    Id give them one star if i could, first off the tire monitors needed to be replaced they provided me with them and told me to have them out on when i buy new tired, why werent they put on before selling the car?? Second my engine light is going on & off they tell me to take it to a mechanic to get a diagnosis & then bring it by.. third i text them today to ask about another issue & they tell me i have to go through they chevy dealership which ok i get but you had just told me to being it by for the other problem, fourth APR is high af, if i wasnt in such a hurry to get a new car so that i could go to work i wouldve never bought a car from here, couldve gotten something wayyyy better for less, car was 10k now i owe 20k? Freakin ridiculous makes me want to let payments go & they can take their car back.. now i was drivin with my son in the car & the car died on me starting rolling backwards, very dangerous im I purchased a car from this dealership end of june, problems with it ever since, been texting back and forth trying to figure out the problems they were not willing to trade me cars, help me fix the issues, or refund my money, theres problems with engine transmission everything you can possibly think of, they pribed me to take down my reviews on google and yelp in order for them to put new brakes and rotors on, something that shouldve been done before buying the car, brakes were under 2mm and is a safety hazard, i decided to put my reviews back up to make the public aware of this bs dealership, it is now september and my car is STILL at the mechanics shop they cannot figure out what the issue is multiple codes keep coming up i paid about 1k to fix this issues that are not resolved, In the beginning when i brought these problems to the dealerships attention they had the nerve to tell me to take responsilibty & accountability for the car after only having it 3 weeks! R u kidding me??? Complete bs, making payments on this car i cant even drive

    So I wanted to write a review that would really help someone like me who wanted a review that gave…read morethem an opinion that seemed fair and honest and not supper one sided... With that being said Payless was no where near the top of my list when I started my first venture of buying a car, in fact it was my last stop. I had looked at what seemed like 100 diffrent lots, every one of them promising me a good deal and that my not so pretty credit wouldn't be a problem...needless to say I was fed up with all the false advertisment that seemed to come along with buying a car. On the day I stopped at Payless I had been to several lots that day and was going to go home but I had printed out some info on a car they had that looked like it might work, so I decided to go to Payless on the off chance they could have my car. I was immediately greeted by Daniel Martinez and when I enquired about the car I had the print out for he regretfully informed me that he literally just sold it. My heart sank I was done with this whole car buying business, I turned to leave and Daniel stopped me and asked "why that car?" I let him know because it fit what I was looking for so hes asked what that was and I went into the speech I had rattled off 100 times to my different car salesmen... Daniel listen and gave me an answer no one else was able to... The answer was the cold hard truth and the reality of what my situation could afford me.... I originally was looking at a 03' jetta Daniel got me a 2011 KIA for a better price and APR then anyone offered me.... And the KIA was the newest car I looked at!!! I fell in love with the car and was so happy that is until 3 days in the check engine light came on and my heart sank again... The only thing I could think was great I got what I didn't want a lemon! I took the car right to Payless.... Daniel was out on a test drive but the other guys there quickly got me to service where they found out I needed a new catalytic converter they let me know that I should take the car to KIA as it was a manufacture part that they would fix for free since the car was under 100,000 miles. This made me slightly upset but if it was going to get fixed that's all that mattered. So instead of driving to KIA in Manteca I called first to make sure they had time... They were so rude (that's another review I should write) so I went back into service and let them know the mechanic for Payless Chris said not to worry about it he would take care of it. They had me sit down for a few minutes then Eric from Payless brought me keys to a rental car and said not to worry my car would he fixed and I could drive the rental until then (the rental was an amazing 2012 Ford fussion). A few days later I got a call that my car was done and it was perfect! I'm so happy that Payless is where I purchased my first car everyone from their sales team to their finance team to their service department is so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and most of all well informed. Also the finance department was great also crunching numbers and getting the deal to materialized. There was a Crack in the windshield but Brandon set up an appointment to get it replaced. Definitely recommend Central Valley Automotive Group to my friends if they are going to make a purchase

The moment I called, they got me set up within a week. Today I went in, at 7:50 in the morning, and then was shuttle, driven home by a wonderful gentleman( (but not before I grabbed a delicious cappuccino out of their machine) It took about a half a day as they had said, the repair was done, they checked out the car to make sure all is well, and my shuttle driver brought me back . I still questioned it. After further diagnosing I found out the ground cable intercooler pump for the supercharger was never connected. I made the repair myself. I've driven the truck for 1400 miles without the supercharger cooling. Hopefully no damages have occurred. I hope whipple reaches out to this dealer and have the techs retrained for installs. I guess the guys in service have a bad rep. Nunie has terrible customer service from day one has given me attitude. I will no longer purchase or take my vehicle to this dealer until things are made right. What I mean right is refunding me for the labor charges on the supercharger install since you failed to complete it.

I've gone before a couple years ago maybe two years ago my card wasn't working. I think the chip there was something wrong with it so the one that helped me, her name was MacKenzie Babbitt I felt like she was blaming me. The fact that my chip wasn't working she said she was gonna have to ask her boss if I can get a new card without them charging me which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that the chip wasn't working was not my fault and I didn't understand why they couldn't just re-replace it anyways I don't know if she tried to scare me or what it was, but she came back saying that it was fine that they'll just give it to me for this one time anyways a couple years go by and I go about a week ago because my grandma passed away considering I was her caregiver on my income was going into Valley First and then obviously after she passed away I didn't have any more income anymore so they closed my card. Long story short I got McKenzie again again I felt blamed. I felt embarrassed. I felt like she judged me and she was so negative telling me that I would have to open up a whole new account if they even let me open it up I ended up leaving and told her I would go the next morning, but I ended up going to the Valley First downtown and I was helped by such an incredible person. I told her about my experience with McKenzie. She said she was absolutely so sorry about everything and that they should never make us feel that way because they're there to help us she helped me. She helped my mom she was so so different than MacKenzie MacKenzie should not be working in customer service maybe she needs to be trained, but I don't see how someone can be trained to be a nicer human being.

You can't get through a…read morelive person on their phone system, they do not follow up with errors they have made and cause me to go in person to try to have them correct their errors on my loan statement they have made and then promise to correct their incorrect postings but never do. Run from them, do not walk.
