Came in in ordered two sandwiches with Victoria and Nusheen (dont know if its spelled correctly). I have to say outstanding service. Sandwiches were made with precision and perfectly. Very clean sandwich assembly area and both employees constantly washed their hands. My father was undecided on which sandwich to get and they offered some suggestions that fit perfectly with what he wanted. This is by far the best Subway I have been to. read more

I work down the street and I come here every time I forget to bring a lunch or I'm too lazy. I love subway but this subway goes above and beyond, I've never been to a fast food place and actually enjoyed going the manager who I think is the owner is always so friendly and he hires people who are like him he's running this business like a boss. This is the best Subway in the area and pretty much all of Sacramento that I've gone to. The only other is in West Sac. I used to come here everyday 5 years ago and always had great food and service. They even sent a cookie over with my family when I was in labor at MSJ because I'd come get a sandwich my whole pregnancy. Well I decided to come by here today and get a BLT and once again I'm pregnant and craving Subway lol. I was hoping nothing had changed and I was so thrilled it hadn't. Amazing service and amazing sandwich. The owner even gave me a cookie for desert. Keep up the good work! It's crazy how many Subways can't manage to make a BLT worth eating. Not this location! Would not recommend this Subway. Not participating in the $5 FebruANY offers. When asked about the FebruANY deals the girl had no knowledge of it or any other participating stores so paid full price. Also, even though I requested no mayo or mustard they folded and cut the sandwich with a knife COVERED in those condiments so ended up with it on my sandwich anyways. Save some money and go to a Subway that actually participates in advertised deals. Not very friendly staff either. Nor was this my first unpleasant experience with them, needless to say I will not be going back. read more

I am not a regular to post on here, but when the service is sooo exceptional it should be told to whoever will hear. I have been to many, many Subway sandwich shops but none compares to this one. The owners make you feel as if you are in a neighborhood deli/sandwich shop and NOT a fast food chain restaurant. They are friendly, greet you with a smile and hello, know customers by name and genuinely care about them as a person and customer. I really couldn't be more impressed. The food was good. Bread soft and fresh. All ingredients looked fresh and appetizing. Produce was fresh and crisp. Everything was clean. Wow, just wow! So glad they happened to be right across the street from my house. I wish I could give no stars at all ! I went to this subway to get my family meatball sandwiches. And they were the worst meatball sandwiches we have EVER had. They were burnt and disgusting. I immediately called and told them how bad the sandwiches were. They told me that there policy States I needed to bring all of the sandwiches back to the restaurant for them to make new ones. I told them I had throw them in the trash. The manager wasn't in the restaurant at the time so I left my number and asked for him to call me back. HE NEVER CALLED ! So I called him back he told me to bring all 4 sandwiches in. And this was 2 days later‼He told me that if I couldn't bring them in that there was nothing that he could do. I told him that was a ridiculous policy. So he offered to give me a coupon for one free 6 inch sub with the purchase of a 12 inch sub and a drink. And I bought 4 sandwiches but he could only give me one. It sounds like he really wants to keep his customers happy. I told him that I had that same coupon from online. So he could just keep it. This subway is the bees knees, the manager (don't know his name or if he is a manager) is the kindest man alive, whenever I walk in or myself and girlfriend walk in, he greets us with "hello my friend" always so kind and polite and strikes up a conversation and even asks me about my schooling, this guy needs a raise or to be a manager if he isn't already, I'm sorry to say I don't know his name cause if I did I would name drop so the district manager or whoever would know he's doing a fantastic job and brightens everyone who walks ins day, 5 stars!!!! read more

I'm really peeved right now. I've been here countless times before, service was wonderful when Diane worked here. It was a very pleasant trip. Today I went and a very sweet girl named Kathrine was helping us; she was listening to us and holding a conversation with us. When a very rude lady named Payton jumped in. She started taking over what Katherine was doing and wasn't listening to what we had already explained. We ordered double meat and cheese. Katherine had made the sandwich correctly and efficiently, while Payton jumped in and started half a**ing the other sand which and ignoring what we were saying, putting the wrong cheese on and not doubling it like we paid for. Payton also continued to whisper rude things to her co worker who was trying to ignore her and pay attention to us; like we couldn't hear her saying these things 2 feet in front of us. This Subway has the worst service I've ever come across! I arrived to order 2 sandwiches and when ordering both on jalapeno cheese bread the girl behind the counter stated "oh its kinda hard just so you know" after she sliced it...I asked if she could possibly try another roll of the same kind and she responded "they're all like that". UHM OKAY? Have you touched all of them? So I settled for honey oat wheat.. which she grabbed plain wheat. When I got home the first bite I took I received a long strand of black hair..definitely not mine (blonde). The bread was also extremely dry and stale. My reason for even writing is I've managed a sandwich shop for years and made them myself. The service I received was horrible and the girls were beyond rude. I'll never be going back and definitely have shared the word about how crappy this Subway is. I'm giving them 1 star because I have to. read more
