I decided on online ordering as the location is always busy having to order inside & was getting lunch for myself & husband before heading out to work. Anyway, You'd think by selecting how you'd want your sandwich on the APP they'd fulfill your order correctly by reading the instructions, but unfortunately not the case. They messed up on the type of bread & also did not add "more" tuna as requested & paid extra for, mind you. Also the APP never confirmed my order was being prepared or completed. I had to call 30 mins after to verify they received it & they took a while to answer the call, but was then informed the sandwiches were ready for pick up, however the APP never acknowledged it. If I didn't have to take my sandwich to work 1 hr away from location I would have gone back to have it fixed. Just going to look for another sub location that has good tuna. read more

Bad customer service i would give 0 stars if i could. Andre is the person who took my order he had a horrible attitude. Very inpatient for no reason behaving like he hates his job. He also tried charging me the items that the kids meal includes for $6.19 separately saying that subway is greedy like that. They need to do better in training the workers to have good customer service. I will not spend my money here again till then. read more

Restaurant always pretty clean and sandwiches are pretty neat. If you want quick and some what easy not a bad place. Went to get sandwiches for a quick dinner. Worst delivery ever. I will not blame it on the delivery service because it is Subway's fault. I ordered a hot, toasted steak sandwich and a steak salad with two sodas. The worst service I have ever experienced. I placed an online order and arrived upon pick up time. Pressed the button to let them know I am here for curbside pickup. I did not see anyone making sandwiches so I thought it might have been closed after waiting 10 minutes at curbside. Feeling uneasy I got out and went inside. No one was in sight. Once I called out, two employees came out, I asked for my pick up and they said there had not been any online orders, I showed my receipt with details on the store address, they both said I was at the wrong location. After triple checking the location, I went back inside, the employees rolled their eyes, continued to direct me to another location, once I showed the location again, they refreshed their system, they said ooops, made the sandwiches and didn't even apologize. I feel bad leaving this review but it looked like the employees preferred to be on their phones and be rude to customers. Maybe some training is needed. read more

I have been to this store several times, during peak and slow times, and the majority of those times, I've had swift-as-expected and friendly service. Just an average experience here at Subway. Honestly, I don't eat sandwiches at Subway anymore. The only item I really buy there are the cookies because their cheap, but very fresh and tasty. Today, I ordered the sub of the day, turkey on honey oat toasted with vegetables. I wanted avocado but the half avocado out looked suspect to me, so I passed on it. It was a good deal only $6.99 and then added a drink and 2 cookies (no chips for me!!!) My favorite cookie is the raspberry cheesecake, so I ordered two of those today! I was disappointed because they had no powerade to drink like other subways and the Hubert's lemonade was very watered down, unlike the bottles at the grocery store. Out of all the Subway franchises that have mushroomed throughout the state that I have visited, this is by far my favorite one. Yes, the ingredients and sandwich menu are standard throughout, but this location stands out due to the consistently stellar customer service. I like spinach on my subs instead of lettuce and this has never been a problem here whereas they have run out at other locations or flat out told me they do not carry spinach. Sandwiches here are always made the way I like and the portions are consistent no matter which employee is on duty. For such young employees, I am highly impressed by the politeness throughout the experience. This is one place I would leave a tip if they had a tip jar. The place always smells clean and fresh. I am thankful to have such an awesome Subway located nearby. read more

Two Sundays ago, this Subway location gave me a hard time trying to return a sandwich because it was not made to order, even though I had written down the exact way I wanted the sandwich made. I told the person who bought it for me to give them the order description. Apparently, the employee remembered the note, but did not read the note, and left out half of what I asked for in the sandwich. I went to the restaurant and asked them why they did not make the sandwich to order, and that I wanted a new sandwich that was made correctly. That did NOT happen!They did not give me a reason, but drilled me with questions: what time was the sandwich made? Who came in the takeout to buy the sandwich? How did they pay for the sandwich? They said that the person needs to come down to the restaurant to show the receipt and how they paid. I told them that I am not going to ask an elderly person to leave their home to fight with Subway about this sandwich! The female manager kept asking question after question. I had the sandwich in my hand to show them. I told them that they were practicing ELDER ABUSE towards me and the person that purchased the sandwich because they refused to read the instructions and because they had no right to embarrass me and interrogate me over a sandwich that was purchased and was not made to order. They never apologized. I left the store and threw the sandwich in the trash. That sandwich was my breakfast, lunch and dinner that day. I was busy all day cleaning out my 93-year-old neighbor's house because he had moved to another state. I will NEVER purchase another Subway sandwich anywhere ever again! read more

Walked today on a Saturday afternoon for Lunch. I noticed right away that only one person was working, meaning making your order , taking your money, washing hands and starting over.....I patiently waited and waited for her to complete the 2 people in front of me by the time she took my order there were 5 more people behind me. Other people came in and seen she was alone and walked back out. Really....on a Saturday you're only going to have one person working...really ??? I got food poisoning from here. Usually, when I go to Subway, one person handles the meat and another person handles the veggies. At this location, the customer in front of me ordered a spicy Italian deluxe (which I guess is double meat). The lady behind the meat station put all the meat on there, then passed the sandwich to the next employee who was to put the veggies on the sandwich. The 2nd lady took all the meat off the sandwich and recounted the meat and without changing her gloves went straight for the veggies. The lady who made my sandwich then grabbed the carved turkey I ordered and again without changing her gloves, put her hands into the lettuce and added it to my sandwich. So now the lettuce has cold cut juice from several types of meat and that was just what I witnessed. Who knows how many times they did this throughout the day, which now has a bowl of lettuce mixed with salami, turkey, and possibly fish. This is cross contamination and let's just say I'm throwing up "soup" from both ends because I went to this Subway. Its now day 2 of being sick from going there and I'm never going back. I really didn't appreciate the dirty look when I asked if I could buy just 3 inch sub without the rest of the kids meal. It's fine that they don't, I just shared my sandwich with my 2 year old, no big deal but I thought I'd ask. The lady helping us said "no, I don't think so, let me check" turned around to ask middle aged woman with an accent, she scoffed and said no, just get the meal with the dirtiest look on her face like just insulted her family.
