A friend told me about this bingsoo chain from Korea! He said that the American options here are better though... so I had to give it a try myself! My go to is the Mango Cheese Bingsoo. The condensed milk and snow-like texture of the ice are satisfying. Overall, it's a large portion and the fruits are always sweet. Not bad!
Yeah Sulbing is on the pricier side and it's always packed. Parking is annoying, even after Beque closed (RIP). The bingsoo is admittedly some of the best in the Bay Area. But if there's nowhere to sit, it's hard to enjoy it. Wish the venue was a bit bigger. Looking back, If you're really craving Korean shaved ice, this place is solid, just try to come during off hours.
Melon Bingsoo is very cute in its honeydew bowl and carved melon top. I am not sure what was on the bottom, but I am sure there was something strawberry and some yogurt ice cream. The line was long and parking was challenging, but it was worth the wait. I wish they had menus that described their seasonal items better because staff was not able to give much of a description. Interior was typical of Sulbing.
On of the most expensive sulbings I've had not sure if it's because it's healthier because of the yogurt but it sure was tasty. Efficient self service kiosk . very much a hangout spot in the evenings especially during the summer. when it gets crowded, you may have to wait a little bit for a seat , hover around a table that looks like they're going to leave. This is an order and pay at the front and seat yourself establishment. Would definitely come back
The bingsoo at sulbing is always delicious. They use frozen sweet milk, not water ice, so it's very fluffy and sweet. The only thing I dislike about coming here is that it's very busy and crowded, so sometimes it can be a battle to find a seat, and the tables are usually not that clean.
My wife and I visited Sulbing and ordered the Mango Cheesecake Sulbing and the Mozzarella Injeolmi Toast. Ordering is done through a self-service kiosk, and our food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Both items were delicious. The Mango Cheesecake Sulbing was refreshing and not overly sweet. The shaved ice had a smooth, milky texture that melted perfectly in every bite. The Mozzarella Injeolmi Toast was excellent as well, it reminded me of a grilled cheese sandwich, but even better, with a unique sweet-and-savory flavor combination. Seating is first come, first served, so finding a table can be a challenge when the cafe is busy. Plenty of space between seats. The biggest downside is the parking situation, which can also be difficult during peak hours. Still, the food makes it well worth the visit.
Mango Cheese bingsu - The mango to ice ratio was great. Most of the flavor was on the bottom, so had to mix it well. The mangoes were more sour than sweet, maybe not in season yet. Injeolmi toast - I liked the chewiness of the mochi inside the bread. However, I personally am not a fan of dry powder and the toast was basically covered in it. Ambiance - We came here on a Friday evening after dinner and it was packed. We had to wait a bit for a couple to leave so we could take their table. The cafe is pretty spacious but just expect a crowd, and I'm sure even more in the summer.
I would say the price is good however it's not the best bingsu I've had. Maybe it's because we got the chocolate but I wasn't feeling it. I wished it had more toppings or something inside that was sweeter, but mostly it just tasted like chalky cocoa powder. Not very sweet and not in a good way. I usually wouldn't get this flavor and would get fruit so maybe that makes the difference. Was it the worst? No. The shave ice part was delicate and the portion was what you would expect. But I wouldn't attempt any chocolate ones again if I did come back here. It's lacking something. As for the inside, it's a spacious place with plenty of seating which is nice, although the music feels a little loud. The service is pretty straight forward here as you can order from a kiosk or up front, and there are screens that show which order number is finished around the restaurant. The bathroom was clean. Overall, wouldn't say it's bad but I'm not sure if I can recommend.
No frills Korean shaved ice spot in Santa Clara! Quick self service ordering process, our two choices were out pretty quickly despite the cafe being almost full. Ordered the traditional injeolmi Bingsoo and the mango cheesecake Bingsoo. Both were very tasty, light and fresh! Perfect for sharing with a group of friends.
Wanted to like this but came away disappointed. The shave ice was basically flavorless the ice itself had no taste, and the toppings didn't do enough to carry it. For the price and , I expected a lot more. Nice space, but the dessert didn't deliver. Probably won't be back.
My go-to bingsoo spot whenever I had dinner at Santa Clara and my group of friends craving for something sweet after. Sulbing is actually pretty popular chain in Korea and known for their Korean style shave ice (bingsoo), so I'm very happy that they opened a store here in Bay Area. There are a lot of parking spots within the plaza, the store itself is pretty spacious, and the decoration is quite simple. I usually place my order at the kiosk, staffs were friendly and wait time is about 10-15 minutes, could be longer on the weekend. They have a fixed menu but once in a while there will be a seasonal item likes Melon, Watermelon or Pistachio Strawberry. My favorite is their Apple Mango Cheese Sulbing, the shave ice is smooth, creamy, cheesecake bites and mango sauce were delicious, but the ice cream on top was alright, a perfect dessert to cool you down on a hot day. But if you prefer something warm, I would recommend their Honey Butter Bread, crunchy thick cut of bread with creamy whip and sliced almond on top. Overall, it is a great spot for Bingsoo and hanging out with friends.
My family and I stopped by Sulbing after having dinner not to far from here. It had been years since my last time enjoying Korean shaved ice and since it would be a first for my little monster, we eagerly visited. The parking situation is disastrous to say the least. With all of the neighboring businesses, the lot is quite small to house all of the foot traffic coming in. Driving around in circles is a guarantee and I've never been able to locate any kind of street parking. Be patient and throwing in a quick prayer wouldn't hurt. Our weekday [Tuesday] visit occurred at about 6:30pm with only 2 other parties dining. Seating was plentiful and the shop was spacious. The menu provided differed from what was viewed on Yelp so i'd like to assume the offerings change throughout the seasons. Great because seasonal ingredients are utilized which avoids artificial flavorings but we weren't able to get the item my 6 year old wanted. We settled with: *CHOCOLATE BROWNIE SULBING *MOZZARELLA INJEOLMI TOAST **It was disappointing for Sulbing to have sold out on the honey butter bread and not being able to try the vanilla latte + cloudy latte due to the machine being broken.** The chocolate brownie sulbing was good but was skimpy on the brownie aspect. The shaved ice is light, fluffy, and perfectly sweeted with condensed milk. Each spoonful melts in your mouth. The brownie version was okay but I'd prefer a fruit version of this. Mozzarella injeolmi toast is essentially two pieces of toast sandwiching mochi center and topped off with cheese. Do keep in mind this dish is sweet as it is drizzed with a sweetener. Interesting but I wouldn't feel the need to order this again. 3 stars overall. These beauties take a bit of time to make so come here anticipating a wait. I don't even want to imagine the wait during a peak hour visit. Nevertheless, the shop is super cute and very clean but our order just didn't hit the spot. I'd come back again during the summer to enjoy the fruit sulbings- primarily the melon.
Went to sulbing on a Saturday night, it was busy but still able to grab a seat as parties left. We got the strawberry bingsu, comes with condensed milk already drizzled. The strawberries I think they toss it in some sugar as the strawberry on top was actually tart. I love the bingsu, it's soft and milky, very consistent here. We tried the dubai cookie but found it underwhelming. I think it was $7? Looking forward to the melon bingsu when it's back in season!

easy ordering on kiosk! i like sulbing more than sul&bean because it doesn't taste AS SWEET as sul&bean altho it is pricier. nice and chill spot to hang out with friends and whatnot and they have a screen to let you know if your order is ready! read more
Was in the area so decided to try sulbing out after seeing it on TikTok! Super clean and no line when I went around 6:30. We got the tiramisu one and I liked the ice more than the toppings. The tiramisu and ice cream were rock hard and super hard to eat so we got a bowl on the side for it. Overall a super cute place! Our dessert was refreshing and so yummy! read more
Sulbing is located in a plaza so finding parking can be a bit hard, especially if its packed. My bf and I went here on a Thursday around 7pm and it was decently busy. Kiosks are available to place your order. Tables are a free for all so be sure to scout for an open spot so you have somewhere to sit. Be on the lookout for your order number at the counter to pick up your food. The Tiramisu bingsoo, in my opinion, is overhyped. I thought the tiramisu was going to be soft and easy to cut into, it was hard. Luckily we ordered a croffle and used the plate to put the tiramisu on it. I did like that it came with a little cup of espresso on the side to pour over the bingsoo. Croffle was good! It was crunchy and I enjoyed having it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. read more

I absolutely love bingsoo, and I've been hearing the rave about Sulbing and decided to give it a try. I came with my partner on a weekend afternoon, and the wait and parking were horrendous. The parking lot is so crowded and cramped we went for street parking instead and walked it. The line for the self order kiosk was almost to the door, and the line went by fast, but not as fast as the people dining. A lot of people, including me and my partner, had to stand and wait around, hoping empty seats would free up. There should be some way implemented to control this and hired more staff to keep up with the large amount of orderes. If your order came before you found a seat, you essentially would have to stand and eat since they don't allow takeout. After ordering, we snagged a seat in 10 minutes, and the wait for our bingsoo took about 30-40 minutes. Their bingsoo is good, but I would not wait almost an hour for this ever again. There are other options just as good. As other reviews mentioned, other people are basically stalking and camping for you to finish and take your seat. We had one couple standing and waiting next to us as we cleaned up our tray. Their bingsoo is good, I'll give them that but I highly won't return due to the poor experience and hassle. read more

Went on a weekday as this plaza is known to be packed during the weekend, and parking is always tough to find. You can either order through kiosk or at the counter. Got the chocolate brownie sulbing. Presentation looks great. However, I felt that the ice needed some more flavor as it did taste a little more plain than expected after the top layer of cocoa powder with the bits of brownie and cheesecake. Possibly some condensed milk would make a difference; will give that a try next time! Overall, pretty good and I'll have to come back to try the blueberry cheese and tiramisu for future stops! read more

We came here on a Friday around 7:30PM and got our order around 8:20PM. It took 30 minutes for our bingsu to come out after ordering. It was pretty crowded when we came and there were a lot of people waiting for tables. We got the mango cheese sulbing and tiramisu sulbing. We did not enjoy the tiramisu sulbing. The tiramisu itself was pretty hard. We really only liked the ice cream on top. However, we really liked the mango cheese bingsu! My favorite part of it was the tart flavored ice cream on top. We thought it paired really well with the mango. Overall, I would come back to try different flavors once the hype dies down. read more
sulbing is the best place to get bingsu. it's always crowded so you know it's good. finding a parking spot can get pretty difficult since the area is so small but eventually you'll find one. there is great lighting so you can get great pictures to post. my favorite bingsu is the mango because it never disappoints me. you can literally never go wrong with it. the strawberry bingsu is okay, i wish there was more flavor in it but it is still very refreshing. the biscoff is so good, the coffee at the bottom is extremely bitter. their new melon bingsu was okay. once we cut it open, we realized that we were catfished by the photo. it was very bland but at least it looked pretty on the outside. overall i would definitely recommend coming here after eating out. always room for dessert read more

Shaved snow like I never had it before. Cute plating, cute ambience and fast service. Sulbing is a great place to hang out with a group of friends. The shaved ice here is super fluffy and soft. I can see why the place is so popular. The Injeolmi flavored snow was surprisingly good! The powder and ice mixed together to form a sweet and earthy paste that paired really well with the red bean. However, the flavors were really subtle and I craved a bit more sweetness. Some condensed milk would have really elevated this to another level. The tiramisu was pretty disappointing. Even though it was visually stunning, it never tasted like a great cohesive dish. The ice cream scoops were flavorless so it didn't add enough sweetness/creaminess to an otherwise bitter bowl of ice. The coco powder was bitter and so was the expresso shot you're supposed to pour on top. I think if they got better beans for the expresso and used a better quality ice cream this would have been really good. I look forward to coming and trying their other flavors. Next time I'll need to add some more toppings to sweeten things up! read more

went on a wednesday and this place was PACKED!!!! CROWDED every table was taken and we realized after we ordered, that we might not get a table to sit and eat which was stressful for a second. finding a table was like a race!! anyways we managed to find a table yay we got the mango bingsu. it was refreshing esp for the hot summer. we did opted out of the condensed milk bc costed extra. however, we regretted it bc our shaved ice was dry and flavorless. honestly wished the condensed milk just came with the bingsu. the mango pieces were huge tho also got the blueberry smoothie! as a huge blueberry fan, it wasn't as sweet as i was expecting and more yogurt flavor. read more

I love bingsu and this place did not disappoint! It was fair pricing and the portion was big! They also gave lots of fruit which at some places I've been before, they can be stingy with the fruit portions. The inside is so cute and there is plenty of seating! It is also pretty aesthetic in there. I will definitely be back! read more

A new bingsu spot in Santa Clara! It can definitely get super crowded on weekends making it hard to get tables. Ordering is done on a screen and they have 2 tvs on both sides of the room to see if your number is up there. We got the mango cheese & strawberry bingsu. Note: if you want extra condensed milk you have to add it into your order. They put some already. Our favorite was the mango cheese. It wasn't the sweetest mango I've had but paired w/ the cheese it def took the cake. The "cheese" was like a cheesecake. So yummy. The strawberry was definitely a solid choice too and I'd definitely order again if I'm in a strawberry mood. The interior is super clean and well organized with additional bowls to grab & an area to drop off plates/trays. Cant wait to visit again! read more

Waited about 30-40 minutes for our dessert on a Saturday afternoon. Definitely a struggle to find seating in this place while everyone is waiting for the food too. They don't allow to go right now. Would recommend coming on a weekday since weekends are busier and parking can be a struggle. Dessert was good especially on a hot day. read more
Don't get me wrong, this place has potential. But because of the hype, there is an INSANE wait for your dessert right now. Went on a Tuesday night at 730pm and it was a 30 min wait for your order. I do appreciate that they warned us about it before placing the order. Tiramisu Bingsu was solid, but nothing to die for. Please be warned that the tiramisu cake that is on top is borderline frozen and hard, kind of like ice cream. Some people are into that, some aren't. Injeolmi toast was the star of the show to be honest, for a fraction of the price too. All in all, this place has potential, but I wouldn't recommend it to everyone unless you were a toast or bingsu fanatic. read more

amazing sulbing spot, i highly recommend this place if you're looking for a yummy cold dessert. a bit on the pricy side but you can get 1-2 to share with a group of friends. the fruits they use are fresh and sweet and i love the presentation of their dishes. you can order what you want at the kiosk and you're given a number which shows up on the TV screen and dings when it's ready. at the end you return your tray to a gray tray rack on the side. overall, amazing bingsu and i highly recommend the strawberry bingsu and matcha bingsu (pictured)! read more

Came here on a Friday evening around 7 PM and was told there would be a 30 min wait when I went up to order. We lucked out in that we were able to grab a table as a group was leaving, but in general, it seemed like there were not enough tables for the amount of people who were there. I wouldn't say that's because they don't have enough seating though.. I think there's just way too many people hyped about this place. The chocolate brownie bingsoo was delicious. The shaved ice was nice and fluffy, and it came with chunks of brownie and also what I believe were pieces of cheesecake. There were also secret pieces of oreos mixed in when you start getting deeper into the dessert. It was not too sweet either. While I do think the bingsoo here was good, I am not sure if it was worth the price. This cost $15.95, bringing it over $16 with tax. Paying that much for dessert is a bit high, in my opinion, especially since this is more of a light dessert despite its size. I would love to try the tiramisu one next or one of the fruit ones, but those come out close to $20. read more
We came here for the fourth time to try something else since we got the tiramisu the first 3 times xD. We got here at 8pm on Friday night and didn't get ours until past 8:50. It's always really crowded, and people are hovering around waiting for tables to open. There was literally no parking in the lot the last two times we've visited, and the wait has become too long :'( we probably will only come back at an off hour. Ordered: Premium Strawberry Sooooo good!! There is a regular strawberry bingsoo and a premium strawberry one and I think the main difference I saw was that the regular one comes with mochi on the top while the premium strawberry one comes with whipped cream and cheesecake. The premium strawberry was really good! The ice has like a yogurt flavor so it mixes well with the syrupy strawberries. The cheesecake was also really good and matched with the bingsoo. There are so many other flavors that I'm excited to try so I definitely will be coming back soon! read more

I've tried various bingsoo spots in the East and South Bay and none of them have been as solid as Sulbing. It comes straight from Korea, so you know it has to be good! The snow is fine, there's a variety of flavors, and you can request condensed milk on the side. I do wish their condensed milk was sweeter and thicker, but I've seen other bingsoo places make their's like that too. As for the flavors- the biscoff cookie flavor was fun with layers of espresso and vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup on top. But I didn't enjoy it as much as the injeolmi. I would definitely order the injeolmi again but ask for a lotttt of extra condensed milk. Without it, it's so powdery that you choke. I would definitely come again! read more

Shoutout to Annie for letting us place an order at 9:15 pm. :') Do know that even though they close at 10 pm, they will stop taking orders at 9:15 pm. I can see why though, the place is packed even late at night and they need time to clean afterwards as well. We ordered the Injeolmi Bingsoo and it took around 15 minutes to get our order. The bingsoo was really refreshing and the shaved ice melts in your mouth. The peanut dust can be a bit overwhelming at first and dry but mixing it with the shaved ice helps. The rice cake adds a nice contrast of texture. I feel that it tastes better and better as you eat your way through. The perfect amount of sweetness -- not overwhelming at all. Believe they recently opened so will stop by next time to try their other menu items! read more
This place... is so inefficient :( Got here at around 8pm(?) when their closing time was 10pm and the place was packed and no available seats. I think we waited about 20ish minutes just to grab a table. Got to order in line and there were two people ahead of me but my turn came in like 20ish minutes because maybe the orders were backlogged/there weren't enough working employees. When I got to the cashier, the cashier let me know that if I order now it would take 40 minutes for our order!! By this time it was like 8:40pm and that meant we would get the order near closing. I ordered the Strawberry Sulbing and indeed waited around 30ish minutes for the order. The bingsoo was nothing special and I don't understand the craze. Maybe I should try their signature flavor bingsoos next time. But the wait, the service, the price all not worth it at all. Go to sul & beans instead lol. read more
My friend and I came here after eating at kunjip and it was crowded on a weekday night. We ordered a premium strawberry sulbing. It's an extra $2 from the regular one but it's pretty much the same but with a piece of cake in the middle. I would definitely get the regular one next time. It was a nice sweet treat after dinner and it's shareable between 2-3 people. read more
I've been meaning to try Sulbing since its soft opening, but it took me some time to beat the evening dessert crowd. After all the suspense, I must say I'm underwhelmed. I came in at 5 pm on a Monday to a pretty empty store. The folks behind the cashier were kind and helpful as I figured out my order: a Strawberry Sulbing with added cheesecake pieces on the side, and a chocolate croffle. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes. While pretty, the Strawberry Sulbing was disappointing. The snowy base of the bowl lacked the creamy, milky flavor I normally look forward to in Korean desserts like this. The fresh strawberries that surrounded the dish weren't sweet, either. I abandoned this bowl after several bites. Lackluster fruit can be hard for a dessert shop to avoid sometimes, so I'd recommend ordering some condensed milk on the side to compensate for this. I just don't feel like you should have to cover something with condensed milk before you can actually enjoy it. The chocolate croffle was decent. The croffle itself was pleasantly crispy and sweet. Beyond that, don't expect anything more than a drizzle of Hershey's chocolate syrup and a whisper of chocolate shavings. The accompanying scoop of vanilla ice cream tasted fine, but it had an icy consistency that wasn't easy to sink a spoon into. What saved my experience was a minimal wait and kind staff. If I had to wait in long lines like many of my fellow Yelp reviewers, it would've been a swift 1 star for me. Having to wait for a dessert like mine makes little to no sense. I'd like to think the original renditions of this Korean chain are being held to a higher standard, but I can't recommend this location in good faith. It's a bummer because the South Bay is lacking a solid Korean dessert spot. Until we get one, I'll make the trek to Milpitas and beyond for the bing soo at MandRo Teahouse. read more

Unfortunately, my experience here wasn't that great, and the bingsoo wasn't good enough to make up for it. I take my bingsoo pretty seriously, and had high hopes for Sulbing given all the hype! However, the ice itself was bland, and even with the toppings and flavors mixed in, it wasn't nearly milky, creamy, or flavorful enough. For bingsoo to be really good, I should be able to eat even just the ice itself and enjoy it, like I do at other places such as MandRo Teahouse. The bingsoo wasn't bad - in fact, I enjoyed the flavors I ordered in terms of toppings, but I was underwhelmed in the end with the whole dish. Additionally, it was very difficult to find seating (and parking) given how popular the place currently is. We had to hover over tables until the next person left, which of course meant the tables were left a bit dirty and we had to take what we can get. Our bingsoo also took a very long time to come out - almost 20 minutes. The search for a bingsoo place as good as MandRo continues...I'd pass on this one again, at least until the hype dies down. read more
This place is always very crowded and it can be quite hard to find seating after placing your order at the kiosk. You can be low-key fighting with others to claim the table of a leaving party. The desserts usually take ~30 min to be prepared, but at least they display the order numbers on these TV screens. The interior is clean, modern, and bright. Each sulbing is expensive but is easily sharable between 2-3 people. I've come here a few times and both times my group has ordered the tiramisu sulbing. Their desserts always look cute, but the tiramisu is always frozen solid! Its frozen-ness makes it difficult to eat, and we have to wait until the end. It has a lively ambiance, but I would recommend eating elsewhere if you have a bigger group or want something faster/cheaper/convenient. read more
I came during their soft opening and had to wait in line for probably close to 45 minutes, which made the experience not worth it imo. The bingsoo itself was decently good and I really enjoyed the classic injeolmi one. I expected the bowls to be larger for the price point, but it is the bay area. Overall, decent place to get a dessert and I might be back in a few months when the hype has died down. read more
Got to try this new place in Santa Clara and it was so good! We were waiting for Seorai nearby and decided to try this new dessert place. Tiramisu Sulbing - well designed dish, has everything that you may want: a tiramisu cake, ice cream, shaved ice with chocolate powder on top. They also give you a small cup of coffee to pour from top. Signature Sulbing - it looks plain but tastes surprisingly good: it's shaved ice with peanut powder and almond slices on top. The taste of peanut mixes very very well with shaved ice imo. One downside is that the store didn't manage demand and availabilities well. It was really crowded and we had to wait a while for a table after we placed our order, also as we were eating, there's a big group of people waiting next to our table so we felt like we were urged to eat faster. read more

Aside from the broken door the ambiance is aesthetically warm. The inside is pretty nice and the plaza around has other places as well. Pricing is on the better side as well. Their bingsu is not overly sweet and quite pleasant. I would recommend the mini buns as well. It is rather crowded depending on the time. The wait isn't to bad either but it can be in the longer side. It's a nice spot to hang around. Would recommend read more

Really yummy bingsu! Ordered the mango cheese, loved the yogurt flavor + huge scoop of yogurt ice cream on top. The cheesecake bites were a nice pairing alongside the fresh mango-- would order again! read more
We went on a saturday afternoon/evening ish, and parking is VERY crowded and small and probably hard to find but i guess we went on a weekend so that might be why. It was pretty busy when we went, a long line to order and pretty difficult to find a place to sit but by the time we ordered we found a table. Their service is pretty slow but thats probably bc they were really busy and kept getting new orders. We ordered the red bean injeolmi bingsoo (~$17) and the injeolmi toast (~$7). The bingsoo was smaller than i thought kind of but it was decent. Im not really sure what i expected but the bingsoo wasnt that sweet and not much toppings compared to what was shown on the menu. Usually bingsoo comes with condensed milk I thought but it doesnt here so it wasnt that sweet. The injeolmi toast was mid, also not that sweet but i guess its just toast with injeolmi and some mochi in the middle. Overall it was a pretty good place, we came here because it was close by to where we stayed and i've seen videos about it opening recently, i would probably go again once in awhile but it isnt one of my favorite bingsoo spots. read more
I came here again and this time I got the Tiramisu bingsu and the Injeolmi toast. (Usually takes about 10- 15 mins for your desserts to come out.) If you like coffee and tiramisu cheesecake then this bingsu is for you! The two scoop of delicious ice cream blend everything so well (Pour the coffee onto the cake). The coco powder is a bit overwhelming sometimes (don't choke on the powder, mix the ice cream and bingsu)! Great authentic bingsoo, very similar in taste to the ones in Korea. Portions are massive and shareable, but the bingsoo is fairly high in price compared to other bingsoo in the area. However the ice consistency is very fine and does not feel super milky which is how I prefer! The wait after ordering can be quite long depending on what time you go. read more

My fav spot for bingsu!!! It does get very busy especially after dinner and you will be fighting for a seat but lots of people come and go luckily. I love the strawberry bingsu because they do not skimp on the strawberries!! The bingsu is very fluffy and can taste the creamy milk but I add on a side of condensed milk for $1. They do water it down tho. One bingsu is a good size for 2 ppl! read more
This is a pretty popular spot that gets really busy in the evenings when I've visited. The strawberry bingsoo is tasty and is the right level of sweetness for me! When it's busy, be prepared for it to be really loud and for people waiting for their orders to fill up all the standing space - it can get very packed. read more
I never expected to wait 45 for shaved ice but we did. It was excellent! It was a warm day and that drew a crowd. Parking is also a pain because the shopping center gets extremely busy on the weekend. You order at the tablet. We shared a table briefly and then managed to find a table for 3 all to ourselves. My review is for May 8! The interior is nice and very spacious! The parking sucks though. The staff was very nice, she recommended me to try the popular items on the menu. I ordered their injeolmi bingsu and I gotta give it a 5/5. It came with almonds, but I think you can add more toppings to it. I like how they have bowls at the counter to share with friends. I haven't yet to try the other things on the menu so I have to come back and bring more people with me. I read the recent reviews that it's hard finding a table so good luck everyone with that lol. read more

Are there nondairy options?
I was also looking for non-dairy options a few months ago. I don't recall too many because my wife and I shared something with milk in it.
It closes at 10, but when is last call?
9:15pm! They have a sign posted on their front door the last time I was there which was pretty recent.
What's the ice cream/sorbet flavor on the mango cheese? I had it yesterday and it wasn't vanilla. Maybe apple or lime? It was slightly tart.
Anyone know if they use Alphonso mangoes or regular mangos in their mango bingsoo?
