We told them we couldn't do the compressor and condenser and he tried to back peddle, saying he was just saying the recharge could only last a day, but could actually last 6 months or a year. We said no thanks, went to O'Reilly's where we bought a charge kit and were shown how to use it, and have had zero issues with the now COLD AC. One thing we did find though, was that the day before we came there our oil was recently checked and was full with no leaks. After we left the shop we found that the oil was completely drained, still with no leaks. Apparently when they evacuated the freon, the oil mysteriously left with it.

I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy. I would have attempted to work on it myself but my hand is out of commission for the week which is why I was opting for a mobile mechanic. Waste of time

My hubby called & decided on Belsen's Auto & Tire (a/k/a San Antonio Sprinter on Google). It was Monday morning, they said to bring in the RV. They were quickly able to diagnose the issue; needed to order parts which would be in Tuesday. They offered us to stay overnight in their parking lot (with cameras) which we gladly accepted. Tuesday morning they began working on the RV; they did find another issue. The Tech, Robert, said they'd have to order parts & do the work on Wednesday OR we take our RV safely home & have the work done in FL. We decided to go home. They finished by 1:00pm and we were on our way home. A special thanks to managers, Antonio & Albert; they were kind & welcoming to us & our two fur-babies. We feel confident with the work done correctly and that we were treated fairly with charges. My hubby adds: Robert took initiative to check out RV brakes, power steering & hoses to make sure we'd be safe driving.

They called me and told me that before they could do the diag on it they needed to replace the battery to test it properly. Despite the battery not having any issues when I took it in I authorized it since I needed it fixed in asap. They called me shortly after saying my vehicle was done. Turns out all they did was change the battery I could have done myself and clear the code. Then they said if the light comes back on bring it back and they would diag for an additional fee. The light came back on and I ended up fixing it at home like I should have done from the start. Huge waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.

Fixed an AC issue I was having, which matters so much during these Texas summers! They even noticed/replaced my AC control knobs as they were damaged/gone and lost long ago.
