Ken Evans was my inspector and did a very thorough inspection with swabs to clear my whole house, and was very informative to my guests to track where the bites may have come from (cat likely to have fleas). These guys are amazing. I was dealing with a cricket infestation inside my home! I called these guys and the person on the phone was extremely professional and they were able to book me a very prompt appointment! Jose showed up and with a young apprentice. It appeared he was training the new guy. Jose was fast, direct, and to the point. They took care of my problem FAST! But also, Jose said to contact him if the problem appears again and he would roll out again. I did call Jose about a month later but not because they didn't do a good job, it was because I started to see another issue occurring and I thought Jose could help out. It's a few days before Christmas and the critter creeping around at night was eluding the Humane Trap I bought. I finally discovered the critter was one big rat and has been living for a couple of weeks in a closet filled with pillows and comforters, etc. in an extra room. I blocked him in and called a pest control service early in the day and explained what I needed. A super nice guy came out late afternoon and said all he could do was an inspection of my home to see if there were any openings for critters to get in. If I wanted to pay double he could set some traps for the live rat in the closet. I told him thank you anyway, but no thanks. I was desperate and called Suncoast Pest Management after reading some good reviews. I explained what I needed (close to tears) and the nice gal said she'd have someone call me back. In a few minutes Shawn called and said they could help me in the morning. Sure enough, in the morning Andy showed up. He was polite and sympathetic and knew exactly what to do. I live in Warner Springs, which is in the middle of nowhere and despite the drive, Eddie didn't hesitate to come out her to take care of my Racoon problem. He was extremely thorough and went above and beyond the job. He was able to locate where the Racoon had been entering under the decking and gave me instruction on how to seal off the area. He also located an area on the side of the house where the Racoons had been using as a latrine. He removed all of the droppings, sanitized all areas and created a barrier using coon urine to prevent them from returning.
