On my most recent visit, they locked the doors around 8:40 PM even though the business hours state they are open until 10:00 PM. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Found this place on google and they mentioned it's clean so I decided to try - a huge mistake! The parking space is very limited and the customers park at no parking spot and I couldn't park my car. I have a full self- driving Tesla but it refuses to park because of the blocked parking space. I asked around who parked the Toyota and the customer got angry at me saying " don't come at me! " and others told me I could manage to park and that's extremely difficult. I talked to an employee and she said everyone parks at the non parking spot. The worst drama !!
