I was hoping for beige highlights and got bright blonde. I asked for a refund and was only offered a "fix it at no cost". I declined. Intervention: Reached out to Vance who did my hair in the past. Don't ask me why I just didn't come back. Vance was able to see me pretty quick and did an AMAZING job!! He gave me beige highlights and darkened the base which I just love. I'm tanned skin so the blonde highlights was not flattering. Evaluation: I am forever grateful for Vance. He is very skilled at his craft. The result was exactly what I was hoping for from the very beginning when I stepped into the other salon. Note to self....i will never see any other stylist. Mustafa was very responsive from the start and made scheduling easy. I came in for a color correction and balayage, and I have to say he did an excellent job. He and his assistant really took the time to fix the color, and the end result turned out beautiful. I'm very happy with my hair and would definitely come back. That said, if you're someone who values the overall salon experience as much as the hair itself, it's worth setting your expectations. Communication is fairly limited, as most of the staff speak very little English. They get the job done and focus on the hair, but there isn't much conversation or consultation beyond what's necessary. Also, while the pricing is comparable to salons in Los Gatos or Palo Alto, the experience is more basic. During my visit, I wasn't offered coffee, water, or other amenities, and based on other Yelp reviews and photos, that seems to be the norm rather than an exception. Overall, if your priority is getting great hair results, Mustafa delivers. Just don't expect a luxury salon experience with lots of extras or personalized service. For me, the quality of the color correction was worth it, and I'd happily return.

I met Supattra!! I was a walk-in customer and after a phone call Supattra walked in 10 minutes later. She transformed me from tired and run down to fresh and vibrant.
