I am writing this with such disappointment.. service at this location is usually really good. I use my app to order and pay so I don't have to stand in line and tell them what I want in our two foot long sandwiches and wrap. Today, I walk in and they lady tells me my order is ready. Here's your sandwich. I told her I ordered two footlongs and a wrap. She said the receipt says one sandwich. I told her to look at the receipt again... oh we need to make the wrap and another sandwich. Yep! Seriously, I don't know how they missed it since the receipt was quite long. read more

Worst Subway I have ever been to. Where to start.... actually the nicest thing I can say... they turned down the music after I complained not being able to hear. They had the TV soooo loud it was like a club. The girl even kept asking me what ... what... she couldn't hear me. -The Lettuce and the spinach looked terrible. -My daughters meat had a chunk of tuna on it and the girl didn't even know what to do with it she just held it in her hand looking confused. -The guy behind me who approved of the loud music was even complaining about his meat color. -there was meat just sitting on the slicer not being touched by anyone. -it seemed the entirety of the staff was overwhelmed You can't even find this place on Google maps!!!!! It was one of those days nothing would've satisfied my cravings. I was determined to get my usual spicy Italian on flat wheat bread. The staff were friendly and had a system where the line of customers were able to order and receive their turn in a timely matter. Observing the items to choose from for your sandwiches seemed well stocked and fresh. I was offered to make my sandwich into a meal although I wasn't interested in more than I've already came for. This Subway location on Ainamakua Dr in Mililani "IS REALLY TERRIBLE"! Lately, every time I ordered from here, something was wrong with my order! If it's not double wrapped in paper, they're really skimpy with their ingredients or the wrong ingredients in your sandwiches' directions to them. And many times I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted and it wasn't! Really terrible location now! Never ever going back there "AGAIN"! I live in Mililani and in result I come here every so often. I usually have good service when I go there, but the last experience I had was horrible. We mobile ordered the subs and then got to subway 20 minutes late, so it had been almost an hour since i placed the order. When I want inside and asked for it, the lady working there said it wasn't made yet, and that was irritating since it had been almost an hour since placing the order. Instead of making the sub, she went off to take another customers order (who was waiting in line) and I was like wtf! I thought the subway workers were supposed to alternate between mobile orders and in-person orders. I demanded a refund and stormed out. There was one more lady working in there and she was working hard to take orders. Then there was a girl working in there who seemed very lost and got in the way. I've seen subways with two people working keep customers happy and a short wait time. And what do you know? I go to the subway in Mililani shopping center near Safeway and there was two people working, who make our subs quickly even though it was crowded AND they alternated between mobile orders and in-person orders. The subway experience mainly depends on how capable the workers are today those two specific ladies were not capable, even with The one lady working hard. read more

This Subway is located in Mililani Mauka on the Long's side of the shopping complex next to L&L and Rise & Shine. Been here a few times and always had great service. Noticed there are always new workers though. The restaurant is neat and clean which gives you a good impression. Standard Subway style ordering down the assembly line. Food is consistent with the Subway chain. Came here for lunch and a few times to pick up breakfast. Each occasion never disappointed and have come to expect the consistency that Subway is known for. So TWICE i made an order through the app and TWICE it was cancelled by the store about 1/2hr before i was to pick it up which meant i lost my bonus bucks and coupon. then i went in physically to used a coupon and gave it to the clerk and he still didn't use it on my order. i guess it was my fault that i didn't check the receipt when i was there. Normally this store is pretty good, but tonight i ordered three six inch sandwiches at 6:30 pm and said I would pick up at 7:00 pm when asked what time I wanted to pick up. I get there at 7:03 pm, one worker is on his phone a at table, another is in the dining area doing nothing and another worker, who i assume was the manager was on the phone. My order was not completed. Only two sandwiches were made. The manager started questioning why the order wasnt completed because when he arrived they were not busy. He later told the worker that if i had come in yelling i would have been right to do so. Kudos to the manager for saying something. I would go back because the manager was on it. I placed an online order through the Subway app and had doordash deliver it. I was missing items in all my sandwiches, missing chips and soda. I called the store, and spoke with an employee and explained what I was missing. I asked if I could get reimbursed for the meal since I'm missing chips and soda. She asked me what was wrong with my order. I repeat myself and again asked for a reimbursement on the meal cost since I was missing chips and soda. She went to talk to someone else, and comes back asking again what is wrong with my order. I repeated myself AGAIN... and then someone else comes on the phone. I'm not sure if she's the manager, but I asked her for a reimbursement on a meal and she explains that she can't just refund the meal, it has to be the entire receipt. So I asked if chips and soda can be delivered (doordash driver offered to go back) but before I could even finish she LAUGHS. By this time I'm beyond pissed. She said she has to refund the entire order so I said fine, refund the entire order. She told me it'll take several days to reflect. It was a Friday so I expected to wait til at least the following Wednesday for my refund. No refund by Wednesday so i call the store and ask to speak with a manager. They tell me that they aren't working that day. I left a message to have the manager call me back and provided my number. Today is Tuesday, and I still never received a call. I call the store again, and the same employee answers. I ask to speak with a manager, and again, none on duty. But she'll come in at 9pm tonight. I ask what time they close, he said 9pm and she only comes in to close the store. VERY POOR customer service! To have to repeat myself several times, then to get laughed at, then to not get the refund promised? Ridiculous. read more

Second time going to this location and it will be the last time. First time I ordered through the app I went to the location and the line was put the door. So I asked a few people if the ordered they said no do I went inside. I noticed a sign above the register that said online and phone orders so I went directly there. After about 5 minutes a worker asked if I had a online order I said yes. I told them my name and then the looked through a stack of receipts and pulled mine. Then proceeded to make mine. I know they was busy but I felt really bad about the people In line. I noticed a few people leave as well. One lady in line asked when they going start taking their order, the worker said we doing online first. Next visit they had my order wrong. One sandwich wasn't toasted and on the app there was a special for free chips with any footlong purchase. So I clicked the special and chose my chips. My son went to pick up the order, so he wasn't aware of all that was in it. No chips was in the bag. And worst of all is I paid for it, the special didn't appear. As much as I LOVE subway, I've placed online orders 3 times now, all 3 times I've waited over 20 minutes AFTER the time it was "expected" to be done. All for my order to be incorrect. The worker did not even read the instructions for either one of my two subs on my order. They were both totally wrong. The soda Machine is never right the drinks are either super watered down or too syrupy. It takes a lot for me to leave a review for someone but I'm disappointed. The guy "in training" kept interrupting me & with 2 servers they were both talking to me about different sandwiches, I asked them to speak one at a time. They did NOT. This Subway in MILILANI MAUKA is TERRIBLE. I should have made my reviews in real time so I could prove it with photos. About several weeks ago, I was starting my order and one of the employees (older woman) placed her big bag on the counter where my bread was being cut (in front of the soup side). This was her personal bag and it was filthy and she placed it right on the prep counter on her way to leave. The sandwich preparer ( younger male) took so long to make my sandwich as compared to the other locations. He was also distracted by the older woman as she was talking to him behind the counter. On the same visit the juice boxes were soggy and discolored so I didn't get a drink for my son. It was such a bad experience so I didn't want to be in there any longer so I ate the cost of not getting a drink for my son. I wanted to give them another chance since this Subway is on the way home. . . It was another bad experience in this Subway when I went there again yesterday evening. Yesterday evening, the younger fellow asked me what I wanted and he immediately got distracted with a customer outside and he totally left me hanging without any apologies. So I waited for him to come back in and I noticed his two coworkers discussing the online orders which they looked so confused and disorganized. So I'm just waiting and watching how these employees work and communicate with each other right in the front of me. They weren't on the same page as to which online order receipts were done or not done. Another patron came in to pick up her online order and the employees were curt with that person and just pointed to the shelf where the order was placed. I walked out without a sandwich because I waited and no one else acknowledged my existence after my server rudely left me. Giving one (1) star is too much . . . It should be a quarter (1/4) star. First time at this location. I got a chopped blt salad with spinach, pickles, olives, yellow peppers, green bell peppers, and provolone cheese and a bowl of clam chowder. The restaurant was clean and there was a few people sitting in. The staff, there was 3 staff, they were friendly and took my order right away. Now I tell you what, this be the best damn subway this side of the island. I personally have very high sandwich standard and this establishment went above and beyond. From the efficiency and politeness of the workers to the end result of a sandwich in my hand I was through impressed with this subway. My only comaintnis the store policy of online orders being made before in store orders. If I have made the effort to visit an establishment in person and am as much a paying customer as an online customer I don't see why I should be waiting for that. This location is closest to home for us, but we won't be going to this Subway again. We have been here many times and, although it usually takes a long time for our order, we still came back (they always seem to be training new employees). Not after today. I always order the kids meals for my 2 kids and substitute chips for the applesauce and it has never been a problem. Today, my order was rung up while I was still ordering my sandwiches so I didn't get to explain everything I wanted. The woman who rang me up before I got to the register didn't seem to care what I wanted to say (no meals for the 2 regular sandwiches, just the kids meals, and that I'd like chips instead of applesauce for the kids meals). She told me all that came with the meal was the cookies and drink. I proceeded to read the kids menu to her off of the wall behind her--the cookie was a replacement for no toy (they never have toys anymore and always tell us they will give cookies instead) so she had to get the manager. The manager came out and all she did was say "who did that before?" -- like I really remember the name of the employee who gave me what I ordered??? She said she works "almost 7 days a week" and that she's never seen us--ditto lady, I've never seen you but either me or my husband have been here many times at the request of our kids! She kept repeating herself. I said I wanted the chips and would just pay for them (I already paid for the kids meals and other sandwiches). Which I did. But then then they didn't give me the applesauce that they said was included in the kids meals--the manager thought the applesauce was the box juice, I asked for juice and they were out so I said I would just take chocolate milk. I go to this location to pick up sandwiches quite often, since it's near my home, and service so far has been very good. On this particular visit, I just wanted to share that the Sandwich Artists in training Shanel and Heather did a great job on my order and Ciera did a wonderfully on making sure they were doing it right, and helping them out. I hope I got their names right! They were all very friendly and efficient. I ordered 3 different sandwiches with all different things inside. They payed attention and double checked if they heard it right before putting it in. I know every Subway restaurant is supposed to be the same, but I think this one gives more veggies! Or it could just be me, but the sandwiches I get are huge! I was so pleased with my service, I actually tipped them and I don't do it often with fast food restaurants.
