What can possibly be said about a Chinese buffet that hasn't been said before? Not much but I will just attempt to explain why I would give this establishment 4 stars (would have been 5 if not for recent changes in pricing). I know that might seem a little high for a buffet but nevertheless, Teppanyaki does happen to be my favorite one in the cities. The number one thing to remember is that you are indeed dining at a buffet so if your expectations are high, that would be your first mistake. I absolutely LOVE Chinese food, it might be my actual favorite and even though I enjoy going to "real" sit-down, order-one-plate type of Chinese restaurants, buffets are always going to be my forte because I love being able to choose from a variety of dishes. As much as I love it, I understand that the service might not be 100% (and it's not here) and it might not be the best tasting food around. It might not be the fanciest looking spot - but if I wanted all of that I'd go to Spoon & Stable instead. I am willing to let those things go and therefore my experience might be a lot more enjoyable. You pretty much can't be a snob when it comes to places like this. Teppanyaki is the best buffet in the cities. I've visited multiple different spots, both small and bigger in size, and none of them compare to this one. It has the best selection of foods by far including some of my favorites like Beef & Broccoli, fried garlic green beans, butter potatoes, and noodles. And many buffets, surprisingly, don't have a lot of these items or they change their selection around too much which I've never had a problem with here so I keep coming back. It's always busy, which is actually really great! It's not like you'll have to wait for a table but you know that the food will be fresh and steaming hot as they have to keep making more constantly. Nothing is every dry, the flavor of the food is definitely much better than at other buffets I've tried and even their sushi bar is decent. Again, you can't expect a high quality sushi but they have a large variety and if you're craving a California Roll, it will do the job. Service would get 3 stars from me as they are strangely pushy for you to tip them to the point where they'll watch you and make sure you're not getting up unless you tipped. As if you didn't know from the million and one signs and stickers that say in shouty capitals: "Tip Not Included". So I just tip at the register now; you pay first and get it out of the way. The prices went up recently, I believe it's $15.99 for dinner and around $10.99 or so for lunch. Not the worst but it was much better before and hence I had bring the rating down to 4 from a would be 5. The food is just that good. One of my favorite things about this place is hands down their Hibachi Grill. If you're paranoid about what's in your food, this is the way to go for you. Fresh ingredients that you get to choose yourself and pretty much create your own stir fry. Grab a plate, pile it up as high as you like with veggies, fresh eggs, protein, and seasonings and just hand it over to the grill "master" who will cook it up right in front of your eyes. The food wasn't bad, and everything was going fine right up until the end. My group was yelled at and stopped by our server demanding we leave a tip on the table. She would not allow us to leave until we gave her a tip. My boyfriends dad pulled out his wallet to look for any kind of cash, and she was looking in his wallet the entire time practically going through it for him looking for money. After we handed her what little cash we had, she berated us and yelled at us as we left the restaurant. I will not be coming back to this restaurant. The service was horrible, she refilled maybe 3 of our drinks the entire time we were there. Tipping should never an obligation, but this restaurant made it a requirement. This buffet is so worth a stop. Not all Chinese buffets are the same, especially this one. They offer a sushi bar and many Chinese and American items. The price is not too bad (sub 12 dollars minus tip) and the servers are very attentive in refilling waters and drinks. It is perfect for group settings and children. As far as buffets go, this is probably the best I've been to. They have your standard fare of American dishes, Asian dishes, a grill area, and a copious amount of desserts. None of the food is amazing, out of this world tasting, but I doubt you're looking for that if buffet is on your mind. The sushi and the grill aren't too bad, but you can never go wrong with a full plate of crayfish (which is the best crayfish I've had at a buffet). I generally dislike buffets so I am giving this 4 stars compared to most buffets. Don't go expecting GREAT food but definitely much better than average buffet fare. - The grill is very good. - I would say the ice cream station is the worst part - it always looks pretty gross so I don't actually eat it. I assume it's because of children helping themselves to it or something. - None of the wait staff have ever been pushy or asked me for a tip. I was shocked to see people saying that in the reviews. The best buffet I have been to. The food is good and the wait staff are nice. My favorite things were the sushi bar and the seafood crab cakes. The crab cakes impressed me. I went here with a friend and it was nice. The atmosphere is good. They even have a koi pond! I wish I would have tried the ice cream and chocolate fountain, but I'll have to save that for next time. Oh, when I'm just too tired to make myself a tuna salad sandwich, I've found myself having lunch at this place 3 times. There's a "Great China Buffet" (or some such thing) in the strip mall shared by the nearby Target, and really, they are indistinguishable. In fact, I've never been to a "Chinese" buffet that was distinguished, except when Leeann Chin ran the upscale business in downtown Minneapolis 20 years ago. That was a class act. Like all others of its ilk, this should be renamed the "Salt And Sugar Buffet No. 2,167" because this the predominant "flavor" of almost everything. And if it's not sugary enough (not including that 20 ounce orange soda for $1.69), you can always dish up yourself a bowl of "duck sauce." (I noticed there's no duck on the buffet anymore.) Why one "Chinese" buffet would be any better than another remains unknown, since it all seems to taste the same, from Minnesota to Florida. Below the din, I've never heard the sound of steel utensils stir-fying anything in the kitchen. Maybe they do. But everything pretty much tastes the same, which judging by the volume of customers, indicates this is heat-and-serve, deep fried, cuisine served up on a very large scale. Speaking of my fellow customers, standing in the self-serve ice cream line, I watched a young girl with long black hair dipping into the freezer, and at her height, her hair was also dipping into the freezer. It kind of reminded me of the people who openly dine at the bulk bins at the grocery store. You don't know where those hands have been, or that hair. Ew ! When you look around at all the tables filled with customers gorging at the trough, spilling food everywhere, making their huge messes, and leaving without so much as tipping a dollar to the exhausted dining room staff who has to clean up the mess, it's a wonder that certain reviewers going on and on about a forgotten soda, or insisting on chopsticks (for their French fries?) see a true service complaint. It's a buffet and there is no waiter dedicated to your service. Sheesh. The restrooms were full of f-bomb graffiti scratched into the wood. Try Hop Wong next to the Rainbow on 26th. Okay, most of this place is a pretty crappy Chinese buffet. But there are two pretty great parts. a) The Teppanyaki grill. I love this. You make your own plate, they grill it. I like to get a big ol' pile of veggies, some noodles and a grilled steak. Mmm. b) The sushi. Who would have guessed? In my review of another local Chinese buffet, I said the sushi tasted like Dolphin food. But the rolls at the TB are actually pretty good. The other tip I have, if you aren't a heavy eater, is to just pick up your food to go. I get lunch here frequently (teppanyaki grill) and it normally costs about $3. I have to say I am not much for buffet's but I had to check this one out. Everything was delightful except the mussels, which were fishy, but the clams right next to the mussels were awesome. OK, let's start by saying I only go to restaurants who can do food better than I could on a given night at home. Now the deets (details) on TGSB. It was pretty bad, the food that is. Fried in batter, swimmin' in sweet sauce. Hard to tell the different between Teppanyaki Chicken and General Tso's. Barely a veggie in the place, unless you count the canned button mushrooms swimming in gravy (is that Asian???) and the single corn on the cob floating in warm water (again, Asian?). Not a snow pea pod or bean sprout as far as the eye could see. When I think Asian, I think of a million ways to put a protein, veggies, garlic, ginger, soy, and sesame together. The stuff at TGSB was tired and lacking any level of authenticity. The ambiance was weird, sort of like a cheap casino paired with Dollar Store Disney. I can say that the staff was attentive, present, and courteous. No complaints there whatsoever. After hearing hype from several people about how great Teppanyaki was and how low the price I decided to give it a whirl. All in all I have to say i was quite disapointed. Some say Teppanyaki will give it's other "Megga Buffet", Hibachi Buffet in south minneapolis, a run for it's money. At first impressions walking in, this could be quite the assumtion. Teppanyaki has very nice decor from the curtains to the fake (but visually apealing) fake bamboo. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Service was slow getting seated and we had to wait to the service staff to finish bringing dishes out, putting spoons in everything and name labels up. When a restaurant says it's open and the buffet is ready at 11, they should be. Now for the food-There is the typical assortment of very typical and almost bland tasting dishes-most you can tell are made with preprepared sauces and produced in a wok which i guess would be big enough to fit Wendy Williams in. The sushi was absolutly dull. Rice was of poor quality. meat was literally stuffed in in LARGE hunks as was vegetable pieces. Sushi is supposed to be an art-not a 4th grade science project. I didn't even try the Teppanyaki grill items- The veggies were cut quite large. The only meats available were shrimp, a few "pork chops" (no i am not kidding-frozen pork chops. something labled "steak" that was too thawing with bloody wax paper on top of it. All in all it's a very typical low end chinese buffet. And as they say, you get what you pay for. I will try this restaurant another time in the future. Perhaps Monday at 11am isn't the best time. Alright, I broke down...I couldn't help it...My kids were threatened a mutiny if I don't take them to a buffet since Hibatchi Grill & Supreme Buffet have been closed. So before you give me grief about writing ANOTHER buffet review, I like to remind my 'fans' that I have not post one well over 16 months...So calm down people. Onward with the review... Main +: * Huge selection of hot food, including egg drop soup(don't know why this is a difficult thing for a Chinese buffet). * Lots of selection at the Mangolian BBQ bar: plenty of meats, including 2 types of beef(Steak and thin cuts for quick stir fried). * The sushi bar is extremely lively and moving along. Basically, it has decent flavors and people move the items along and the chef's keep up the pace. * Very clean - probably the cleanest I have seen for any buffet location. * Spacious space - hence getting in on a busy weekend should not be a problem. * Real hard ice cream. Main -: * Can't say I favor the location. * Wish there was more seafood selection. * Didn't see any crab legs(not sure it was on the menu or I was just slow) Overall, my 'animals'(children) love this place and will remind to take them here at least once a month. I come from a large Chinese family, and so it's often less of a headache (both in terms of the time it takes to make ordering decisions and the actual cost of the meal) to go to a Chinese buffet than to go to a traditional sit-down Chinese restaurant. That being said, this review is given in context of knowing what to expect from a Chinese buffet, having visited a large number of them in the past few years. Teppanyaki is, arguably, one of the best buffets in the Twin Cities area. If you're looking for a good selection of food, decent sushi, and a mongolian grill all in the price of an all-you-can-eat meal, this is the place to go. What particularly makes Teppanyaki stand out is the relative low price for the meal (particularly compared to similar restaurants in the Twin Cities -- there's even student and senior discounts), the good seafood selection, and the green tea ice cream (which retails at $10 per quart at asian grocery stores, no joke). Downsides? Drinks not being included in the price of the meal and the mix of decent Chinese food with overly-fried American food you would find at Old Country Buffet or other fast-food joints. My husband and I met our friend Steve here to try out the unknown. We love trying new places to find the hidden gems. I'm a sampler kind of gal and together we all tried different items in the place to cover everything. So here's the deal: This place is huge! When we walked in I was a bit overwhelmed by the size but that was one of the bright spots of this place. There is a large staff here running about doing all kinds of jobs. One thing that was a bit disturbing to me is the staff and lots of them eating in the same area along with the customers. I don't see this often and feel it is just poor practice. No matter where I'm dining I like to see a high degree of atmosphere and professionalism with all people who work there. It was uncomfortable standing behind employees to get to the food. This wasn't a deal breaker by any means, however. Because the place is so big there isn't a fight for a seat. I also liked the layout and felt that the place was roomy and wasn't at all "tight quartered". It was nice to have bigger booths and tables. (Bonus) The staff is very efficient in service with the drinks and offered water. ( I like that) Few places offer that now and you often have to ask for aqua. (Bonus) There are nice things about this place. Great place for a buffet of this magnitude. Roomy and doesn't instill claustrophobia at all. Fast and helpful staff. I want to address the reason for going to this place. The food! (A) We all felt the sushi was fresh and was quite good. (B) The grill and the choices were very weak. There wasn't a large selection of meats to choose from and the service at the grill was also very weak. We all found that what you ask for as far as how well you want it cooked is a mute issue. They cook it the way they want to and that's it. One size fits all with the grill cooks. (C) I have lots of experience with Asian foods. So many of the foods I found weak and way too sugary and super spicy. This can often be a tactic that is used when the food is frozen and just reheated. It was more than apparent that this food wasn't freshly made and that most likely there are many microwaves in back but few if any woks! BTW...the so called "scallops were artificial" I adore scallops and opened one of these up because it tasted odd. It was like fake crab. It unrolled and was gross. This wasn't a scallop. Although, this is common of packaged foods that are frozen and aren't real or quality seafood or ingredients. (D) This was our collective feeling of the food here. NOT worth it. The food was often cold and it isn't fresh. Here's the deal. This place has so many different foods that they offer that it has really poor quality control. Fewer selections would allow the owners to make fresh, quality foods from scratch. This place will do well for people who have no clue how real Asian foods are supposed taste. This will also do well for people on a budget. It has so much food , most of it really poor quality, to offer that it is budget friendly for most incomes. Howdy y'all. So busy and having little time in last few months, I figured I would jump right back in by reviewing a bookmarked place. Here's review 2.... So months after the original review, having reason to celebrate with coworkers, we all opted for cheap and decent buffet style eats. We hit the buffet around noon on a Friday, and the place was far more quiet than it was a few months back. Given that eating out is a luxury for many people these days, I can't say the lack of people on a Friday lunch run means anything. But, it really was empty compared to when I ate there for the first review. This time out I tried the sushi. I really wanted some good sushi... even just average sushi, so having wanted to take the plunge, I piled up my plate in the most appropriate way buffet edicate allowed when one is hungry. Yum sushi yum with lots of wasabi and pickled ginger, with a potsticker thrown on the plate for good measure... and back off to the table I went with breathless anticipation. The sushi was average. Not too bad, but not something I would go out of my way for. The wasabi was very mild and paste-like... was more instant than fresh tasting, and the pickled ginger was not pickled. I'm almost certain it may not have been Ginger, but it did at least had the appearance and the flavor of ginger. I avoided the Cali roll and went for the salmon, crab and the volcano rolls. They looked pretty. They looked like they were made within a reasonable time. They looked appetizing. They were decent, but I thought they needed just a little more flavor. The volcano roll was lacking volcano, and the texture of it was very.... mushy/creamy... pudding like. It just wasn't the best roll of the offerings. The potsticker.... needed more flavor and meat. It was alright, and the 2nd plate was yummy fruit. Can't go wrong there. But, I think the next time we all go buffet-ing, I will stick to the standard mix of what looks good and what I've tried before.... long story short - celebration good, and plenty of options available for less than 8 bucks when you're hungry. This place is one of the better Chinese buffets. I did not come here with high expectations, so the food did not disappoint. It has all the typical mixes of Asian food and American food that one can taste test, but of course cooked in more oil than you normally use at home. Considering the items are sitting in the open until the food runs out and restocked, there are select items that are actually very good for what it is... the crab may lack meat and you have to work to get it by cracking the shell but the flavor is great... the Korean short ribs are good.... various styles of shrimp... a small selection of sushi... and they have the grill where you can have the chef cook your choice of meat and veggies. We spent $13/person for dinner on a weekend and was able to eat enough food to keep us overly full. A good number of people seem to go here in a group setting so it was somewhat loud. The waitress took an order for drinks. It wasn't so bad that we came back a second time, but at that point, we weren't too thrilled in stuffing ourselves with so much food in one sitting that we opted for a to-go box, which price is based on weight. UNFRIENDLY SERVICE OK Buffet....some items are great; some need seasoning and some need more heat from under the table. Too many choices; is this an Asian or American Buffet??? The ice cream buffet is great; when fresh-otherwise too many hands touching the scoups/etc. The greeting from hostess is very nice and friendly. Once seated the friendly service stops--dining room attendants never ask if you need a refill or say hello or say thank you. However, you can certainly hear the dining room staff slam dishes in the service area. The decor is very elegant and tasteful; restrooms are well stocked and clean. A message to customers: STOP letting your kids run wild and stop them from playing with the food and eating the food right off the buffet [this includes the moms and dads]. I've seen kids lick plates and put it back on the clean dishes. Supervise your children!!! Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet! Let's start off by saying that I personally am not a big fan of Chinese buffets. Over the years of going to quite a few of them you'll notice that all Chinese buffet serves the same dishes, but I would have to say that this buffet is the better one. Why? That's because Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet frequently replace their food so it's always fresh (at least this is what I've experienced the few times that I have eaten here). Also, this place wins over others Chinese buffet because of their ice cream varieties! I'm sure everyone can agree. ;) Atmosphere: Everyone eats Chinese buffet so as you can imagine that it brings in a lot of different and interesting people. On a very interesting day you'll find loud ones, those who brings in their whole family, ones who don't push in their chairs, baby crying and kids running around. But it's all part of Chinese buffets experience, you go in and eat till you're full then get out. The staff are typical as well, they'll ask you for what kind of drink you'll like and come refill them and take away dirty plates till you're done with an occasional smile. And there will always be that one pushy waiter asking for tip... Food: Like I mention early, the dishes are not any different from other Chinese buffets, but the quality is very good. For example, the meat inside their blue crab are white and fluffy and at most Chinese buffet their's are dry and over seasoned. Also they crayfish are well seasoned and spiced whereas other buffets are watered down. Ice cream: They have a decent variety of ice cream and it's not the ones that comes in those little foam cup either. My favorite is mint chocolate chip. ;) Summary: Keep in mind that I'm not a big fan of Chinese Buffets and I'm comparing Teppanyaki Grill & Supreme Buffet to others Chinese buffets. 3 Stars: The good: Large selection of food, sushi, and a fry grill where they stir fry (?) ingredients for you. The price is unbeatable for large size of the buffet. (Drinks are a separate charge onto of the buffet price.) The price is right for what you're getting here. Huge selection of food, ranging from seafood (Crawfish to Crab Legs), Ameri-Chinese fare (lo mein, general tsos chicken, cheese wontons, sugar buns, etc.) to straight up buffet classics (pizza, mac and cheese, unidentifiable fish filet, red and orange jello). They have a large dessert selection, with self-serve ice cream (you scoop it) - over 6 flavors to chose from. The quality of the food is exactly what you'd expect for such a large buffet. If your standards are set low, you'll be pleasantly surprised. They also have Sushi, and a grill where you chose meat, rice and vegetables- They fry it all up for you. I've never tried it, because the product has never looked appealing to me. A lot of my friends enjoy it, so you may too. The bad: The parking lot can be tedious at best, disastrous at worst. It is in a strip mall complex, with about 7 other big stores. The area might not be favorable to everyone, but if you are familiar with Minneapolis neighborhoods, screaming children and a diverse clientele, then you should have no issues. I so wanted to like this place... I really did. It's brand new looking inside, very clean (well most of it), they play tolerable music, and the decor inside is actually really nice as well! But when it comes to dealing with the staff here, I think I will stick to my old favorites... This place just didn't do it for me. Thankfully the host put down her cellphone long enough to seat me at a table, but when I requested a pair of chopsticks be brought to my table she assured me that I would get them shortly and then disappeared, never to return with said chopsticks. After waiting about three minutes I finally got up and walked over to the buffet to plate up. Who was across the sneeze guard from me getting herself a plate of food? The hostess. With no chopsticks. I got back to my table (which still didn't have a drink OR chopsticks on it for me) and began picking at my food until the surly woman who seemed to be wandering around brought me my water and "set" it down just gently enough to splash only the top most bit of water onto my table. I make it a point at buffet's at least to go up and get sample sizes of each item I would like to eat, and only do small plates so that I don't leave there feeling like I am about to balloon out of control... So after my third plate had been consumed I began wondering if they were ever going to clear the dirty plates off of my table... FINALLY the surly woman came back and begrudgingly picked up the dishes and stormed off somewhere to dispose of them I am sure. At some point the surly chick (I didn't get to read her nametag which I have a feeling she had purposely made sure her hair covered) decided to take her lunch break and sad down at a table a few away from mine and a little piece of Heaven named Peggy began serving my table. She was MUCH nicer than Surly, and was prompt with water and clearing plates. But low-and-behold after Surly got done with her lunch she came by my table with my bill and made sure to make me feel really awkward for not being done eating when she "tossed" the plastic tray containing my bill and fortune cookie onto my table without a word. The Food: Very good quality for a buffet! They replenished things often, and from what I could tell it was actually of very decent quality! There were a few things I didn't care for, but I think it had more to do with the fact that it was non-traditional foods... (e.g. Hong Kong Chicken is literally honey barbeque glazed chicken wok seared).The only Sushi they had there that was worth a look was a roll they had which had Avocado, cream cheese, and crab, rolled with rice, and then covered in more crab meet, hoisin sauce, and had some crunchy tempura on top. It honestly was much better than I was expecting!! The rest of the sushi is tiny, and rather blah. The Service: Other than Peggy, the rest of the people working here would much rather treat you like cattle... They don't care what you eat, so long as you take no longer than 40 minutes, and then pay and get the hell out. I dunno... If you are still reading this review which I'm not sure why you would, here is the more subjective part: This place is quite nice for the most part. The buffet is cheap (6.99 for lunch and $9.99 on weekends/for dinner), excluding drinks. I am from LA where many Chinese buffets compete for customers and this one is quite similar to the ones in LA. The service is OK, although when me and my friends saw the hair, we wanted to ask for some kind of explanation or apology, the server basically stared at us and walked away... They have many food items to choose from. Although most are deep-fried with loads of sodium, you have to realize that all buffets are like this. The decor is rather nice and unlike other reviews, the staff was rather friendly. If you want to eat yourself silly for less than $10 on food that ranges from "edible" to "OK", then this is your place. However what reduced the rating for me was: 1) Most of the food isn't Asian cuisine (mac & cheese, pigs in a blanket, kielbasa?) 2) Most of the food isn't that good (I made a point to try one of nearly everything... 3 were good, at least a dozen I would eat again if paid) 3) For a buffet, they don't restock all that often, so the food is kinda warm, mushy, and old overall (maybe it's better if you get there at the start of the lunch or dinner time frame) 4) The Teppanyaki grill is underwhelming. It's a cool addition, it's like those Mongolian grills around, but there aren't any sauces or special additions, so aside from the meat being more freshly cooked than the buffet options, the result is kind of lacking in flavor. Best Chinese buffet in the Twin Cities in my opinion. The closest contender is 98lbs. in Minneapolis, but only because they offer Dim Sum. The offerings at Teppanyaki are flavorful, hot and fresh. They pay more attention to food quality here than most. Hot & Sour soup is awesome, more varieties of sushi than you can shake a stick at and real hard ice cream! They also do a mean minced beef in flaky crust. I've been coming here for years and am consistently impressed. Never had a bad meal here or poor service. The lobby does get crowded on weekends towards 12pm so watch out. On the bright side, they've recently put some nice couches out front to rest on. The price is also really reasonable, cheaper than most buffets in fact even though they're worlds away better. read more

This is my favorite buffet in Minneapolis so far! They have a MONSTROUS selection of food; all of which are pretty decent quality considering it's a buffet and I just want to eat a TON of food with less discretion for quality. I initially start with 2 heaping plates from the sushi bar. This is kind of hit or miss. The first time I went, the quality was pretty good, but the fish variety was limited. There were a lot more "filler rolls" like mostly cucumber, sour cream, whatever. My second visit, they had a ton of nigiri and the chef there was handing out sashimi like hot cakes! I think he was only handing sashimi to women because my friend's mom asked for the same serving for her husband and I THINK he said "I don't do that". The only reason I'm even entertaining this is because of how pushy he was to girls. He'd be like "come over here, take this, take this". Kinda creepy, which is better for me because I can just mooch off the lady friends that get creeped on lol. After the sushi, I eat X amount of plates of other food. I know what number the X is but I don't want to encourage my poor decisions and lack of self control haha :X Everything is pretty good, the shrimp was okay, clams were okay (some of them seemed to be purposely packed with sand), and the crawfish was a BUST. They've got a solid ice cream selection of about 10 flavors, I liked the mint chocolate and green tea. read more

I really liked this place when I went a few weeks ago. The restaurant is huge and has a great variety, including sushi (yum!). Obviously the sushi won't be top quality at a buffet, but I'm not a sushi snob and it was certainly worth the price of the buffet. I was excited to see sesame balls and green tea ice cream - delicious! I dropped a star due to paying extra for drinks. Tacky and annoying. Other than that, if you want a good Asian buffet, this is your place! I will certainly be returning whenever I find someone to go with me, as my husband isn't a fan of Asian cuisine. read more

It is what it is: an Asian buffet. I would say it's better than the standard Asian buffet and has a nice selection of entrees. They have a buttload of American food as well, which is always puzzling. Prices are reasonable, parking is not a problem. So if you're really in the mood for a Chinese buffet, you could definitely do worse than this place. read more

Best Asian food in Twin Cities! Fresh variety of different cuisine from salad bar to Japanese sushi to Mongolian Grill and not to forget great selection of seafood plus more. Cooks are perfectionists to say the least. read more

The greeter was extremely friendly and got us through quick. The food was pretty good and the server was extremely rude. The server refused to give my a friend and orange juice instead of letting them know they had to pay for it to get it. The server reminded us that the bill doesn't include a tip after our first plate. After we continued to eat she would remind us every time she could. read more

I do like it here and tend to go maybe every two months. It's quite average though and not as good as they claim. I don't think there's much that could really pass as "authentic" unless you mean authentic Minnesotan. IMHO, people who consider most any of these buffets great probably dig TV dinners. Almost all of the food is from the same supplier as every other place. Like I wrote, I do like it for what it is and it's better than McD's or your neighborhood chow mein joint. read more
