Wow! The owner of this Subway is just the best. Genuinely a kind person. They pay special attention to what you want on your sandwich, and if you ask for extra of something, they make sure it's to your liking. The staff is always friendly here and take their time to make a sandwich. They don't skip steps. The manager Peter is the reason I continue to come to this location. He is very kind and attentive and remembers all of his customer's names which is a bonus. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and treats them with care and respect. I stopped by this location on my way home from work today to pick up a 6" sub for lunch. I was behind 2 other customers, but there was plenty of staff to get everyone in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and followed all of my instructions perfectly. One of the customers before me had a large order and the manager (possibly the owner?) kept apologizing for having to wait. It was literally about 2 minutes... totally not at all a big deal!! However, he obviously took it to heart and gave me a free cookie for waiting so that was pretty legit! I went in tonight and was going to get some food and there was two younger girls there there was a women already in line putting i her order and honestly she was ridiculous she was nit picking everything the girl did while making the sandwich it sure the correct way to put meat on but it was folded and looked proper to me this women had the nerve to tell the young lady's he threw the meat in there witch she did not I just want to make sure that both these employees know they handled the situation VERY well and with other customers present also I applaud them ! One of the best Subway visits ever! The gentleman who owns the restaurant was very pleasant. He was training a new employee and was very kind to her as she nervously made my sandwich. I tried the new Ultimate meatball sub. It's delicious with a new garlic spread. The customer service here is great! When I come into this facility I am always greeted right away. I come here during my lunch and so often that they know my order not just the owner Peter but staff as well. Ordering is always a breeze. The manager always asks not only about me but family as well real pleasure coming here. Usually the subways I go to will greet you once you walk in but Peter and his staff go above and beyond not just for me but any individual that walk through that door. I highly recommend this subway and if you eat subway just try them out and you won't regret. read more

Every time I go in there they are super friendly. The owner always greets you when he's in there working behind the counter. All the employees are super friendly. They get that from the owner I think. Always remembers me when I walk. Ask how my wife is, my dogs. Remembers what we talked about last time even if it's been awhile. My sandwiches are always good. What amazing service for a fast food sandwich place. The folks behind the counter were pleasant and engaging and so gracious! The gentleman even gave me a chocolate chip cookie with my lunch! And then I listened to them work with other customers... a woman came in with three young children and each child ordered his or her own sandwich and they were treated with the exact same level of courtesy as the adults. Then, when the order was prepared, the man behind the counter wrote a number on each sandwich corresponding to each child and from memory explained which was which to the woman with the children. There was also an older man who came in and he had apparently suffered some sort of loss in his life and even as they were making his sandwich, they offered condolences. What a beautiful thing to know such intimate details about your regular customers! I'm so impressed!!! read more

I was in a hurry and decided to grab a sandwich before I went to my sisters. The service was quick and the girls that assisted me were very nice. Sandwich was ur topical subway sub the only thing was the tomatoes were bad. When I went to eat my sandwich it smelled rotten. I looked to find the tomatos were shriveled and super soft and had a bad oder. I was very disappointed and couldn't finish my sandwich. read more
