Back in Clemson area and gotta come to SunnySide Cafe!! Very casual ambiance here at SunnySide. In for lunch today and the Staff is very friendly. Today I'm going with the Sandwich & Wrap side of the menu. Grapped a Sweet Tea to drink, great Tea! I am going with the Chori Milanesa Stack which is country fried steak on top of chorizo, biscuits, home fries topped with egg and gravy! All I got to say is yum be hungry to get this very tasty country fried steak!! SunnySide does not disappoint on the tasty food! Easy 5 Stars !!

Great little place for breakfast! Worth waiting for a table. Cheerful service and huge menu. I got the grit cakes with a peach sorghum sauce. Incredible---crispy goodness with a balance of sweetness from the sauce. Eggs and cheese grits on the side were on point as well. Hubby got the Empire Benedict. Pepperoni and provolone cheese with a sun dried tomato hollandaise sauce. Yummy! Nice cheerful atmosphere as well.

Still five stars. We stopped in again when we were up in Clemson for the weekend. The service was great and the food came out fast. My littlest enjoyed the Lego displays again too. Always a hit!

The eggs and fruit that come with the chicken and waffle. The fruit was fresh.

The service was lightning quick and very friendly. We both loved our meal, so much my husband ate the whole thing and I ate all my leftovers. The atmosphere was very farmhouse warm.

One of the best service we've ever had. The waiter was Amazing. We had a group of 6 and they seated us right away (we had a reservation). Brought waters right away. We ordered juices and they came immediately. I ordered the pancakes. My husband chicken breakfast which he said was one of the best he ever had. Two of us ordered omelets and one a breakfast sandwich, and another had a side of French toast. All was delicious. I would definitely make this a regular spot for breakfast.

This breakfast spot is walking distance/next door to the Inn at Patrick's Square. We had a wonderful dining experience. Crystal was the greatest server! It's definitely a busy place so recommend going on the earlier side. The food was beyond delicious. Great variety of food options. We enjoyed the stuffed French toast and custom omelette. Super filling and can't wait to eat here again!

Great food! Not super fast. Working out the service kinks, but overall a much needed addition to Clemson!

Google ai emphatically states that The Village Bakery makes and sells authentic cheesecake,…read morehowever, after we drove there to purchase it, the fellow behind the counter of awesome sweet treats, he told us they don't make it sell cheesecake, and never have. Yes, that was a total bummer! I will be a customer at the Village Bakery & Cafe, but I give Google ai 0 stars!!!

This is a sweet little bakery and cafe on the square of the historic town of Pendleton. I have been…read morehere several times and have enjoyed myself each time. One side has a bakery where you can watch the delicious goodies being made. The other side is a small cafe. Although there is limited seating I have never had to wait for a table. I haven't gone on the weekend (pretty sure the Sunday morning brunch would be a different story). A friend and I met for lunch at 1:00 pm on a Wednesday. My friend had the Café Club with the pasta salad and a sweet tea. I had the Quiche of the Day, the pasta salad and a hot cup of Clemson Sunrise (Vanilla, Caramel & White Mocha). The pasta salad wasn't my favorite-next time I'll give the potato salad a try. The service and food were very good. The café closed at 2:00 pm. Since we were still visiting, my friend and I grabbed our drinks and walked a few steps to the center of the lovely town square and found a swing to continue our conversation...but that's for another review. The Village Bakery & Café is worth a visit whether it's to grab something from the bakery and enjoy a cup of coffee or to meet a friend for breakfast or lunch. Lovely outing.
