Specialty donut shop with some fun varieties. Staff were friendly and the place was pretty empty so service was quick. The shop itself is super fun with all rainbow colors, lights, and tie dye merch for sale. We got the glazed, Nutella, jelly, and apple fritter donuts. The Nutella was outstanding and the glazed was good but to be honest the apple fritter was only okay. My husband was not particularly impressed with the jelly donut. They also have candy and other options which we didn't try. Overall glad we tried it and found it to be a fun experience overall!

Great spot for artisanal donuts. The shop is beautiful and clean. I stuck with old school jelly, and it did not disappoint. Stop in if you're in the area.

This place is very colorful and cute place, but the food was just okay. This is a good spot to visit if you like donuts, milkshakes, and candy. We got the jelly donut and a chocolate milkshake, however, the chocolate milkshake had cookies in it so I'm not sure if that was made correctly. It also took a while to check out because the worker couldn't seem to figure out the cash register. It's a fun place, especially if you have a kid with you, but I'm not sure if I would come back again.

A fun and colorful combination of ice cream, donuts, and tie dye! My husband and I got a scoop of vanilla with donut and a scooping birthday cake with donut, which was delicious. There also were some interesting donut choices (like a really loaded s'mores donut), but unfortunately did not have enough space to get a donut haha. The store was also really colorful, which definitely set a fun vibe. Definitely a fun little stop in Montauk!

I have to start off by saying the donuts here are DELICIOUS and definitely worth it! The service is also great. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 star review is because they run out of donuts and desserts frequently, limiting your options. I have never made it to Sundae during the morning hours, when I assume they're fully stocked with a house full of patrons? My very first experience happened after I was very dissatisfied with my dinner that I had at a restaurant down the street. I barely ate and was moseying around Main Street and happened to see that Sundae was still open. My options were limited but I was lucky enough to try their Nutella donut, and it was amazing! After that experience, I have only been back a few times in the afternoon and later in the day. During these times my options were limited and they were very slow with little to no other customers. On a couple of occasions I walked in and right out just because I didn't see anything I wanted. Had there been more options I'm sure I would've bought something to satisfy my sweet tooth!

Passed by this place and instantly had a craving for some donuts so we stopped in to check out the place. Ordered a jelly filled donut and a Boston crème donut which were both tasty! Staff is nice and friendly so it's a pretty inviting spot. Drop on in here if you're also having a random craving for some sweets!

This place is kind of hidden in what looks like the basement under MTK lobster house. It looks like your normal donut shop but due to covid we couldn't walk in. One thing that was kind of offputting was there were bees in the donut cases. I know in montauk there are a lot of bees everywhere but that was not appetizing. Nevertheless I tried the apple fritter, oreo donut, and glazed. The overall theme was that they didnt taste fresh. I hate to be mean but I like the apple fritter at Wawa rather than here. There wasn't really anything special about these other than the interesting combination of toppings. I didnt understand the hype on this place. Seemed very average to me. One thing that wasn't average was the prices though so not sure I would go back. The product wasn't worth it.

Great local doughnut and icecream spot. (new to the area) Doughnuts are creative and a mix of classics + childhood cereals. The icecreams are great too. Loved the tie die cookie monster ice cream sandwich (so fun!) and love the cinnamon toast crunch doughnut! They have packages for DIY as well which could be fun for parties or events. Everything I've had hear has been a sugary delights, hit the spot, and tasted great. Social distancing currently observed due to covid, fun creative menu, and outdoor seating to enjoy in town! Definitely will be back!

Delicious!! Must stop. They are expanding and one is coming right near me in NJ. We ate the chocolate sprinkle explosion. We forgot to take a picture of it. It was that good!

We were on a mission for a yummy pre-Montauk-hike breakfast. So this donut spot right in town was the place to go! The decor is so quirky and fun and eye catching. The graffiti and crystal chandeliers really give it a playful whimsical feel. And to top it off the donuts were so dense and sweet and delicious! They were giant! I got a Cinnamon Toast Crunch donut and it was amazing. Would definitely come back to try more.

The line was out the door, but that's because its kind of a smaller line space. When I got to the front, there were 2 people taking orders, so they're trying to keep the line moving. I ordered the bowtie croissant that had blackberry jam inside and an ebbieoche. Along with an espresso for my husband and a blueberry lemonade for me. Once I got my items, I went outside to sit on their front porch/patio area with my husband and pup. The blueberry lemonade was really good. Very sweet. It had like bits of blueberry in it as well. And it js MASSIVE. Kind of a steal. The bowtie croissant was SO good. They make sure its filled to the brim with jam. And it was good jam. The croissant itself was fantastic. It was a little thicker to make sure the jam didn't immediately spill out, and that was genuis. I loved it. It was exactly the top of croissant I wanted with jam. The ebbieoche was delicious. Husband loved the cinnamon and sugar. We ate all of it. They had a good amount of pastries and everything was beautiful. I would 100% come back and stand in line.

I went with the almond croissant, a sea salt chocolate chip cookie, an oatmeal blueberry cookie, and a hot coffee. I was fairly disappointed in the sweets - the croissant was almost like a cream puff, not a lot of almond flavor. The cookies were okay, I might have set my expectations too high! I'd come back but would probably get other things next time.

It was less than a 10-minute drive from where we were staying, and going there was the best decision! They were offering two lobster rolls for $41, and they were worth every penny. Each roll was generously filled with large chunks of fresh lobster, a little diced celery, and just the right amount of mayo. They weren't overly dressed or packed with unnecessary fillers--the lobster was definitely the star. One roll filled me up, so I packed the second one in a cooler and brought it home to my dad in Nassau County. He loved it and gave it a 5/5 too! They also sell baked goods, and the chocolate chip cookies were delicious. Just keep in mind that there is no seating and you cannot eat on the premises because it's an active driveway. Everything is to go, but the beach is only a short drive away and makes the perfect place to enjoy your food. If you're looking for fresh local seafood, generous lobster rolls, and a no-frills hidden gem, Bennett Shellfish is absolutely worth the visit!
