Cheeses, meats, salads and they even have baked goods. They have many chips and bottled drinks to choose from. We usually get the Rat Trap Sandwich. I can not eat anything spicy. I have to change the cheese from jalapeño to cheddar cheese. I do not like pepperoncini's. So I have to adjust the sandwich a little. It has many different meats on the Rat Trap Sandwich. They all taste great together.

When I got back to my car, I noticed the worker (owner?) gave me a full sandwich despite me ordering half. I wasn't sure if this was purposeful as means of saying "our bad", or just a mistake, but I will say it left me in better spirits. If you have some extra time to kill, with friends etc., this is a must try. However, if you are on ANY sort of time restriction, I would not recommend stopping here. I'm sure this is not always the case, but as a stop on a long drive, I did not consider an extra 45 minutes for a sandwich. If the owners are reading this, I truly mean well and hope you know a long wait is a sign of success. Growth is inevitable!

When I got home, I did add a little salt, pepper, & mayo in the brisket sandwich... and then for me, it was fire! The smoked pork ribs were soooo goooood with the dry rub that was on them. Tender and juicy ribs... mmmm! I'm not sure if sauced ones were available, but I really liked these the way they were. Evidently the owner had passed the month before we discovered her market. The gal tending to the store was phenomenal and so accommodating! I'm not a fan of premade hot sandwiches and she was great about making me one made-to-order. It took a bit as she was manning two jobs, but wow was it worth it. Brisket sandwich to go take to the cemetery to visit my mom. I really hope they remain open with the same service an true quality of food. The potato salad was also perfect. Not the sweet, sloppy stuff, true homemade fresh potato salad.

I notice none of your employees wear masks when greeting customers, walking through the establishment, preparing food, etc. They mingle with customers at pre-COVID distancing and flout the most basic prevention requirements or recommendations. Worse still, employees coming on shift do not wash their hands before touching the register shared by others, are not screened for symptoms, and physically greet the others. hugs. Dont go in!!! My 10yo son was cursed at by a staff member for taking a picture of a lost cat sign that he intended on showing around to help for the said $50 reward on the paper. Arriving for a 1pm lunch there was plenty of parking but the restaurant was empty. It was rather depressing compared to the vibrance of the other fast food hamburger joints nearby. It didn't seem obvious but you can order either at the counter or a kiosk. I chose the kiosk and all went smoothly. I simply got the Charbroil meal with cheese (an extra $1.10) which comes with a standard burger, fries and a drink. There's some outdoor seating but I settled into an indoor table. Staff was great and very kind. The minute I put in my order a server brought me a cup for a drink at the fountain. They have the usual sodas plus a couple of side things, including two types of tea. I chose one tea, not the black tea, and it was blander than bland. Totally tasteless, as if watered down. A server kindly brought the tray of food to my table, which was very kind, and I doubt routine. Yet, it wasn't busy either. The burger was just OK. Not overly large, it was satisfying enough, but in no way a standout. I've had far better elsewhere. I hoped the charbroil would be tastier and add flavor. It didn't. The fries were also just OK. A bit smaller amount than other comparable places, again the consistency, texure and flavor was rather disappointing. I dipped them heavily in ketchup. They have some nice extras at the self-serve counter, like a variety of peppers and even Tabasco, so that's a plus. I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed, especially for over $15., more than I'd pay at other burger joints. The place is very clean and organized which is a plus. I hate saying this, but I hope it survives, yet I'm doubtful. Location, price point, lack of a standout uniquely different meal, and nearby competition! It's not good. Not only was his facial hair disgusting to look at but he was playing with it while standing at our table. That really put a bad taste in my mouth. In the food industry your facial hair should not exceed 1/2 to 1/4 inches. Facial hair beyond that length needs to be retrained in a beard net. Restaurants typically have a clean shaven policy and I was very grossed out that there wasn't one in place for this restaurant. Regulations generally require that facial hair be neatly trimmed, and groomed to prevent contamination. The owner really needs to do something about this, I can't imagine I'm the only person who this kid has served who has thought this. I might consider coming back but I will request another server after some time.

Firstly, the food is actually fresh! The veggies do not show a hint of discolouration from being left out for too long, which is an issue in most subways, and they taste as high quality as they look. The owner/employee is also very kind and friendly, and just appear to be a cheerful person, even though it cant be easy running a subway during such times. My friend has been here before a few weeks back and he even remembers him! He's very generous with giving us toppings and said it's " an honour" to serve us. This high-end quality of food and service should be an example of what all restaurants, especially fast food joints, should aspire to.
