I did not order food, the person I was with did...Seeing how the service was I will not go back and try the food. 1.They have no customer service with dealing with people with special needs. 2. Got a shrimp burrito (no black beans or guacamole) and a sausage breakfast burrito (also without beans). Both burritos were delish! The shrimp burrito was stuffed with succulent shrimp and overflowing with rice, with thick globs of sour cream (not evenly spread inside), and the cheese hardly noticeable. The sausage burrito was fat and filling as well, with lots of scrambled eggs, tasty chunks of sausage, and yummy melted cheese. Ordering online for pick-up was easy with clear options to customize my food items (remove ingredients, or add extras for a fee). My order was packed and ready when I arrived 15 minutes later. Not many words were spoken by the staff member who handed me my takeout bag. The place was clean and had a good amount of indoor seating, as well as a couple of tables outside. The sauce station wasn't labeled, but I appreciated the self-serve options for jalapenos, salsas, and more. This eatery serves an awesome variety of mexican dishes, plus I love spots that offer breakfast all day. I've been a customer many times, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I ordered a side tostada with carne asada, and what I received was a handful of chips, a sprinkle of cheese, half a cup of cold beans, and half a cup of rice. (it doesn't even come with rice.) It's clear the proper ingredients weren't available, but instead of informing me, someone decided to serve a completely different and frankly unacceptable substitute. That kind of decision shows a lack of respect for your customers. This was genuinely shameful service, especially considering I tipped well on the order. Reliable Mexican eatery - fresh produce and delicious salsas! Loved the vegetarian Taco Salad. Much better than the Taco Bell (clubbed with KFC) further down in the same shopping center - any day! Speedy and friendly service at the register and pick up counter. Fast-service ambience but clean and bright interiors with festive Mexican music playing. Highly recommend. I've always wanted to try Super Burrito. I see it every time I head to the Crunch Sunnyvale, which is in the same plaza. I decided to finally give the place a try. I found it to be a mom's and pop's taqueria style restaurant. I popped into the restaurant around 6pm on a Tuesday evening, which wasn't at all that busy. I thought that the menu was solid, and food items were reasonable priced. A cheese quesadilla, for example, was less than $5. As long as a place offered my go-to Mexican food then I'm good.... and they did. Super Burrito had my favorites including chilaquiles, nachos, and chile relleno. Service was totally fine. Staff members were friendly, and my food came out really quickly. Loved that they have a fresh salsa bar. I had the pleasure of trying them all, and they were all quite good. I ordered a chile relleno a la carte and asked for the side of tortillas to be swapped by a side of chips. This was definitely one of the better stuffed peppers I had, and it was oozing with cheesy goodness. However, the rojo sauce was unbearably salty. Despite this miss in my dish, I'd be willing to come back and try other things off the menu. read more

Had a really awesome experience at Super Burrito. One of our close friends recommended that this is a place he goes to often when he has a burrito craving. We ended up going there to grab some munchies while watching the debate. For food I got: * Al Pastor Super burrito: this was so delicious and flavorful I enjoyed every bite. It was stuffed to the fullest and had lots of different flavors which I loved. I ordered the Super Burrito Mojada (Carnitas), the Burrito is very filling. Not sure if it's just mine or all burritos but The guac in the super was just a squirt of quac sauce which I didn't get to see/taste much of. Friend had the regular burrito mojada and said the taste was about the same. If you are okay on missing out on the sour cream portion, I'd recommend going for the regular burrito if you are going mojada as the sauce is what you will be tasting. read more

Exactly what I was craving! Authentic al pastor Super Burrito with a side of chips to go. Arrived around 11:30 on a Thursday, and my order was ready in about four minutes (which is what I would expect minimum for a freshly made burrito). Salsa bar had lots of good choices. I enjoyed the creamy, orange-ish one with a decent spicy kick and the flavorful salsa verde. Meat was well-cooked and seasoned, and the balance of beans, rice, sour cream and fresh-tasting guac was really good throughout the length of the very amply-portioned burrito. Lots of Latino customers came in while I was there speaking Spanish, so felt very south-of-the-border in terms of ambiance (also suggested it gets quite busy at lunch times closer to noon). Our friends recommended this place bc they said the food was delicious. Unfortunately , we did not have a great experience. My husband and I went towards the end of the evening when they were about to close. Our intention was to eat really fast and head out because we were aware they were closing soon. However as soon as we took the first bite the cashier lady told us they were closing their doors. It was 8PM sharp. I understand we were there at an inconvenient time but as a previous restaurant employee, you don't kick customers out. Plus, I assume they still have to do other tasks and won't be leaving sharply at 8pm. We had to pack up our food and drive home. I've eaten here a number of times and it's always at least a little messy from the tables to the salsa trays. Usually get carnitas or various burritos and they are usually good to good+. Today I ordered beef fajitas plate to go ( rarely eat in-store) and when I got home the meat looked like it was cooked this morning - it's now 2p when I am eating - and for $18 for this is not good quality or quantity . We come here often because we really like the flavors here. We usually get an al pastor or carnitas burrito or super burrito for ourselves, and a grilled chicken quesadilla for the kids to share. They usually love it. They also really like the horchata - I get a large cup and the whole family (5 people) can split it without anyone feeling like they didn't have enough. The salsas are great too, with my favorite being the chipotle salsa, and the green one with chunks of avocado is a close second. We always get the order to go and then enjoy at the picnic tables at nearby Serra Park or elsewhere. We ordered catering from Super Burrito recently and the value for quantity can't be beat. It was $65 for two huge trays of rice and beans (30 people and 3 days later, we are still eating the leftovers!) and $47.50 each for 3 small trays of meats (more if it's beef, but I didn't ask the price). Each tray is supposed to feed 10-15 people. You can also get a large tray of meat for $95 ($120 if it's beef), which should serve 25-30. The salsas were complimentary, which was a pleasant surprise! I comparison shopped at Chipotle, and catering for 30 people would have been $70 more, though of course the menu options are different. Overall I'm very happy with both the individual meals and the catering options. read more

They were extremely rude to me. She ask me if I am eating here or to go. I replied that I was eating here. They brought out the food on a plate and delivered it to everyone else but not for me. They called out a number and I was sitting waiting for my plate. She package up my food to go and was too lazy to bring me a plate and deliver it to my table. Good variety. Add $1 for asada meat and another $1.03 in taxes. Total just over $12 is really decent for yummy burrito these days. Very fulfilling. Dining in is a great option too. Lot's of tables & chairs available. Not a huge place, but it's convenient in the plaza with lots of available free public parking spots outside. For $10-$15 spent on foods, there's great finds out there. I like my burritos hooked up with everything in it to the max: beans, rice, onions, tomatoes, parsley, etc. Cheese ok. Avocado is a bonus. It really tasted great here. Women staffs. Speaks good English. Well maintained. Beautiful colorful paintings as decorations on the walls. Comfortable. Customers are happy in and out. I love an all day breakfast burrito option and I had their chorizo and eggs burrito. It was delicious and what I loved the most about it was the flaky wrapper. Among all the salsa, I liked the orange sauce the best. Something to note though is that when we ordered from the cashier she didn't have her mask on right, which was a bit disconcerting.
