and are efficient at the same time.
