There subs are the best I have ever had. My friend says let's just stop at J mikes and I was like "hell no". I will never eat there again... I really can't say which is my favorite herr at subway; all are so good. I also wanted to say thankyou to the customer service I recieved when I was there yesterday. They were so nice and really appreciate it. love this place! Always clean, and quick service. My go-to is the cheesesteak on whole wheat. I just got done getting a sub sandwich from this store. Haven't been here in years & it explains why I stopped going. I ordered thru the app a footlong sub. First, I ordered Italian herb & cheese bread & they gave me Italian. Second, I ordered cheese & got no cheese as well. It doesn't even look like they put all the sauces I asked for. Although the ability to grab and go in the hustle and bustle of Seattle, is something that is quite advantageous. Overall, a good place for a quick bite to eat, whether that be on your way to somewhere or coming home from that place, this Subway offers you peace of mind if you're in a rush for a food. First off, service compared to other Subways here is slow. I was stood in line for close to 10 minutes with only 3 people in front. When it was my turn I ordered my usual foot long steak and cheese. The server spotted the coupon in my hand for "any sandwich except the smoked brisket" and claimed her manager has said to not take coupons for any steak, beef or chicken sandwiches regardless of what was written on the coupon. Anyway, I left and found another Subway less than a mile away by Safeway and Brown Bear carwash. The experience there was much more positive in every regard. Well it was obvious the moment I opened this yelp page that I am not alone. To the point- this subway location has provided the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received. Please let me preface the rest of this review by stating that I am a restaurant professional of 22 years, and probably one of the most understanding customers when things don't go perfect at an establishment I choose to spend my money at. I will also add that I have been to this location many times before with no problems whatsoever. 3 weeks ago I received a book of subway coupons in the mail. Being on a very tight budget these days I chose to utilize one of the BOGO coupons from the book, to buy lunch for my son and I. So, we went to lunch at this subway, I told the sandwich artist prior to ordering that I had a coupon and we would be getting two footling sandwiches. Sandwiches were built according to our requests and we proceeded to cash out. When I presented the coupon the employee told me that the stores POS had not been updated to accept these coupons yet. (This was the first "NO" in a long line of excuses). I mentioned to her that the only reason I came in was because of the coupon. She apologized and told me the system might be updated the next day, and to come back for a refund. I came back the next day.... and no update. Then again 2 days later and no update..... I edited a few more days and came in again. This time there was another employee who was so distracted by his phone .... he didn't bother to look over his right shoulder to greet me ..... I was literally 10 feet away from this guy. Then when he saw me, he looked back at his phone for another 20 seconds or so .... walked over to me and just looked at me ..... without saying a Word. I explained the situation & he told me that the other store he worked at was accepting these coupons , but that they didn't have the update on time at this store for some reason. He told me that it had been updated now though. I said great! Can I get my refund (presenting receipt and coupon just as I had on the last 3 visits). He told me he wasn't authorized to give a refund and I would need to come back and talk to a manager. Fat forward to today. I was finally able to make it back ... and was finally able to talk with a manager. I asked the girl working up front if there was a manager on duty & she looked scared and immediately worried with physical signs of uneasiness. After a couple minutes the manager came out and I explained my situation. She immediately (without acknowledging my dissatisfaction) made excuses about why the system wasn't updated on time. I listened. Then I politely said I understand that things happen and I was just there to get a refund. I presented her with the coupon and receipt. She did not even look at it. She said she couldn't give a refund. I asked her why & she told me if I brought the sandwich back, she could give me my money back ...... WHAT? I asked her if there was a number I could call to escalate the situation. She said she couldn't give me any numbers...... What? (BTW there's a customer service number on the receipts) just saying she didn't even offer that. I told her that this was unacceptable and she said I just work here.... I don't make the rules.....WHAT? Not even a store credit offered... NOTHING offered as a solution.....I asked her to call her GM and explain the situation to her, she agreed.....After waiting another 5 mins or so she came back and told me I could come back tomorrow to speak with the owner......What? I left frustrated, and let the manager know on the way out that I would escalate this and that her approach to this situation was unacceptable..... over a $7 sandwich ... for a store I'm sure clears $2mil a year.... I don't blame the operators of this store. I'm sure they are hardworking individuals that do "exactly" what they're told. I hope that the ownership and senior management, at least for themselves give some Amount of proper training and guidance for appropriate customer appreciation. I will escalate this as far as I can. I know this is a $7 sandwich, but I am hoping that this review will at least spark a little re-training so that nobody else has to go through the rude lack of customer service lacking at this store. read more

And then once between myself and the gentleman after me. Dont go here for anything but potential of catching something. I thought last time was a fluke, but I've been mistaken before. VERY disappointed in this place. Normally come here at least once a week faithfully for the Family. Sent nephew to Subway Friday night for a sub. Store closes a 10 but the employee was upset that my nephew came in at 9:50. Get the sandwich home not even a quarter of the way into it found a disgusting small bundle of hair (pubic, head, I don't know but it caused a definite instant gag reflex just by looking at it). Called Subway right away and employee instantly became defensive stating he does not know how that could happen because he had a NET on. ??? NET Subway employees do not wear nets only visors that is stopping no hair if it was to fall. Informed the employee no need to get defensive accidents happen just would like to return the sub tomorrow. Just please inform the manager of the incident so there will be no questions or confusion. Went to return the sub Sunday and was unable to. Called Owner Chee Wong who was just defensive off the bat. Very bizarre; I never had an owner of a store yell at me and tell me I better calm done after I basically just been called a liar over a freaking sandwich. I parked my car in a subway spot the other morning because I was going to Starbucks AND subway. They're in the same building. As I was rushing to Starbucks to grab a coffee for my coworker, the manager at subway stuck his head out the door and said " this parking spot is for subway customers!! You can't park there". Mind you, there was 4 more empty subway spots and NO other spots in the lot. I held out my hand to signal the I would be right back. Evidently, he didn't understand because after I grabbed my coffee and walked back to get my sandwich he was standing by the door calling me a "retard" and asking me if I could read. I told him I was coming right back to get a sandwich and his response was "I have your license plate number". I told him to calm down and he proceeded to yell at me more about how his customers (the store was empty, or I'm sure he would have thought twice about calling me a bitch) couldn't park in the spot if I was parked there. He had no customers. There was plenty of spots. I had every intention of being a customer. Regardless, there are WAY better ways to ask someone to move their car. Don't worry - Subway on 145th and 15th. You can have your parking spot. This place is FANTASTIC ! Super friendly guy(sandwich artist) made me the best sub Ive had in a long time. I ordered and got my sub super fast.
