Keep in mind, they are in and out of kitchens grabbing orders so you may wait a minutes or two. You can always ring the bell on the counter as well. Any meat you choose for your dish is delicious! The flavor is there and the sauce will help bring in the flavor with your dish. Keep in mind, everything is in to-go containers so it will be easy to take wherever you're going. You can really tell they put a lot of care into it because every bite was so satisfying. My go-to order will now be the pork belly over garlic noodles (or rice if I'm in the mood for something lighter). I also got a banh mi, the bread was fresh and crispy, the pickled veggies added the perfect crunch, and everything came together so well. Egg rolls were greasy (of course) but good. The popcorn chicken, the meat was dry since it's deep fried. It's made with both, dark and white meat. Was good with the dipping sauce. I didn't eat any bbq chicken since it's dark meat (chicken thighs) but our staff appeared to like it. I had a little taste of the grilled beef and it was decent. The pork belly is their best seller for a reason. I only ate half at the restaurant and brought the rest back to work and it was still crispy. That fish sauce (nuoc Cham) was slightly spicy and sweet. It brightens up the dish. I had to get 2 drinks. The Thai tea coconut slush was a surprising treat. Both flavors were strong. My other drink was the Vietnamese coffee with pandan top. The coffee was nice and sweet and you can taste the pandan. I'll be swinging by to try their other coffees now. It's tucked in the office building area near Red Hill and MacArthur BLVD. There are some tables if you want to sit but most people took their food to go. Even so, I found a seat in a weekday at 12:30. They have online ordering as well! This location isn't open on weekends so I'll have to try out the Orange one soon. read more

Randomly found this gem when I was browsing for food in the area. It's located in an area full of what appears to be offices/warehouses, which I presume makes this a good to-go or fast take out type of deal for the many that work around this area.
