Great selection available for 10AM. We ordered a dozen donuts for the family. The service was prompt and helpful. There is a small indoor seating area and a Lottery section. The donuts had good flavor.

Sunny Donut has been a staple to my children and my morning! The customer service there is so amazing, you're greeted with a warm hello despite the long lines and the busy morning traffic! They always have a good variety of donuts!! My kids look at em and every time they wanna try a new donut. It's a good and yummy spot for your donut cravings! They also have little snacks if you need em! It is like a mom and pop shop so the restaurant isn't too big just perfect!! Parking is not an issue it's in a plaza, so don't worry about that fam!

Ham and cheese croissant, so yum!

I stopped in for lotto tickets and decided I also had a taste for a ham and cheese croissant. Their croissants are HUGE!!! I was going to wait until I got home to eat it but after peeking in the bag on my way to school I was overcome with hunger and devoured it right there in the school traffic. I'm sure it would have tasted better if I had let her warm it up but it was delicious nonetheless.

Sugar donuts, one glazed donut, sugar twisted donut

I wanted some donuts after shopping so I came here because it seemed slightly crowded, right off the bat the whole place smelled like donuts and the display was nice! The donuts were so cute, but I had a stomachache after just one sprinkle donut haha hope they reduce the sugar level sometime :)

Raspberry filled donut

Do you want a super, generously filled jelly donut? This is your place! The very best I've ever had!

Sunny Donut shop is a 3.5 star destination to me. Rounded up to 4 stars because the customer service provided was good. Dropped into their shop on a Sunday afternoon. Nice selection of donuts in their display cases. I chose a Chocolate French Cruller and a Custard Filled Chocolate donut. The Chocolate French Cruller was not that good. It was smaller than most French Crullers that I've eaten at other shops, and it tasted day old. On the otherhand, I really liked the Custard Filled Chocolate donut. It was packed with custard which made it yummier than many others that I've tried elsewhere. They sell Lotto too! So come here to buy your donuts and Lotto! Terrific combo!

This is my son's favorite donut place. I can't say I've ever had any issues with any of the donuts or the service. So I gave it four stars because I have tried other places in the area and I do agree that these are better donuts. The only thing I would change is charging customers for lesser amounts on their credit or debit card. I think they still charge a fee if you spend under $25. I might have that wrong and it might be $10.

Saw this place on one of my Yelp friend's reviews and took a special drive and long lunch to go out…read morehere just to try the fritters. They are in a very small strip mall with a small lot so parking is limited. There is some street parking on the side streets relatively close by. They (the bakery) either also have a deli or it is merely adjoined to it. Seating is limited in both areas, but probably more capacity than the lot permits. The people in both the bakery and deli were super friendly. They have a good selection of donuts/bakery products. Their baked goods are very sweet. The apple fritter was super sweet, but you could still taste the apples. It was crunchy on the outer ring and soft in the center--just the way a good fritter should be. The blueberry fritter had a different shape from a traditional apple fritter, but similar texture and sweetness to the apple. You could barely taste the blueberries. The banana fritter was similar in size, sweetness, and texture to the blueberry and so not a traditional fritter like the apple. Overall, the apple was best on this visit, but all three are worth a try. The bacon-maple curler was better than the blueberry and banana fritters, but the apple fritter is still my favorite. Their powdered sugar donut holes are about standard. They were fine, but not as good as the other items. They are also not as sweet, so are a good option if you want a smaller portion and/or something not too sweet--you can order them by the piece. Only strange thing was the bathroom. The deli needs to buzz you into the toilet and once inside then you need to press a button on the wall to buzz yourself out! The area does not look like it, but guess they must have a major homeless problem to do such a thing. At any rate, this was an awesome bakery that was worth the super long drive to go try. According to other Yelpers who live nearby, they do sell out of various items as the day goes on. So if planning to go later in the day, call ahead earlier and ask them to save what you want for you--I did this and they saved the three fritter types for me. They had plenty when I arrived, but would have been super bummed to drive so far to get nothing if they had run out. If you are in the area and want a sweet treat, definitely check these guys out!

Finally tried this place out with the kiddos…read more Parking is a bit rough. It was small and parking spots were tight. It's next to the gas station so there's multiple ways to get there. Via front, side, or alley way. The place is pretty spacious inside. Plenty of seating. There's two areas, one side for sandwiches/drinks and one side for donuts. Inside was clean and had a lot of random decor. I came here with my kids and I was mostly here intrigued about the banana fritter. We ordered a dozen donuts, plus the fritter and two dozen donut holes. Maria was super friendly and helpful and patient as we stood there trying to decide what to get as it was our first time seeing their donut selection. We got regular glazed, old fashion, two types of blueberry donuts, a tiger tail, a cookie and cream (which was very small), a sprinkle donuts, a chocolate donut and a crumble donut. Definitely a variety to try. The total of $27 something (extra charge for card). The banana fritter is good. There's a slight artificial after taste after a few bites but it's still a good fritter. The rest of the donuts were good too, basic and simple for the kids. I didn't see any ham and cheese and jalapeño ham and cheese croissants, just regular plain ones. Not sure if I missed it or it's something you have to order separately and not premade like other donut shops, or maybe it was out since we got there at 930am but that's usually my go to grab & so it was another minor disappointment for me. Overall, decent place for donuts and giving it a 4 stars.
