We were looking for the second car for a while and we got frustrated here in Tampa because most of the dealership websites didn't have their inventory up-to-date. Purchased a 2010 E550 from this dealership with information that the factory warranty had 18 months of bumper to bumper warranty remaining on this vehicle. 3 months later the air suspension went out. When I took the car into Mercedes of Sarasota they told me the car was OUT of warranty for a few months and the repair was 2400.00 When I confronted management about this it took weeks to get a answer and they tried to throw 250.00 towards the fix to make it right. Highly laughable since I was led to believe this car had a warranty when I bought it. They ended up paying almost half of the bill but will never go back or refer anyone to buy from them. read more

After much online research, I was shopping around and test driving hatchbacks (like the Ford Focus ST) when I decided to swing by SunCoast VW and drive a Golf GTI.
