Really nice wait staff and fair prices for their rolls! I really enjoy the green grape soju and usually order a bottle or two every time I head over there! The Mr. Jalapeño roll is a favorite of mine, it's got a nice flavor and add a little wasabi and you're set. The fish here is always fresh and their sushi bar sits right in front of the entrance. Inside has nice lighting and decorations, so Summa really is a nice spot for a date night. read more

This is my favorite sushi spot for the area I reside in. Their spicy garlic edamame is unmatched and I've yet to try a better spicy garlic edamame. Their spicy tuna tempura roll is my favorite roll. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I've tried a lot of other rolls from them and i haven't found any of them (aside from the spicy tuna tempura roll) to be extremely delicious. The service is always friendly and good. The ambiance is nice, it's not the biggest restaurant but we always get seated right away and they have televisions to watch sports. It was slow when we walked in during the afternoon, but by the time we left it was packed! Even then, the service was quick and friendly. The spicy garlic edamame is very flavorful and the salmon sashimi even better! We really enjoyed the house special fried rice which comes with beef, chicken, and shrimp. The second time was with Gina and the same. One sister had mango chicken and a California roll. My other sister had California roll, steak and tempora vegetables. We enjoyed our choices, except for my fatty bone ribs, I chose poorly. Decided to have lunch with my wife here and it was our first time. It wasn't too busy, but we were seated immediately. The service was extremely great throughout our experience. We did not wait long for drinks, to order or for food to come out. I went with the two options plate that included miso soup, rice or fried rice, tiny salad, and two dumplings. I went with the chicken teriyaki and short ribs as a side, the ribs were an additional cost. My wife went for a crunch roll and popcorn shrimp. We both enjoyed our meals and had no complaints at all. Ordered a cucumber special roll, black dragon roll and edamame for lunch. Cucumber roll was huge in diameter - unappetizingly so. And why so big? Because 2/3 crab mix. And then the dragon roll, the fish on top tasted so fishy I had to peel it off to eat the rest which was again just crab mix. And the edamame? Unsalted with debris in it- which I don't understand because they had to put them in water to steam it I would think? So 0/3. I usually go to Ozen but was at the UPS store next door so thought to give Summa Sushi a try. Never again. Nothing terrible but just such a far cry from the delightful sushi experience I have come to expect... it was just sad. And tossed most of it so a waste of money too. read more
