Came here for brunch with a group of 6 and had no problem being seated in a reasonable amount of time (less than 10 to 15 minutes). The staff were friendly and attentive. Everyone in my group had a different order and no one was disappointed with their food selection. I had the chicken and waffles which was delicious. They have 3 flavors of mimosas which they serve by the glass. We had the peach and raspberry mimosas which were good. However, there is no option for a mimosas flight, carafe, or bottomless mimosas which would be a more appealing option for customers. My sister found this spot on Yelp and we decided to give it a try. The place is cute and tucked in a shopping center. The inside is very colorful & lively & they have a few tables outside. I chose to eat outside & our table was really pretty with a green mosaic design that I really liked. We ordered the sunshine scramble & bananas foster French toast with some biscuits all to share. The food came out in a good time and everything was hot. I really liked the scramble and the potatoes were very well seasoned and the perfect texture for me. While I did like the bananas foster French toast overall I think it ate way too crunchy. There was the crunch from the walnuts, the toast itself is covered in cornflakes or something, and then they threw banana chips on top (an addition that I do not find complimentary to the dish). I almost cracked a tooth on those chips tbh. Anyway everything was going well, the waitress who served us was nice but once we got our food I do think she could've checked on us a bit more because we were almost done by the time she came back. I was having a good experience until I went back inside to use the restroom and I met eyes with someone who I assume is a supervisor or one of the managers? Blond hair lady, gray shirt with a ponytail. She looked me dead in the face & had the most annoyed look that it made me feel unsettled. We made a quick trip to Napa and this restaurant was highly recommended by my fiancée's mother. We got there right before the lunch rush. His mom warned that it would get noisy, I didn't think so and then all of a sudden the place was packed and we could barely hear each other. It seemed the perfect place to order an avocado toast or one of the many choices of benedicts, but then I saw that one of their specials was a shrimp burrito, yes please! We found this little hole in the wall while preparing to travel back to Sacramento after a weekend getaway. Service was on point and the decor is cute. I had breakfast here more than once, as my dad loved eating out for most meals. I really loved eating here partly because of thr food, and partly due to the friendliness of the staff. My eggs benedict eggs wete cooked just right, and i had plenty of hollandaise sauce on top. We had a delightful brunch experience at this quaint restaurant in Napa, located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The hostess was friendly and had us seated within 15 minutes on a busy Sunday morning. I appreciate that they have all-gender restrooms, which shows their commitment to inclusivity. The server was nice, and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my croissant sandwich, especially since I subbed out the bacon for chicken sausage, which was fantastic. The potatoes were soooo tasty and seasoned to perfection. The mac and cheese was flavorful but a little more wet than I like--baking it off in the oven would have made it even better. My husband's omelette was good, and the pancakes were pretty good, but not amazing. They appear to be connected to the bar next door, which offers bottomless mimosas. I don't know where to begin? I'm not a morning breakfast kinda guy. What can I say, I like to eat breakfast in the evenings! None the less, I found this little gem a few miles from my hotel. And they did not let me down. Immediately upon entering the café, I was warmly greeted by a young man. What I'd like to point out early I'd I forgot to request is that my eggs be cooked soft, slightly wet. Well as I waited for my food to arrive, I took in the interior setting. The cafés decor is of a relaxed beach vibe, which I liked a lot. Upon arrival of my order, I was expecting my eggs to be cook well done, done...instead they were cooked as if I made them myself. They were warm, light,and fluffy and not a scorch on them. The chicken and Waffles were very flavorful. The chicken wasn't bone in, which is ok. But it had a hint of herb and spice which made it unique/different from what I am used to. Not a bad thing at all by the way. I like to experience food... no matter where I am. The waffles were light, and had good texture and served with whipped butter and syrup. I didnt speak on this earlier, but the coffee was bold and flavorful, which is how I like my coffee. I found Sunshine Cafe on Yelp. I was looking for breakfast somewhere in the Napa Valley. So it's located in a strip mall. The looks can be deceiving. The interior is very big. There's some outdoor seating. The decor is very colorful. I'd describe it as grandmas kitchen. But not in a bad way. Coloring paintings on the walls, mosaics, and niche tea pots. The wait time on a Sunday morning around 10am was only 5-10 minutes. The wait time was accurate. We were seated promptly. Service was really fantastic! Everything came out fast. The orders were correct. The server came to check up on us. Even getting and paying for bill was easy since I was handed a portable credit card Toast scanner. We were likely in and out within 45 minutes. I got the salmon Benedict with fried capers. My partner got the avocado toast and a scone. The simple salad on the side was great. Everything had amazing flavor. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive even though they were busy. We came here 2x in one trip. The food is amazing and the service is great. Probably some of the nicest down to earth people we encountered in Napa. I got the smoke salmon Benedict the first time and the second time I got the scramble. Both were good but apparently the scramble hit the spot more. The weekend of Bottle Rock we stumbled upon this breakfast place and it was everything we expected. The food was delicious, i would say the sausage on the sandwich was a bit undercooked. My family and I had breakfast there this morning. We were a party of five adults and two infants both under 1. While the food was good the service specially at end when we were being charged was far from acceptable. First of all, the waiter came over with the mobile checkout terminal and only stated the grand total. He did not bring out an itemized print of what had been order and assumed we'd just pay what he was indicating. Upon the request of an itemized receipt he brought it back and ONLY then was it indicated to us that gratuity(20%) had already been added to the total. Once reviewed we noticed that we had been charged double for two items, which the waiter removed. However, I'm not sure why we were charged gratuity beforehand if in their menus it states "parties of 6 or more" gratuity will be added. On top of that, had I not asked for an itemized receipt the tip amount would have been doubled(20% added without disclosing at first and 20% or more on the tip we would have added to the grand total). Things to note: be transparent with your clients and don't make your clients feel taken advantage of. Finally, if you are looking to just drink a regular don't go there. They charge $5.50 for a mug of coffee. We order 5 regular coffees and walked out of there paying $27.00 dollars on just black coffee. read more

It was kind of a long wait, somewhere around 45 mins, but it was understandable considering it was a Saturday morning and there was five of us. I shared the Banana-Walnut Pancakes and the classic Benedict with my friend, so I mainly tried those. Banana-Walnut Pancakes: 8/10. I had high expectations for these pancakes, and they were delicious, but not as unique as I anticipated. The pancakes themselves were fluffy and well-made, but the toppings weren't super impressive. It was fresh banana, dried banana, whipped cream, and candied walnuts. It was came with a little container of maple syrup. In terms of unique pancakes, I've definitely had better ones, but these were still good. The Classic Benedict: 9/10. I love eggs benedict, and I tend to try and order unique variations of them because the original versions tend to all taste the same. However, this was delicious. The english muffin was the perfect texture, and the ham was very thick. The hollandaise sauce was well made. The only weakness was the poached eggs. One of the eggs didn't even have a egg yolk, and the other one only had a little bit. Really weird. But overall, a great classic eggs benedict. Two of my other friends ordered the "Meat" the Benedict and Veggie Benny. I didn't try them, but they both enjoyed them. My last friend ordered the plain waffles with an addition of berries, and they asked if he wanted one or two. He assumed it meant one or two waffles on the plate, but it ended up being two full plates of waffles. I think each one was $10, which is a decent deal. He definitely finished both plates quickly, so I'm pretty sure he liked them too. The interior and vibes of this place were both adorable. There were a lot of cute paintings and other decorations. The waitress was super nice and the service was efficient. Overall, if you're looking for a brunch place in Napa (and aren't pressed for time) I would recommend Sunshine Cafe. read more

I got one that was only average (barely even mixed and kind of watery ). The second one was ever more watered down . No olive tooth pick . Lemon or anything else to season . I ordered smoked salmon Benedict. Looked good. Potatoes were good. Took first bite and hollandaise and poached egg were cold. I tried to find something good on the plates. Both poached eggs were very cold and no runny yoke. Sauce was cold. Our waitress was really good. She understood and I ordered sausage and eggs. I couldn't eat the meal, just turned off.
