They took good care of me. They are a stand-up shop! I was in the process of buying an E92 M3, and was looking to just talk to someone who is familiar with the platform. Imad was recommended to me by someone who runs numerous V10 M6s and goes to him for the maintenance. I totally see why - Integrity does a great job, and they're honest people. M cars are finnicky and delicate, and expensive as hell when they break.... so you want someone you can trust to take care of your car. It turned out Integrity was actually selling a really nice E92 M3. I got a great price and bought the car, and it was a very pleasant experience all round. He even threw in a free oil change for me several months after I purchased. Crucially, I bought the car on the premise that it was maintained by someone who was intimately familiar and experienced with this engine. After 1000 miles of driving, the car has had no issues barring a slightly bent wheel. Imad also did a great job installing a valvetronic exhaust for me, and was very generous with how he charged for his time. I have also appreciated the constant advice and honest suggestions about what I should do next. Another thing worth noting - every time you walk in, there is a BMW M car of some kind being fixed up. I had the front two windows tinted with 3M Ceramic IR, and it was done in 1.5 hours. Quick, professional, and fair prices is what you can expect from Frank. Frank's memory, however, on the other hand is not so good. He didn't remember me or all the cars I've done or recommended to his shop. But that's ok, because that tells you Frank runs his operations fairly and without special treatment. Bring your car here and he will treat you equally well.
