Love this place. Its clean fresh and the employees are so nice. My family and I came in and ordered dinner. They had every single product that we ordered and everything looked so good. Staff are rude, the worker had to constantly enter in a code on the register when a alarm would go off, the worker then apologized to the other customer because he had to make my three sandwiches which I ordered for my family. I had experienced bad service at this location before but this was the worst. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. read more

Wow just wow. I'm at a loss of words for this piss poor customer service. You set the bar lower than I thought it could go. I came in with my son before his baseball practice and there was water all over the floor after I saw the employee proceed to blow smoke near the bathroom area. He was also not wearing a uniform. The food area was also very messy and there was lettuce in every vegetable. There was also sauces all over the area. I should've left right after I saw the smoke because I want nothing to do with that cancer causing stuff! I wish I would've asked for his name but I am never coming here again. I would put 0 stars but it isn't even an option. Management needs to do better with their monitoring of employees. Definitely do not recommend. I will be going to Publix now. read more

Man oh man where do I begin on this terrible review on this location. I walked into subway around 9pm to grab another turkey sandwich. I waited for around 5 minutes until an employee came to the counter. I heard footsteps on the roof running towards the back and found him out of breath at the counter. I believe he was on the roof. Then I saw 5 kids coming out of the back all with their eyes extremely red as they were all eating free food given by the employee. I then asked for the employees name and it was Spencer. He should be fired immedietely. He was very slow and seemed to be trying to ignore the service completely. He was also talking to everyone while I ordered. I then went to the bathroom to see pee all over the floor and even in the sink. The only person who had gone in was Spencer. This is horrible and vile I can't believe this happened. He was also cursing the whole time and playing very inappropriate music. This subway needs to do better never attending again! read more

I need the owners information. I have never been treated as horribly as I was by this woman. I hope you have camera's to see what she did. I asked for jalapeños on a sandwich, she put four. I asked for a few more and she put an entire handful on there. I asked if she was having a bad day. She said she was now. I said, "nevermind, I won't be buying the sandwiches." Horrible service. Ordered an online order. Waited over 20 minutes with other people getting theirs made. Then I said can I have my online order. She said her online orders come very late. I said that I had an email of my order and demanded my order to be made. She said to leave after I paid for my online order. She said someone the day before didn't get their online order for hours. My fiancé and I are new to the area and this is the closest subway to our new home. We have tried this location on two occasions. On the first, we were given "toasted" subs that were ice cold. We watched the employee put them in the toaster, but you would never know if you hadn't. The sandwiches were both ice cold (rubbery bacon, cheese not even close to melted, soft bread). We chalked it up to a bad day, ate the subs, and left. We returned last night feeling hopeful. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and did not receive bacon...how do you forget 1 of the 3 main ingredients? We both got our subs toasted again and this time paid attention to how they looked after the toaster. Both subs came out looking exactly as they did going in - cold, unmelted, and untoasted. I asked the employee if he would mind double toasting it. He was very polite and did, but the results were the same. Soft bread and hardly melted cheese. Not really sure what is going on at this location or how more people have not complained, but we will not be back. read more

Sandwiches are still great. My mom got a toasted sandwich; she said it was great and not over toasted. They are not skimpy on toppings and the toppings are always fresh. I have never gotten old, soggy veggies on my sandwich. My family eats here at least once a week. read more

This store had horrible service. I asked for a foot long sub on Italian herb and cheese bread and the kid behind the counter says "we don't got none" first of all learn how to speak English properly. Second of all you're supposed to apologize if you're out of a food item. Why are you even out of bread anyway??? This is subway why the hell are you out of bread? Get your shit together subway. Learn how to stock up and check inventory and actually cook and prepare the food items as they should be and learn how to treat your customers with respect.
