My, now Husband, decided to get his Wedding Tuxedo custom made from Suitsupply because of their selection and full outfit package. The first appointment we had, he was able to select the different fabrics, colors, and custom details for his Tux as well as getting his measurements. His 2nd appointment was to pick up and try on the tux. The Tux was beautifully made. After a few extra alterations (included), the Tux fit him perfectly and he was comfortable and looked amazing on our Wedding day. Brooks was his Style Advisor and he was very helpful and knowledgable. The only somewhat negative comment we had, was regarding the how difficult it was to get service because they were always so busy. Even with appointments, we would sometimes have to wait before and in the middle of the appointment because of how busy it got. Although this isn't any of the Style Advisor's fault, it's just a note to any future shoppers to be patient! The products they sell are awesome and great quality so was overall, worth any wait. read more

Our first impression of Suit Supply in Bellevue was not the impression we left with. The entire ordeal working with them was full of let downs. We originally walked in and were not expecting to buy a suit from them but the store screamed quality and professionalism. AT FIRST. So we booked appt to come back the following day, driving an hour and half to their store. That time we were left waiting for 30-45 minutes by the front door when we had an appt. Employees walked passed and didn't even acknowledge us. Eventually I asked someone why we weren't being helped and they found someone available to help us. We ordered a suit that day. Its a fine suit. It's pretty much what we were looking for. Having to purchase a vest when we didn't need it was lame but who are we to argue. Double our budget but we thought we were treating our selves for our wedding. What we actually were doing was making a lot of extra drives down to their store. We had the suit altered, brought it home, tried it on... the butt booked terrible. We went back to have alterations done again. They didn't know what they could do to fix it. Someone in the back suggested taking it in between the legs, okay great! We leave and don't hear anything back about our suit being ready. Its one week before our wedding and I call down there. Sit on hold for 15 minutes while she looks for it, doesn't find it. She gets back on the phone and tells me she doesn't want me to sit on hold for too long she'll call me back. Im thinking WHERE THE F IS MY SUIT?!? She calls back later and says no one entered into their system its ready for pick up. Annoying that its been done for how long and no one called.... HERES THE GREAT PART! We drive down there again pick it up, bring it home to try it all on together and it still had the pins in it. They never did the alterations!!!!!! No one bothered to check. My husband calls back pissed, now its 4 days before the wedding and we are driving back again! They do the alterations and he picked it up the next day. Nothing changed. The butt of the pants is awful but our wedding is in 3 days, there is nothing that could be done. We didn't have time to drive there yet again. I don't know if they ordered him the wrong size pant or how to fit it. Our photographer wouldn't even shoot the groom from the back side because the butt on his pants looked terrible. We will be having them altered YET AGAIN because we spent over a grand on a suit. I expect it truly be fitted like they claim to know. My advice is be on top it. Try your suit on there EVERY TIME! Don't wait for the employees to come to you. Address them other wise you will wait around forever by the front of the store. It happened every time we went for an appointment. Until we realised we had to be proactive to get helped on time. Overall still unhappy with our experience with a highly renounced store and hope they will try to make things right with us. read more

Buying a suit is not an investment to take litely so I have brokent the experience down into a few categories and also included some figures to help show how Suit Supply compares to other options in the city. 1. Style 2. Quality 3. Service 4. Value 1. Style - Suit Supply has the European style suits that are dispacing the boxy sportscaster suits still worn by former athletes on ESPN. If you are not built like a 50 year old wide receiver who prefers the shoulder pads of his suit to rub the sides of doorframes when you enter a room the styles at Suit Supply should fit you fine. The cut of the Napoli suit I bought has even less pronounced shoulders than the Fitzgerald suits from Brooks Brothers. The trousers are not near as blousy as the Fitzerald trousers so you will look taller. The trouser legs are not so skinny that they will be out of style in a year. Overall the styling is more modern, streamlined and less boxy than any of the suits I tried on at Nordstroms and Brooks Brothers. I'm very very pleased with the look of the suit. 2. Quality - I took a close look at the suit and compared them to the other suits I own (Boss, Hickey Freeman, etc...) and was very pleased. There is clearly a very close attention to detail on stitching. These do not feel at all like mass produced suits. The feel of the fabric is in impeccable. I have confidence in the quality of the materials and the construction. I may be biased based on a WSJ article I read that stated in a blind test experts ranked Suit Supply suits as high as handmade Armani suits while other suits I normally buy were ranked lower. 3. Service - I felt the service was good to very good. Kyle was very patient with me and when I said I was going to look around after he invested time in me he did not give attitude, which I appreciate. There were not as many colors or patterns in the size and style I liked but I found three suits I would have been happy with. Here's the kicker, they offered alterations in house, I declined as I have a Nordstrom card and have a $100 free alterations a year. After the tailor made her marks at Nordstrom she explained the price would be double as I didn't buy the suit there. Thanks anyway! I went back to Suit Supply. I like being able to see the tailor at Suit Supply as she works. She is an integral part of the store and not an afterthought. 4. Value - This is where Suit Supply really comes together. Considering the terrific styling and excellent quality of the suit plus the service, I felt the suit was a good value and this is where I will break down where Suit Supply compares. My suit out the door was $560 with alterations. My Boss suit from Nordstrom during the sale is $899 - 33% off. That's only $40 dollars more than the Suit Supply suit but I 1. did not have to wait for a sale 2. That's with alterations 3. The Suit Supply suit fits better, has better styling and honestly looks better on me. Likewise, Brooks brothers suits start at $999. During their Father's Day Sale they may be discounted as much as 33%. Suit Supply wins based on the same criteria that trumps the Nordstrom experience. I did not include Jos A Banks or Men's Wearhouse suits as to be honest they are not in the same categoria. I love AAA baseball but the experience is not the same as a major league game. I've done my research on style forums and SS has tons of people raving about their suits being high quality and affordable. SS has various fits, styles, colors and fabrics. As I was trying on the jackets I noticed that many of them fit really well. I found one that fit me almost like a glove, I would only need to do minor alterations (they also do this on site) on the sleeves and I would be good to go. What I was really impressed by is that their suits are modern (slim) and they fit how they should. I've shopped at Nordstrom and tried on their expensive suits and it was hard to find one that fit right. In the end of the day, I would take an inexpensive suit that fits right over an expensive CK suit that fits and looks like a large trash bag. Value: 4.5/5 I'm not a suit expert, however I found the price to be reasonable. I've read on some style forums that SS was rated #1 for the best bang for its buck. Customer Service: 5/5 When it comes to big purchases like a suit, I tend to ask a lot of questions. I was helped by an employee named Scott (I think that's his name) and he was very patient and thorough answering all my questions and giving me advice on how a proper suit should fit. I've been here with my husband and he, scruffy tech worker that he is, received excellent service, above and beyond the call of duty. Even though the woman helping us got nightmarishly trapped in an elevator while getting him a suit, she texted instructions to the other sales associate while waiting to be rescued by the fire department! Anyway, they put together some excellent separates for my husband's interview, that would blend right into his "work wardrobe." Well, he got the job, happily returned to being a bedraggled coder and hasn't worn any of it again, reflecting more on him than on suitsupply! The selection is younger and slightly off the beaten path of department stores. I read somewhere the zip code in Redmond where Microsoft is located is where suitsupply got most of their orders, so they opened a shop here. This is how engineers do their sexy. There's a little quirkiness to it. Mad men style vaguely retro three piece suits, psychedelic ties, colorful dress shirts, boiled wool blazers, not a shoulder pad in sight - all of it equal parts James Bond and Wes Anderson. I'd compare the quality to the higher end ready-to-wear stuff you get from Macy's -- so there's a slight discount because suitsupply is direct from the retailer. Decent stuff, but given the selection it blows my mind that I MUST get the pants which are bound to the jacket size.. I'm a thin guy with about 38R jacket size, but i'm swimming in the pants. Sure they can tailor them but.. they're not even close! If i could size down on the pants It'd be perfect, but .. it's not allowed. If you're tall and slim, you'll need every adjustment offered which sucks because it's hard to imagine it fitting well when it's starting so far off. I opted not to take the $600 plunge and hope it would work out. At JCrew, a sale got me something similar for about $250 less which needed $20 arm length fixed and that's it. Also quite poor service here. Employees are either not helpful because they don't know suiting (A woman working in this store had little bearing for how a suit 'should' fit v.s. what 'rules' are bent in modern styling) or they are so uninterested in helping you that you feel out of place asking. This is a suit shop with some nice fits, it should be easy for them to put you in something that sparks your interest. Instead I had to research all the different fits and their names online, and go in there, read all the tags and find what I was thought would work. The value/quality is there for the suit, but given all the positive stuff I've heard about Suit Supply, this location must just suck. I get at least a half-dozen compliments every time I wear my Lazio from Suit Supply. A spectrum of modern suits, savvy service, and skillful alterations. Suit Supply stocks a dynamic range of fits, colors, and fabrics to match a variety of styles. I felt daunted at first, but SS's obviously educated crew made it easy to find the perfect suit. My in-store guide was able to decipher my fashion-senseless pseudo jargon and match me with exactly what I had in mind. I felt more informed after my purchase -- the staff here are obviously professionals, they explained the entire process of finding my fit and pinning my alterations. Suit Supply finished my alterations faster than their own estimation and they use an extremely convenient text service to notify upon completion. This shop is a totally mess. I bought a suit here and arranged for pickup the following day. Just a simple hem. I stressed that it was very important that I get the suit back the next day. No problem they said. I show up the next day and they could not find my suit. He said it mite be "upstairs" 20 mins later he came back down empty handed with no explanation. Just "I can't find your suit, but I'll keep looking" 15 mins after he disappeared again. I walked out. The suits seem to be good quality. But my experience was totally infuriating. Suits are of fine quality in terms of material, especially compared to your typical department store suit or Jos A Bank garbage. you will feel the difference immediately. No issues there. Two specific problems: The jackets and pants are not interchangeable. The 38 jackets come with a 32-33 pant, and these fit like clown pants on me. I thought they could be tailored down, especially because I was looking for a slimmer fit. This leads to the second problem. Their tailoring is entirely amateur hour. The salesmen on the floor with no actual experience in alterations are the ones taking measurements, and they are clumsy at best. I gave them two tries and multiple visits over a week to get the pants right, and they just couldn't. I brought my pants to Eltsa (Greenlake) the next day in desperation, and she had them ready and perfect in 2 hours, in time to catch my flight for a wedding. Don't do your tailoring here. read more

I had an excellent experience at this suit supply location. I was helped a minute after I walked in by Drew. He helped me find a the suit style I wanted in my price range, which was around 400-500. I needed all the alterations done by Saturday, which they had done by Friday. I told Drew I wanted a more slim type fit and he fitted me exactly to the way I wanted. They do in house tailoring which I think is a must. The material and the fit on the suit are excellent and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I came into Suit Supply looking for a custom tuxedo I was to wear at my wedding. I worked with Chris and while I don't wear suits often, I am very particular about them when I do. This particular garment was especially important to me and being the professional that Chris is, he picked up on this and made a special effort to listen to my questions and concerns, answer them and respond with his own questions in return to make sure I got the look I was going for. I really appreciated the fact that he provided me with options, giving me some advice on accessories that I would not normally wear and tying my groomsmen's look in with my own. The confidence I had in his knowledge of menswear made it very easy to trust his advice and I was pleasantly surprised with the way his suggestions looked on me and ended up going in a direction I might not have tried had he not mentioned it. I would prefer to not write a bad review but I've tried contacting the store several times with no success.This has been a disappointing experience. I'm not quite sure if the service matches the caliber, from the start. The woman that helped me was kind, however I was in the store for about 15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. It almost made me feel like a bother. I do understand there is a pandemic and restrictions and that they are very busy. I'm grateful to even be able to buy new clothes and I understand things take longer than normal. I was told I would get a call when my clothes were ready to pick up which would be in three weeks. It has been over a month and a half. I called a week ago and the man I spoke with has no idea where my order is and he would call me right back. No returned phone call. They don't answer phone calls. I still don't have my clothes. I spent over 1,500 on my order and I would think that there would be better communication at least. The clothing in this store is absolutely fantastic. The two suits and 4-5 shirts I have purchased are of the highest quality. The service is in fact so bad however that I will unlikely return. If I am wearing my street clothes it takes around 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. There is a very strange vibe in the store, like you could cut the tension with a knife. Employees are extremely awkward to the point of being confrontational. I've purchased clothes from 4 different employees and each time leaves me feeling very uncomfortable. I had a really good experience at the Seattle Suit Supply. The store is bright and clean and the salesmen were cordial and relaxed. The tie selection is fantastic. I saw many patterns and different textures like cashmere and raw silk. In the front of the store they have displayed the ties on a 10 foot high wall which is an interesting and it makes it easier to see everything. The shirts are offered in different colors and collars, which helped since I'm very particular. Drew, the salesman that helped me, graciously greeted me when I entered the door and after letting me browse, gave me a great run down of the various fits. Once we had decided that the Lazio model was the one for me, he was very clear about the alterations that were critical to make the suit look the way that I had envisioned. After I changed out of the suit, Drew had organized a couple of shirt and tie combinations which were appealing. We discussed the color combinations with two other salesmen, who were also very welcoming. You really get the feeling that these guys are friends and that you are another one of them. I returned about a week later and the result is awesome. It fits like a glove. Shout out to Drew and especially to the tailor that altered my suit because it looks amazing. I set up an appointment to buy a suit for a wedding. The first thing I was greeted with when I went in for my appointment was the fact that they had failed to schedule the appointment and I was left to wait as they found someone to help me. Luckily they found Tony. Tony was a very warm and helpful guy who showed me some options that I liked. After several hours, since they were busy and understaffed, I bought my suit and left it for alterations. A day later it was apparently completed. I wasn't able to come back to pick up the suit for a few days and I had thought it would take longer. When I returned, I had a completely different experience. First, I wasn't helped at all even though there weren't very many customers in the store. Second, I tried the suit on and discovered that the tailor had done an extremely sloppy job. No wonder it only took a day. Tons of loose ends all over the place. I also requested to have suspender buttons added to my pants and the tailor completely forgot about them. My buddy recommended try their online store. It turned out they had just built a store here and I went down to check it out. I needed a suit for my wedding, so I was obviously very specific on what I wanted. I looked at Mario's and Nordstrom, both had some nice one's but the price point was crazy. I went here and they had comparable quality, but more importantly their style. Because it's a European suit company their fit is perfect for me. I don't wear skinny's or anything, but this suit fit perfectly. Our guy Ben was a huge help. We visited in March and he said come back in the summer because the style will be more like what I wanted. I visited this store on July 6 to look for a new suit. The store was very bright and clean and very modern feeling. The staff greeted me when I walked in. I made my way over to some of the suits. After about a minute, a saleswoman approached to see if I needed help. I told her I wasn't sure of the size, but I usually wear 36R because that's the smallest most retailers carry. I'm very slim, btw! She had me try on a 34 jacket and wow that fit really nice! I told her my budget was around $500, so she picked out a few suits for me. I found a really nice navy blue Napoli. I wasn't wearing a dress shirt or shoes, so before I went to try on the suit, she brought out a shirt and shoes for me to use, both in my size and very nice quality. The jacket and pants were almost a perfect fit. Only needed to adjust the sleeves a little and hem the pants. The fabric was so soft and luxurious, even my wife was really impressed. Since I was in Seattle for only the day, I asked if they could finish the alterations before they closed. I had got there around 1:30 pm. The saleswomen checked with the tailor and sure enough they promised they could get it done that same day! While walking around Pike's Market, the saleswoman called to say the suit was ready for pickup. I think this was before 4:00. Went back to the store, tried on the suit again, and everything looked great. This was the best suit purchase I have made and look forward to my next one from Suitsupply. Also, my wife didn't even notice the bikini girls on the walls, so I think it's a little unfair to give them bad reviews just for their ads. My experience at Suitsupply was a pleasant one. We were greeted the moment we walked in and it was very easy to find help. Salespeople are knowledgeable, not pushy and ready to give you their honest opinions. It seems a couple of things in the store were not in their right places, it took them a while to find the different size for my suit. However, the suit i ended up purchasing is of great quality and perfect fit, and i left the store, quite broke if i may mention, but very happy with my purchase. The in-store alteration station finished the details of my suit within an hour, so thumbs up for that. Note to Canadian buyers, that Canadian dollar price tag doesn't mean anything, apparently it's from the manufacturer (?), and everything is charged in US dollars only, kinda learned that the hard way with the crappy exchange rate, but you can't find stuff like this in Vancouver BC unfortunately. read more

Warning: wall of text. TL;DR: great service and phenomenal overall quality of suits, but the cuts that they have requires a lot of tailoring for athletic body types. Grant Abel was very professional in helping me find a suit with the right basic fit (shoulders and chest). He was not pushy, and was patient while we spent about an hour going through different cuts and cloth types. Pants were hemmed, seat widened, and waist reduced, because my chest is 43 inches, but my true waist is between a 33 and 34, and the store doesn't do suit separates at the same cost as pre-paired suits. Jacket sleeves were also hemmed with the buttons left intact. When I called in Dani(?) and Chris were both extremely helpful and reassuring, and promptly helped get my shipment tracking number in order. It looks like I will have to take the suit in to a tailor to get the sides taken in and the center back seam reduced as well due to my drop. In hindsight I wish I had done this in-store, but overall, I am very pleased with the level of service and punctuality of the staff at this store. They overnighted my suit so that it was shipped out on Monday and I had it on Tuesday. Overall, the fit of the suit in the shoulder and chest, and the quality is better than the Indochino MTM one I ended up returning. My only complaint is that they didn't stock any of their athletic fit navy suits--their standard drop of the jacket and the correlating waist size is 6 inches. 5/5 service. 5/5 overall quality 3/5 athletic options Will update with pictures. read more

Went to Suitsupply on a whim because I didn't own a suit yet and being a 23 yo male figured it was time to add one to my wardrobe. I went in knowing basically nothing about what I wanted/needed and having done about 30 minutes of research prior. I went on Black Friday, so the mall was super crowded, but was helped immediately as I entered the store. I let Amr know why I was there and he showed me a couple great suits that he thought would be quality and versatile first suits, and explained extremely well the details and differences about the suit, different ways to wear them, etc. He wasn't pushy at all, was really focused on teaching me the things I needed to know to make my own decision rather than pushing me to buy something without explaining. Ended up getting a blue suit with a pocket square and some socks, and will be picking up the suit after a couple alterations next week. I will come back and edit this review if the quality of the suit doesn't meet expectations, but I don't see that happening. Will definitely be returning to shop around for any dress shirts, shoes, or other miscellaneous formalwear I need in the future! read more

I just give the 1 star for their products! The service is HORRIBLE. My husband and I went to the store on a Sunday wearing very casual clothes. They didn't take us serious since we didn't wear fancy formal clothes . If you work full time, I don't think you have energy to wear formal on weekends. When my husband wanted to buy the suit, all of the sudden their rude sales rep became nice! I had a stroller and my son was with us. The sales rep said I'm blocking the client despite their huge store!!! The rudest sales person ever! We go back to Nordstrom. despite their cool design, won't buy anything there anymore!!! read more

I had a great experience with the store. The suits are modern and of good quality, with slim cuts that are good for the more slender/athletic frames*. The price is reasonable and the staff (Stefanie and the in-house tailor) were very helpful in getting a perfect fit . A little more detail: I walked into the store, tried a few different models and figured out my size. Then ordered the suit I wanted from their web site (they have a larger selection on line, with lots of info), and had it delivered to the store. After getting an email from the store that they had the suit, I did a fitting session with Stefanie for some small adjustments (sleeves, pants), which was not expensive and totally worth doing. Also, no need for an appointment! The suit was ready on time a few days later (again I got an email about it from the store). Overall a very good/time efficient experience. *Their suits would probably work well for tall women of similar frame. read more

I am beginning to shop for a suit for an upcoming event. I stopped in today and stood around looking clueless for almost 10 minutes while several employees were unoccupied. Finally I asked if someone could help me to which I didn't get a very eager reply. Overall just a poor shopping experience. read more

I came here to Seattle on a business trip....needed a suit last minute for a meeting...had a terrible experience with Amanda...bad customer service, seemed in a bad mood was not helpful...no thanks. next time will go somewhere else! read more
