We both took a few sips and sadly threw them away due to their bitter sour taste. We ordered the monkey toast and the avocado toast. The monkey toast was decent as it is peanut butter and banana, which is pretty hard to mess up, but the avocado toast is simply avocado and white bread with sesame seeds. For almost $15 there should be a couple add-ons. Spending a total of $52 . When we reached the rafting expedition, we were told that we should've skipped out on their coffee as it doesn't taste very good. my husband makes better lattes at home on our espresso maker. read more

Mediocre coffee that is hit or miss. Had an absolutely disgusting latte and when I requested to try another one there was no apology or reaction other than suggesting I buy another one and a feeble attempt to explain why I didn't like it. I get that this isn't Starbucks, and not to be a Karen, but when a latte is almost $10 I would expect at least a half priced replacement if it doesn't taste good. I took only 3 sips and had to throw it away. "Avocado toast" (if you can even call it) was soooo poorly made. White bread with avocado and everything seasoning thats all! Absolutely love this place; the aesthetic, friendly workers, delicious food and drinks- this place gets 5 stars in my book We came across this place on a whim, en route to one of the local tours. Its located off the side of one of the main roads on Kauai. Parking is easy, ample gravel space right out front Seating; a few shaded picnic benches & even a mini picnic bench for kids :). Theres also a regular rooster that hangs out around the area (can def tell he's a regular, he's a bit chonky ) and a super friendly cat sometimes. I got the Coco Moco Latte; ugh it was SO GOOD, i got it almost every day of my trip . Food; I got the avocado toast and the açai bowl with extra peanut butter, both so delicious and refreshing! Also just want to shout out the classy workers for handling a rude customer who ordered in "starbucks terms", she legit didn't even read the menu to try out any of their unique concoctions. She repeatedly stated the name of a sbux drink expecting them to make it. It seems like the worker had previous work experience at sbux and knew exactly what drink she meant . Last stop on our way to the airport and I'm sorry to say it was disappointing. I usually don't write bad reviews but I feel like I've been scammed. The donut place next door was closed so we ordered 2 matcha lattes at the food truck. While ordering I asked the girl if they made any fresh, made to order donuts here at the truck since their partnering business was closed next door. She hesitated and said "uhmm yes" so I ordered a churro donut and paid for it. She then proceeds to pick up a cold donut from behind her and put it in the bag before handing it to me m. My expectation was that she would make me a fresh one and it would come out hot since that is what I asked and paid for. Disappointing. I feel a bit scammed. The matcha we had wasn't good either. Very watered down basically milk. Left them unfinished in the car with the donut. Needed to have an açaí bowl before leaving the Island! First of all, we got SUPER lucky because when we arrived we got the last parking available. It got really packed after and it was hard to find parking and cars were blocking other cars, so pretty hectic if you don't get lucky! The aesthetic is so cute and definitely paying a price for the aesthetic. We got two bowls and two coffees and it was about $60, which is pricey. Each additional topping is $1.25! Wow! This coffee truck stands on a curvy road but it is not easily missed. The ladies are very friendly, our 10 year old wanted a "coffee ", they suggested a cinnamon roll decaf latte which he enjoyed! When I'm on the Hawaiian islands my go to drink is a MC Nut latte, it was delicious. Ironically we didn't have coffee but my husband and I shared the avocado toast and an açaí bowl with both berries - strawberries and blueberries. All of it tasted great and was very shareable. This adorable truck is home to my favorite vanilla macadamia nut latte on the island. Also possibly the most expensive, clocking in at just under $10 with tax, tip, milk fee, etc. It's so good though, if you're a latte lover it's worth a try at least once. Service was super friendly and the truck is cute with seating available. Great spot to grab a drink and ease into your morning or get some work done from your phone for a bit. Loved this coffee/ acai truck.My family was in kauai for five days and we went here every morning for breakfast. Not only was the breakfast very good, but they adopted a beautiful cat named Rosie, that hangs around the truck and loves on customer. This is a super cute "coffee shack" on the side of the road. There's not a ton of room to stick around but quick and very tasty. If you were there for my situation you would have heard that I asked for "light ice" initially, and then you would have heard me ask for "half a cup of ice" then you would have heard an employee mock me by saying "oh so you wanted quarter ice". At that point the attitude from your staff was so off putting that I accepted whatever amount of ice she was willing to give. Then you would have heard them say something like, it will be filled up half way. To which I replied "why can't it be filled up all the way?" Then another woman told me that the pitcher full of cold brew is made from a concentrate and it would be strong to which I replied "I'm ok with that". I actually prefer it as strong as possible which is why I ordered light ice in the first place. I didn't want to say this before but I don't mind now since you have denied my experience. The cold brew coffee served to me was still weak. If you make your own concentrate you may need to the adjust the ratios or check and see if the pitchers are not filled with extra water. I really wanted to like your place and you should know as the owner that not everyone was treated equally. The person who poured my drink treated me like garbage. We came here on a very rainy day in Kauai. It's located on its own next to a covered outdoor seating area with benches. There are no restrooms but plenty of parking. We ordered a the macadamia vanilla latte, an açaí bowl and the monkey toast. Service was quick and easy and the ambience was chill. The food came out promptly and we sat in the covered open warehouse to eat. The monkey toast was tasty but it wasn't out of this world. Toast with PB, sliced bananas, cacao nibs, honey and cinnamon. My açaí bowl was ok although my husband found a hair inside the bowl, which was a little icky but as hairstylist that's the least of my worries.
