Amazing place! This isn't a typical dine in restaurant. You order from a computer and all ordered are made to go but they do have tables available to dine in. Food was good but ambiance is very general.

Reservation: Not needed - fast casual; lot of people inside for a weekday lunch but mostly takeout/deliveries so turnover for tables was high Parking: Super easy parking in lot right outside Vibes: Bright and welcoming atmosphere with greenery, free wifi, and kiosks for convenient ordering Service: friendly and efficient despite the lunch rush Grilled pork banh mi: my personal highlight - perfectly toasted bread and the super flavorful grilled pork; other ingredients well balanced in good proportion Pork belly banh mi: also really great flavor, not super rich and fatty considering pork belly is used so wasn't heavy and reminded me of char siu pork Kimchi fried rice with BBQ chicken: chicken skin had really nice color on them and good portion though kimchi fried rice could use more heat for me personally Everything together was under $40 - a convenient, quick meal for good value!

Needed something quick and found this place on yelp. I ordered the pork belly garlic noodles via the Toast local app and I was notified within less than 10 minutes my order was ready for pickup. The pork belly had a nice crispy skin. I'd prefer the pork belly to be a bit more tender and the garlic noodles to have a bit more flavor. But overall not bad, would come again

Combination Pho Pork Belly Salad Kimchi Fried Rice

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in Irvine is located in a business complex, but it's definitely worth checking out. This spot actually has more menu options than the Orange location. It can be a little hard to find at first, but it's worth it. We ordered the Combination Pho, and the broth and noodles were served separately, which kept everything fresh and nicely textured. The pho was good overall, but it wasn't the standout dish for me. The Pork Belly Salad was the highlight. The house dressing was light and flavorful, and the pork belly was crispy and delicious. Both the Irvine and Orange locations are consistent when it comes to quality and texture. We also tried the Kimchi Fried Rice with BBQ Chicken. The rice had great texture and was not just plain rice mixed with kimchi. You could tell it was thoughtfully prepared. The BBQ chicken was really tasty and went perfectly with the fried rice.

    Grilled Pork Vermicelli with Eggroll

Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is always an easy choice for me because Vietnamese food is usually my first pick when I am deciding what to eat, and whenever I see this spot on our work menu, I choose it hands down. My go to order is the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, which comes with fish sauce on the side and an egg roll, plus garlic oil, pickled carrots, mint leaves, lettuce, and cucumbers. Everything works so well together. The pork is flavorful, the noodles are light, and all the fresh herbs and veggies make each bite super satisfying. I have also tried their garlic noodles, which were tasty, but the vermicelli is definitely my favorite and what I would recommend first. The flavors are balanced, the portions are solid, it's packaged very well so that nothing spills, and it always hits the spot whenever I am craving Vietnamese food. If you are debating what to order here, go straight for the grilled pork vermicelli. It does not disappoint.

My new favorite Vietnamese place in Irvine! I got the shaken beef with garlic noodles and crispy pork belly, egg roll with vermicelli. The garlic noodles and shaken beef were very savory and well balanced when eaten together. I especially loved the green sauce. It's a lemon grass aioli I believe. The pork belly is their best seller for a reason. I only ate half at the restaurant and brought the rest back to work and it was still crispy. That fish sauce (nuoc Cham) was slightly spicy and sweet. It brightens up the dish. I had to get 2 drinks. The Thai tea coconut slush was a surprising treat. Both flavors were strong. My other drink was the Vietnamese coffee with pandan top. The coffee was nice and sweet and you can taste the pandan. I'll be swinging by to try their other coffees now. It's tucked in the office building area near Red Hill and MacArthur BLVD. There are some tables if you want to sit but most people took their food to go. Even so, I found a seat in a weekday at 12:30. They have online ordering as well! This location isn't open on weekends so I'll have to try out the Orange one soon.

Shaken Steak Garlic Noodles & Vietnamese Coffee

Stumbled upon this spot while browsing for places to get lunch. It is a small, simple Vietnamese restaurant near the John Wayne Airport that serves everything from sandwiches, noodles, rice, dessert, and drinks. Plenty of parking and some seating is available for dine-in. Ordered ahead online to maximize my lunch breaktime. Opted for their Steak Garlic Noodles along with a cup of Vietnamese Coffee. Both items, sure, hit the spot. Great balance of flavor for the noodles along with the tender steak. The coffee paired with the food rather nicely. Recommend to anyone near the Irvine area craving for some Vietnamese food.

Coconut Coffee (Blended) Pandan Vietnamese Latte
    Elizabeth M.

Delicious! I got the coconut blended coffee and I loved it 10/10 (you can actually taste the coconut). The Pandan is a 7/10 (he says it's more on the sweet side versus the taste of coffee) per my husband. Service is fast. The outside of the coffee shop looks like offices so I was a bit surprised when my husband drove up, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless.

We loved Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in orange so much that we tried their Irvine location recently! their restaurant in Irvine is smaller, tucked in the Irvine business center complex, but their service is just as friendly and efficient with their food just as magnificent! BBQ chicken salad : absolutely wonderful salad with spicy, tangy, and zesty house dressing and green aioli--the bbq chicken is a hearty protein that elevates everything with its smokiness! (10/10) Grilled pork garlic noodles : a MUST if you're going to visit -- the garlic noodles are just salty and oily enough, although they could use a few vegetables for added texture; grilled pork complemented the noodles superbly, though any other protein would do (9/10) BBQ chicken banh mi : we loved how spicy the sauce is and that they were generous with the cilantro, carrots, and chicken !! Granted, what would have made this banh mi a 10/10 would've been toasted baguette, but other than that, this was marvelous (9/10) Note that this location is only open on weekdays, so this is perfect for a workday lunch break or dinner after ! Highly recommend you visit besties

We had Saiga catering for lunch today. We ordered bbq chicken, grilled sliced beef, popcorn chicken, fried tofu, egg rolls, garlic noodles, and steamed rice. Egg rolls were greasy (of course) but good. The popcorn chicken, the meat was dry since it's deep fried. It's made with both, dark and white meat. Was good with the dipping sauce. I didn't eat any bbq chicken since it's dark meat (chicken thighs) but our staff appeared to like it. I had a little taste of the grilled beef and it was decent. That was the most popular meat with our group and was gone first. Tofu was good. Also tasted better with the dipping sauce. All in all, a tasty meal.

Great take-out food. Not so great for dining in. I was there during lunchtime and a lot of people were just standing around waiting for their food-- it's a small place so it felt cramped. I'm glad I was able to find a table. My Pork Belly Banh Mi was fatty and marinated well. I also enjoyed the bread. Our pho came in a container. They give you empty bowls to put the soup together yourself. I was not expecting that. This place does not have public restrooms. The restaurant itself is in a business park so it tailors to the working community around it. The food quality is good and the portions are perfect for lunch.

Hidden gem in an Irvine office park! Hubby and I enjoyed a banh mi sandwich (as good if not better than Lee's), fresh vermicelli salad with barbecue chicken and seriously addictive garlic noodles with pork belly. Another cool feature they have is you can buy their pho broth to make your own homemade pho! The prices are a little high, but you're paying for outstanding quality. Service was friendly and ambiance was very cozy!

Looking for a quick but tasty lunch before the year end? Saiga's crispy pork belly got ur tummy. Plenty of parking, easy stop, noodle dishes around $14. The pork belly garlic noodles are super flavorful -- juicy meat, perfectly crispy skin, not greasy at all. Vermicelli and spring rolls are solid, and the lychee green tea is super refreshing. They also do catering and sell frozen pho to take home. Ig: socalhkfoodies

When it came to the table, every single dish completely delivered on flavor and presentation. We shared the rich pork tomahawk, the highly addictive garlic noodles with prawns, the beautifully glazed chicken wings, and a bright, fresh ceviche. The restaurant strikes a…read moregreat balance between casual comfort food and high-quality ingredients, and every visit has been consistently enjoyable. The star of the menu is definitely the pho. The broth is rich, flavorful, and clearly simmered with care--not overly salty or greasy like some places. The meats are tender, portions are generous, and the noodles always have the perfect texture. If you're a first-time visitor, I highly recommend trying one of their signature pho bowls. Their garlic noodles are another standout. Perfectly seasoned with a buttery garlic flavor and a slight savory kick, they pair incredibly well with the grilled meats. The shaken beef and grilled pork are both excellent options if you're looking for something beyond traditional pho. One thing that really sets Sup Noodle apart is the variety of appetizers and sides. The crispy egg rolls are packed with flavor, and the wings are surprisingly good--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated with just the right amount of sauce. Don't skip the house sauces either; they elevate every dish. The restaurant itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. Even during busy lunch and dinner hours, the staff does a great job keeping things moving and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Service has always been attentive without feeling rushed. A few tips for first-time visitors: * Expect a wait during peak lunch and dinner times, especially on weekends. * The garlic noodles are absolutely worth adding to your order. * If you're dining with a group, order several appetizers to share. * Parking can get busy, but turnover is usually quick. Overall, Sup Noodle Bar delivers excellent food, generous portions, and consistently great service. Whether you're craving a comforting bowl of pho, flavorful garlic noodles, or simply looking for a reliable restaurant in Irvine, this place is well worth the visit. I'll definitely be coming back.

I like what they've done with the place and ambience. It's very warm and inviting. The service was attentive when I visited but it wasn't busy. One of the first things I noticed were the quality of the chopsticks. They reminded me of the disposable ones that came in paper packaging but with the paper removed. The wood was chipped in some places and uneven on the others. For a sit down restaurant in Spectrum, I would've expected better quality chopsticks or for them to have reusable ones. I'm a bit mixed on the spring rolls. The sauce is a coconut based sauce which isn't my personal preference but perfectly fine. The crunchy spring roll paper on the inside of the wrap is always a nice touch an appreciate for a variety in texture. However, the one choice they made that I felt like ruined the spring rolls was that they had seasoned shrimp in the spring roll. Usually a spring roll has a pretty clean taste that goes with a dipping sauce. As for the Pho, it was overall fine but nothing special. The texture of the meatballs was a little too fine and blended but that may be another personal preference. I prefer mine with a bit more bite. Overall the place is alright. At a 5, it's not a place I regretted going and still had nice food but a place I wouldn't consider visiting again. The price to quality and quantity ratio isn't there for a place as expensive as this in Spectrum.
