been coming here with my boyfriend for a little over a year now and it's one of our favorites! the service is always consistent and fast! their breakfast is the star of the menu, but there's still plenty of dinner and lunch options that never miss. we normally get their burgers and we've never had an issue (or at least one i can remember lol). comforting american food at its finest! there's usually a wait on the weekends and holidays obviously but it's well worth it!! read more

Kind of dropped a star since last year. NOT as good as it used to be. Food not hot, warm at best. Dry hamburgers, dry greek lamb and chicken too. Breakfasts started tasting like older food from a buffet. NOT enough french fries or rice with meals. Salads were great! Food services were fine, very friendly people. We walked in at 1120 and the joint was a beehive of activity. Lots of old farts in here getting their diner fix, it seems. Even now a whole lot of these people appear to be getting breakfast, and based on all the waitresses with all these dishes flying around, they get fed pretty damn well at that. As one waitress' t-shirt said "Guaranteed never leave hungry." You MUST wear a mask into the place, BTW. Daughter Unit: chicken souvlaki platter. Garden salad and soup combo for the Queen Bee, and a gyro combo for me. The girl at the takeout counter told us about 15-20 minutes, so we sat in the little bench nearby, nestled between the office and the loo. just near the patio, Interior of the joint is jammed full of tchotchkes, old photos, toy cars, models, old tin signs. Tasteful albeit kinda busy looking, with classic rock playing overhead. It's like a flea market barfed in the joint. Solicitous bunch in here. Owner himself (I know a fellow Greek when I see one) and one of the waitresses both stopped to make sure we were waited on already. Takeout girl also wanted to make sure we know we weren't getting overcharged for stuff. Well: the 15-20 minutes turned out to be over half an hour! That same waitress passed by and said it was the chicken souvlaki that was taking so long. I asked her whether they had to go outside and chase it around. Apparently it was running down the alley just a few minutes ago. Owner passes by and said it'll be out shortly. I ALMOST replied with a snide remark in Greek, but I didn't wanna embarrass my Queen Bee. Daughter unit kinda liked her chicken souvlaki, although half of it went into the trash. QB thought her salad was just that. Salad...Nothing special: same was true of the clam chowder. It was missing something and bland tasting. I took one bite of it: NO BACON! So that's why it was bland, and a lack of salt N pepper for that matter. Gyro was plentiful enough. However I must say for a Greek owned place it was "lazy man's gyro meat." Precut and warmed over slices rather than cut off a rotating cone. Tzatziki under seasoned and fries were simple frozen coated Sysco crap. Oh, and they forgot the coleslaw too. I specifically said to add the fries and slaw. So that was a waste of almost $3 too! Only reason I give it 3 stars is because I can't give two and a half, plus the employees and owner were nice. Food took way too long, was tepid and kinda bland. Even the pita was kind of stale: inexcusable for a Greek run restaurant! Would I return here next time I should be in the area? An amazing breakfast spot! Serving customers with a smile in the middle of a topical storm is a super talent. Huge servings of fresh made biscuits and gravy, delicious eggs, and crisp light waffles was outstanding. (The only thing missing was scrapple but I guess Zephyrhills is too far south?) But the bacon stood in as an excellent substitute. You need to go to this place anytime of the day. If I find myself in Zephyrhills again, definitely going to do lunch! read more

The menu has a variety of food items ranging from breakfast to dinner and some good looking desserts. The wait staff is friendly and prompt. Overall this place is just okay. Nothing special. Stopped in at 11am for lunch. Service to be seated was very fast. My waitress Connie was prompt, polite and personable, and extremely helpful with my selection. Ordered a cheeseburger, lettuce, tomato and onion, with onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection, and a hefty portion!! Onion rings were crisp and tasty.
