Super Dumpling was simply amazing! I decided to try them today because I was a big fan of the previous restaurant at this location. I am pleased to say that I was not disappointed. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in by Neslie who was extremely friendly. Both Neslie and Eric assisted us during our visit and both were attentive, professional, and helpful when we had questions. We ordered about five different dishes and all of them were delicious. Today my family and I ate at this restaurant for the first time and our experience was amazing from the beginning food was great! Our server Christian had excellent customer service!! Our food came out at a perfect time. Our server went out of his way to show us how to make the house sauce with the chili oil and vinegar for us to try with our dumplings and it was delicious!! We loved it! I definitely would recommend this restaurant & would recommend Christian as a server he has really good customer service & a very good energy definitely had a positive impact in our experience today! This is a rather large restaurant with various seating arrangements. It's clean and modern in keeping with the Westfield Culver City mall. Fine for a date, a family gathering, or office group. Also got a bar for single diners. Cloth napkins, nice chopsticks, wide enough soup spoon to easily hold the xiao long bao. Service is friendly and helpful. Parking on this level is limited. We chose to park on the second level and take the elevator down. Food quality is good. Not the variety of a large Chinese restaurant say in SGV, but enough variety to keep things interesting for some time. Great deal is the lunch portions for about half the price of a full serving and enough to make a decent lunch meal. We had the chicken fried noodle lunch special and the chicken fried rice lunch special, a wonton soup, and chicken steamed dumplings. The chicken was very tender, the dishes were tasty. Appreciated that the leftovers were in paper and not plastic. read more

Hands down, the best dumplings I've had in LA. The beef xiao long bao were juicy and flavorful, the pan-fried chickens crispy and packed with filling. You can taste the craft in every bite. Absolute garbage! Service was horrible, staff was griping about the old owners in which this place used to be wokcano. I am sooo dissappointed. We ordered our usual the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, hot and sour soup, and egg fried rice minus the sushi they used to have under their old signage. The only thing edible was the egg fried rice! Server told us oh nothing on the menu has changed! BS! I left this place sick! The honey walnut shrimp was not honey glazed, cold walnuts, no broccoli, and just slathered with what I can only make out is mayonnaise. The orange chicken was not cooked with the red peppers as the original wakcano recipe. RUN from this place don't even look at it. I wish I took pictures but as I stated I LEFT THIS PLACE SICK! same menu ??? Yeah right. Thanks for the vomit. read more

First of all, the best reason to visit this restaurant is the food. Delicious++. Second, the owner and people that work there are great, especially Nelson. I have eaten in and ordered takeout. Same quantity and great taste in both instances. It is a new restaurant awaiting its alcohol license.So at this point, the only drinks that can be ordered are non-alcoholic. The place is clean and welcoming absent a lot of "fancy decor". The food is worth the price which is a little high but not outrageous. The spicy chicken dumplings are to die for as are the onion pancakes. You can't go wrong with patronizing this little jewel of a restaurant in the mall. Solid A rating. read more

My friends and I were looking for a place to eat on a Saturday around noon. .. totally random stop at Super Dumpling at the mall. This was the highlight of our day! The service was great, very courteous and accommodating; the place itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable; but the food was outstandingly DELICIOUS! The manager Nesly made me feel like part of the family at Super Dumplings. And he suggested the shrimp dumplings and I watched the chefs make them by hand and all that I can say is that it must be their therapy because it is such a delicate process to turn out something so beautiful and so delicious. I waited until I had the experience several times to come on this Yelp and say yes I am grateful this place is in the community I am grateful for Christian who is also part of the staff that just made me feel the warmth along with Win. Happy hour happens between 11:00 and 4:00 and you can pay half for the dish so that you can taste some of everything. And that's an absolute Plus for me because you never know what to purchase when you first come to a new restaurant. For you I do hope that you have an opportunity to experience this beautiful decor, the delicious authentic food, and the service that makes you feel so welcomed!!! read more

First let me say I called this place 3 times before I went trying to confirm it was in fact Wokcanos. They never told me it was not. When I arrived I called again confused because I could not find Wokcanos. Then I realized the restaurant was different. But my family decided to try it anyway.. So here's my review.. This place is terrible. We ordered beef dumplings that took forever to come and the beef inside was like a Vienna sausage. The fried rice, noodles, orange chicken, monogolian beef and fried shrimp appetizer all was worse then Panda Express. I am very disappointed. The location is nice but that is the only positive I have about this experience. Horrible dining experience on Easter Sunday. read more
