5 Stars compared to any other subway in the area. The store is very clean, veggies and bread are fresh. What I really like is that they put the amount of toppings that you should get on your sandwich. I love a fair amount of lettuce. It's just my thing. Most locations put lettuce a very little amount. Like it's sprinkled on. Subway would advertise how many servings of vegetables were on every sandwich and you would look at the sign and then at what you were given. In any case. These guys have some pride in what they do and it shows. If you are feeling like subway. Give these guys a try, they won't disappoint you. Also. Say hi to Chad, the owner. This was the only location nearest to me that had the 5 dollar promotion , putting my order on the app was easy , when upon arriving at the store I was greeted by Chad who was just completing my order , we had four subs total he looked official he had the print out of my order double checked in I totally appreciate that , unfortunately when I got home which was out in Lincoln area all four of our subs were incorrect ! Not toasted had toppings that weren't requested for the funny thing is I saw Chad read over my order , great customer service but sadly I won't return to this location . read more

If you're going to any Subway, go to this one. The owner of this Subway really cares about his establishment and his customers. It's by far the cleanest and most well-kept Subway I've ever seen. I don't leave a ton of 5 star reviews but this one deserves. I know it is subway but when service AND food are good then they deserve it. The guy making our sandwich was very friendly and funny. He offered to make her a soup that wasn't out already which she said no thanks but he was totally down to do it. Said " give me 7 minutes and Ill have it ready". This place was also very clean. Cleaner than any subway I have ever been to. Nice man and woman making sanwiches. I drive to reno from the Bay area twice a week, and this is a nice in between stop to get food. However every time I go there.. there is a sign... bathroom out of order or something like that. So If I want a sub I go to the other sub shop in the center. Its more expensive but If I need to use the facilites they are always available at the other place so I pay more for it gladly. I wish they had better accomodations. read more

I love this place! The owner is a huge advocate for sports & this community. Any time we go in he always takes the time to ask our kids how they did in their game. He tells us about his daughters & how hard it is to be a new owner durning a pandemic but he never misses his kids games & stresses how important it is to show support & be their corner. Yes, I know we've all been to Subways, but this franchise owner has stepped it up. Everything was FRESH and PERFECT. The restaurant was spotless. I swear the floor was so clean, you could eat off it. But you probably shouldn't. A friendly and helpful sandwich artiste put together my creation: turkey and provolone on wheat, mustard, a little mayo, lettuce, spinach, tomato, pickles, cucumbers, peppers...THIS is how a Subway should taste. I went to this location for the first time to get the $6 foot long special and I got the buffalo chicken. The bread tasted like it was fresh baked and far better than other subways I've been to.
