I want to start off by saying this is the best subway I've been to. I know it's a bold statement but it was actually one of the most amazing experiences I had. I'll start off with the basics, walking inside it was incredibly clean and we were greeted very well. The food was perfect in the end to my liking to a T. I am an extremely shy person when it comes to asking for what I want. The person helping us was so nice and it was the first and only time I have been to a subway where they asked me do you want me to toast the bread and cheese separately then add your protein or all together He asked the sauces first before any veggies I was able to come out with a perfect sandwich which I had never had before. For 499 Subway of the day but I guess you have to order it online or something because the cheapest they had was 7.99. It came with a drink and chips. It wasn't all that happy with the lettuce because it was yellow and it looked just old. The soda came out of the machine it was all foam. The tomatoes didn't look that fresh either. I don't eat much at Subway but I thought I would try it. I'm hoping that I don't get a stomach ache from the lettuce or all the foam in the soda. Three stars because they need to do better on the freshness of the vegetables. The service was fast and friendly. The parking lot you can only go in one way and somebody parked crooked into the handicap parking so it was hard to park I think there's only three spots. A year ago I came here and bout two 6" sub combos, price was $30 and I thought maybe it's just the times we are living in, but about a month ago I came back and bout a turkey, regular, nothing extra, 12" sandwich combo for myself and it was close to $30. I mean what? I bought it out of respect and not wasting food but this subway is really gouging its prices. Every other subway is half that price for a 12", and 6.99 for the half sandwich combo. I don't understand why this place is so expensive. And they don't take coupons or follow the sales other subways are doing like the sub of the day, which it's about $6.99 for the full meal at every other subway, because of course that's a deal and they can't allow that. I wanted to help the business but when it's pricing the sandwich like that it's a complete turn off. If you don't mind over paying eat at this place. read more

Horrible service. First off, this location does not honor any of subways promotional offers. The sandwich combo that should have been 15/17$ max was rung up to 23$ Second. The man making the sandwich had a horrible attitude. He put the cheese under the meat before toasting so the cheese didn't even melt and when putting the avocado on he only diced it in his hand and put it in one spot of the sandwich. They also have no sign up saying that they don't honor subways promotional offers. When i brought this up he lied and said that no subways offer the daily combo meal. What a change!! This is a uniquely fresh place to eat. The old Subway is gone and this fresh, clean and friendly Subway is in its place. After seeing the owner sweeping and rearranging the seats, you could tell that he truly cares. In speaking to him, he's invested many personal resources into this location with the hopes of creating a place in our community. The meats are cut fresh, the bread baked, the orders made with care. Ever since this Subway went under new management, everything has gone completely downhill!! I came in wanting to use a coupon, and the woman working there gave me a really bad attitude and acted like she didn't want to accept it at all. Their whole team feels very unprofessional and the rude attitude made the experience even worse. Definitely not the friendly Subway I used to know, and I won't be coming back anytime soon. I went here for my lunch break, and was in a hurry. When I arrived I saw that there were 5 people ahead of me. What got me even more amazed was that there was only one guy working. But let me tell you, if there was a human out there that would make you think twice about switching over to AI or robotics, it was this dude making the sandwiches and ringing up the customers. I wish I would have gotten his name, but the best description I can give is that he was probably Armenian and probably in his mid 40's. He was working them sandwiches at super speed, wrapping them up neatly and quickly and even remembering to dispose of his gloves and then putting on a new pair in between handling the cash at the register and making the sandwiches. So when this other uber dude in line finally gets his order of like 10 sandwiches, the regular line was still full of those waiting for their sandwhiches. But the employee , who happen to still be the only Person working at that time kept his composure and pace as he served one after the other, and at such impressive speeds. --All while keeping his grace, and was even kind enough to apologize to me for the "long wait" as I approached the front of the line. Apparently he had no idea that that was the fastest line I've ever been in at Subways. I had so much respect for him at that point that I even took out $100 to pay for the food. I didn't have anything smaller but It dawned on me as I did so, that if I was in a hurry like he was, id be pretty pissed if someone handed me a $100 bill to pay with, like as if they never heard of Apple Pay? I mean who has time to give you change when they've got fifty customers in line. Unfortunately I was slow to process that, but it was all in my Good intentions because what I really wanted to do was get change so that I can tip him. But despite the fact, the guy was still so nice, still so patient, and still in a calm and polite manner gave me my change as quickly as he could. I left him A $10 tip.. Mad respect for the subways who hired him, they are pretty smart, probably saved money in the process of hiring less because this employee is like a "5 persons-army -man-dude" ? This store is very clean and well-stocked, but it's not my favorite Subway. For one it feels like it's just some guy with his family behind the counter-- the lady who made my sub when I came in, although very polite, wasn't wearing any sort of uniform, just a visor, which makes me wonder how sanitary they're keeping the place behind the scenes. And the other major issue here is that they mark their prices WAY up; a footlong and a drink here came out to $21 and they wouldn't honor my coupon. I get that the franchisees have to make ends meet somehow, but when a sub at this location costs 25% more than the same order elsewhere, I'm going to steer clear. read more

It's honestly one of the best subways I've been too. The food was amazing and it was one of the cleanest subways I've been to. I feel like other subways. I've been to just didn't look fresh. I didn't feel like subway used to feel like when I was younger, but this location genuinely was really good. Very good and extremely clean! I've honestly never seen a Subway this spotless. The counters, tables, and even the prep area looked freshly wiped and well-kept. Everything felt so organized and welcoming. The food was actually fresh from the bread to the veggies, everything tasted crisp and flavorful. You could tell they really take pride in keeping this place up to standard. It truly stood out compared to other locations I've visited. First time coming to this subway. Wont be returning and will go back to my usual shop or Togos. The gentleman had toasted my cheese and I didn't want that. When i explained that he didn't want to fix it and I just said well can we add the shredded cheese now. For me to add shredded cheese he said I would need to pay extra which I told him I would gladly do as there was a miscommunication. He then proceeded to put very little cheese on for something I was now paying extra for, for this mistake. Took actual pinches of cheese. I was being nice by saying it was a miscommunication and even willing to pay to correct it but now to not even get what I lay for is not good customer service. I wont be returning and would advise togo somewhere will you will get your moneys worth with better customer service. read more
