Susan did a great job on my manicure. She took her time and made my poor nails look elegant and natural. She did a great job.

This place was AWFUL!!! Worst experience ever from any nail salon I've ever patronized. June my nail tech was beyond Rude...she scraped the skin off and seem to take joy in burning me with primer. I snatched my hand from her death grip to blow on it to alleviate the burning sensation that was on not one but three fingers. I think June didn't realize my skin is attached to the nail she was so aggressively sawing on.I question if she has a license??? There was residual dust that got on her clothing and she STOPPED my service stood up and dusted her clothing off. This experience was overly priced whar was a treat for me turned into a nightmare. I've never paid for things alcarte for nails. I'm from the Midwest I assume this is a Vegas thing. Then the water leaking from the ceiling made me feel just totally grossed out. I asked her about it and she kinda moved her table a little but that didn't help. My cellphone lucky for me is waterproof. I'll never come here again. Thanks for the nothing. I did inform them that this was a horrible experience but no one cared. June should be ashamed at her behavior. They say tell them how you feel because they offer no refunds but you didn't say you attack people with nail files as retaliation for informing you my nail was crooked and you ripped it off as if it wasn't glued to my nail bed. So please keep searching don't patronize this establishment. Keep scrolling. I wished I would have I wouldn't be on vacation icing my nails and worries that I could contract an infection from these ports if entry. Thanks JUNE. read more

Coming from Los Angeles and regularly have pedicures, I can honestly say this one was up there with being one of the best. Highly recommend Bo, she was excellent!!! I came in with my partner for a mani pedi and Susan made me sign a hand written paper with the cost of the mani pedi. my partner getting a treatment next to me was not asked to do this. I commented this was odd and she told me it's because there are street people. I am even more offended now, not only at her blatant judgement of people based on what they look like but her thinking that she has the privilege to categorize people based on her assumptions. apparently I look like a street person and my partner does not? lastly, if you have a policy to ensure customers know the price, it should be administered to all and in a respectful way. avoid this place and especially Susan. read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SUGAR NAIL TOWN SQUARE MALL. I initially found this place trying them on a hope, I have gone to the Sugar Nail LA salons a few times and had pretty good service... Here's the thing, only perform the services you're passionate about and do very very well. Do not wipe the nails clean with fingers, use remover and brush. Use the power tools to shape, the emory boards will never have that precision... I could go on but the bottom line is, read and write reviews please - it's really for the community more than the merchants, ask for what you want, be particular, be particular and be particular. Way too much money for mediocrity. Pluses: Really nice staff, pretty good convo and great services as far as customer service... First visit was a fill and I already had a great nail shape so they turned out fine, the nail tech sculpted one broken nail and replaced with a tip the other broken nail. Good price, great service. Won me over enough to wait for my Vegas visits to get a new set... I thought I found my Vegas spot... #thought Second visit, the tech boasted about all the other services she could do, I have long wanted to get sculpted nails again... so I gabe it a try... 2hrs later-mediocrity. So disappointed and exhausted.... Long story short, Got a new set on Sat, Mon I needed a fill and a polish, called the shop and they welcomed me back for a re-polish... in which lasted a day, I will say the acrylic job underneath didn't help the re-polish, like putting a temp bandage on. It is almost exactly a week and my nails look ridiculous, I now have to get a fill, I can't look at all the imperfections another week! I was visiting Vegas and had a terrible manicure in my hometown the day before. The minute I landed in Vegas, I went here (in the Fashion Show Mall) and the lady who redid my nails did EXACTLY what I originally wanted! I would go back. They have many options on their menu for hands and feet, so many colors and designs to choose from, it was clean and the ladies were so nice and talented. Great Gel Manicure and Pedicure and Pedicure for my husband -located at Fashion Show Mall Stopped by today for an impromptu mani and pedi with gel and a pedi for my husband. He went with the classic 1 pedi and I did the deluxe 2 with the callus treatment. My feet were "pandemic bad" and Nyisha did a wonderful job improving them. The callus treatment was well worth it. I feel like I have new feet. Bo did my manicure. Both ladies were excellent with the gel. I didn't catch the name of the gal who helped my husband with the pedicure but all services were excellent. Our bill was around $200 for these services and it was well worth the cost. Great service very relaxing and so convenient. I would love to come back next time I am in town. read more

I had a manicure/pedicure combo. Nyisha did a great job on my pedicure, which is the sole reason why they have any stars. The manicure was absolutely awful. Kevin barely touched my nails. He wouldn't even them out, they weren't clean underneath, and the filing was awful. A lot of cuticle was missed, and I had to request it be addressed too :( Update: I pointed it out to the woman cashing me out, and she touched it up. It looks much better, just don't bother with Kevin! read more

Went here with my husband, was the first time either of us had ever gotten our nails done. I got the combo mani-pedi and he got the solo pedi. They were friendly and did an incredible job, I got French tips and I'm absolutely in love with how they turned out. They're a little on the more expensive side of things, not terrible considering that they're on the strip, but for the both of us it was $160 plus tip but they did such a good job I don't really mind the price. Absolutely would come here again if we lived closer. My hubby's feet were hella nasty before we went, now they're much better and he says his feet have never felt this nice before. read more

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my life. If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. I got a mani and pedi, and Cindy, who did my pedicure, dug into my big toenails and destroyed both of them and their natural shape. It was so painful and the effects have been long term!! I even told her how she was hurting me and she insisted on whatever the hell she was doing even though it was soooo wrong. The girl that works in the front is slow. They scheduled an appt for 4 people at 3pm, when they didn't have 4 techs. She calls us to confirm while we're eating at the food court. Rushed my lunch and threw the end out so we can make it. We got there and wait for 45 mins and then she tells us it's another 30 minute wait. Only after we got upset and asked what's going on. When she called us rushing us over she didn't tell us they're running late. When we got there she still didn't tell us. I went in to get my nails done for my wedding. Figured I could expect the best from a nail place at the fashion show, but instead I got nails that needed to get retouched after they were done because not even the gel was applied completely on the nails of my right hand. I also wasn't explained how getting a sort of "ombre" effect with gel manicure wouldn't be the same as acrylics, so as I sat there waiting to see the final result (trusting the process), it never got any better at the end. Sure, from a distance the nails passed, but not close up. And my cuticles weren't cleaned up either. $50+ for a waste of time. I'm only giving a star because the girl was very nice & friendly, but I also even wondered how long she had been working doing nails because she seemed hesitant from the start. read more
