I was in a serious time crunch and they got me in right away and did such a fantastic job.

The is a great car wash, however, I'm deducting 2 stars for their customer service, hours, and false advertising. I try to come here whenever possible because of their meticulous work. They truly know how to clean a car inside and out!! It is one of the best car washes I've ever been to that's why I hate to deduct 2 stars, but their customer service could be better. Their hours are not convenient considering I work 5 days a week and have a hard time getting there before they close. Their Yelp page states they are open until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday so I figured it would be ok to go later since I had other things to do during the day. I drove all the way from Homer Glen and arrived at 5:10 p.m. There was also a gentleman in front of me wanting his car washed. Someone came out to my car and told me he was sorry, but they close at 5:00 p.m. and proceeded to tell me he was the only one there. I asked him why their Yelp page says they are open until 6:00 p.m. and he couldn't give me an answer. When I asked where else he could recommend, he told me to go to Delta Sonic. Mind you, I could've went to Delta Sonic near my house since it's better than the one in Downers Grove. As I drove around, I noticed several guys standing around not doing anything. Funny, the other gentleman just told me he was there by himself. I then asked to speak to the manager (Sal) who was very nice, but still did not want to accommodate me. I asked him to please just update his closing time on Yelp. He basically told me he is aware of the incorrect time listed on Yelp, but there is nothing he can do about it. He is aware and has brought it up at meetings, but nobody will change it. When I asked him to recommend a good car wash, he told me Fuller's is better than Delta Sonic. He did tell me my next car wash would be 1/2 price for my inconvenience, which I thought was nice, but I made him put it in writing. If I were the business owner or manager, I would've just washed the car right then and there, but it is Saturday and I'm sure they would've rather gone home than make a customer happy. read more

By far my favorite car wash in the area. If you want to keep your car looking it's best then this is the place to go. Suds does the best job from top to bottom. My car looks like new after I leave there place. read more

I have never had a better customer service experience anywhere I have ever gone. This includes restaurants, bars, stores... Pretty much everywhere. On top of that they do a wonderful job and at a great price. I used to live out of my car for work and they would make it spotless. Grant does a great job letting you know what you need and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need. I drive here from Schaumburg and even with the gas prices and the cost of tolls it's well worth it. read more

I've been a long time customer at Sudsational in Downers Grove for many years and have never had any bad experiences what so ever. I moved father away and hadn't visited them in years. Recently I purchased a new car and decided to go back to them for washes since they did a great job before and I trusted them. I noticed them trying to sell extra add on services like paint protection and dent removal. After going there 4-5 times within a month I noticed dents popping up like crazy on my new vehicle, I park far away when I shop so I know that's not where they came from and at home the vehicle is nowhere near any other vehicles or anywhere that could cause damage. I went there once more and looked over vehicle very well and again another dent. Even tho I own a very expensive vehicle I don't have hundred to grow away on dent removal.if you value your vehicle AVOiD this place. Such a shame they used to be honest and caring. I came here to based in the yelp reviews and now I'm writing one because they are worth every penny. These guys are legit.

Brought my husbands 135i for a Mini-Detail. Overall pretty happy with the results. I dropped it off at Noon and it was done by 4. Nice staff. Normally I do this myself but I have a back injury and cannot do stuff like this anymore. That was my therapy. They missed a few spots when wiping down the dash but for $75 bucks I was very happy. I will bring the X5 and 5er in there for sure. I will say this, the place is busy...I mean small lot and packed with cars. They seem to be quite efficient in the operation. Not impressed at all! I waitted forever, there vaccum must not work properly or whoever cleaned the interior of my car must of been blind because there was still a lot of crumbs inside. There glass cleaner should be called streak cleaner because my windows were very streaky. i will not bring my car here again. read more

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a hand car wash. My first visit I told them what I wanted, they did a great job and I have been going back every week since. They do a great job, car comes out clean all the time and the use air pressure to blow out the excess water from door jams, along windows, trunk lid, and creases where fenders meet. My only "gripe" is they sometimes forget to blow out the water in the side mirror housings on the doors. read more

Hands down this is the best car wash I've ever been to. I couldn't believe how great my car looked after they got done with it. You just need to remember that this is a HAND car wash so it's gonna TAKE LONGER. They always have like a million guys working on your vehicle but when they are doing the interior, exterior and tires it just gonna take some time. My husband and I purchased a gift certificate for a full service car detailing for my elderly father who lives in Naperville. We searched online and decided to contact Sudsational. We live in Cincinnati and knew nothing about what company to contact. We took the car to Sudasational early morning the day after Christmas. Salvadore was extremely helpful from the time he took the phone order, even texting me a photo of the gift certificate, until we picked up the car later that afternoon. He even stayed late for us to pick the car due to the fact that they were closing early due to bad weather. He did an outstanding job on the car. We, and my father were very pleased. Sudsational has a location in my office building. Its very convenient to drop my car off and then pick it up at the end of the day cleaned and ready to go. They have great service, their prices are competitive and sometimes cheaper than other car washes. They LITERALLY wash your car by hand, its does NOT go through a machine like many other car-washes. I think my only issue is that on multiple occasions they leave the underneath panel on the drivers side dirty. (Like between the front tire and the drivers door but on the bottom.)Now I just walk around my car when its done to make sure the dirt is wiped off. Its my only complaint so besides that they do a great job and I would get my car washed here over other places in the area. read more

This is a great place for a detail or just everyday get the dirt and salt off wash. I have a four door lifted Silverado with half matte paint finish. First off, my truck fits. There are no conveyors so those of you with oversized tires and lifts can get in here!! Second, they did a superb job on waxing the regular paint and sealing the matte finish. I had a horrible experience here. I decided to have a full detail done to my car. I dropped off the car bright and early was told it would be ready by 4 but that they would call me. Well I never received a call, so I decided to call at 4. They informed me that my car would be ready by 5. I did not mind the time frame, as long as the job came out good. When I arrived, my car was sitting outside. I walked over to check it out, and found fingerprints everywhere. There seemed to be more prints after the detail than before. So I walk the car around and found some spots to still have dirt on them, as if they had not cleaned the outside of the car. I walked inside and spoke with Francisco. Man does this guy have a attitude problem. He immediately comes up with excuses to why the fingerprints are present and why there were dirt spots on my car. He actually tried to blame me for there mistake. He then goes and grabs a dirty towel and wipes off the prints. I will not be returning to this place and recommend every one take there business elsewhere. This place is very dirty, which should have been my first sign to not service my car here. read more

I was in town and needed a car wash--did some research ahead of time and was really looking forward to a good experience. The job they did was pretty good, though it took a good 45 minutes of waiting time. Be careful of what you are charged. The base charge listed on their outdoor sign said $20. I was charged $23. When I asked why there was an extra $3, I was told it was for the wheel shine application. The thing was, I didn't ask for that--it was done automatically. read more
