This was after the manager kept insisting that it wasn't necessary to be repaired that way. Well the manager was wrong. When the manager and I were speaking with the mechanic I looked at the manager and said see you were wrong. The manager didn't say a word and just walked away no apology nothing. Not sure I'll ever go back there again. Later I sent an email asking for an apology and never got any response. The manager doesn't seem to care about the customer.
