Terrible service. Took 2 suits, and 3 shirts to them. They damaged the suit button, and returned 2 shirts, and a suit pants dirty. Despite having them redo the shirt they still returned it dirty. Completely unacceptable. Might as well thrown everything into the regular laundry. They cited their policy for not taking responsibility for damages, but their policy only cites this for loose/delicate garments. My clothes were neither of those things. They cheat and do NOT actually dry clean your clothes. I tested them with a shirt that had a lot of dirt inside that is easy to clean. After they "dry cleaned" my shirt, the exact same dirt was still there so they did zero dry cleaning. I tested them twice and both times they cheated and did zero dry cleaning. I took the same test shirt to a different reputable dry cleaner, and the shirt came back clean and passed the test. read more

Paid by card. Super Quality Cleaners is located in a small plaza and offers a few parking spots. The staff is nice and occasionally wears masks. They also have cute cloth masks for sale. I usually go here since the staff does a great job on the items and they are always friendly. Turnaround time is usually a few days for several items. Recently I paid $45 for a king blanket cleaning, $5 for a shirt cleaning, and $10 for a dress cleaning. Overall I'd go back and would recommend this place. read more

This place has become my new go to dry cleaner, as the quality and the speed was top notch. Brought in a cashmere muffler that was dropped and stepped in a muddy ground, and smelled terrible. The after the clean, the muffler came out like a brand new, and fluffy. The shirts were also cleaned very well, and nice smell is a plus. They are super welcoming and friendly and they even text you when your dry cleaning is done and ready for pickup. The cost is very reasonable and actually way less then where I used to go. They really care about you. I am always careful with my clothes, but it seems like they still get dirty and sometimes get food splatter. Mindy carefully looks over each shirt to make sure it is super clean when I get them back. Mylinh Nguyen (the owner) is the nicest lady on Earth, next to my Mom! I had to hem a new pair of jeans and my GF recommended this little shop on El Camino Real & Henderson Avenue in Sunnyvale. They have been doing my GF's dry cleaning of business suits/dresses/ and pants alterations for years now! However, this was my first visit inside. Mylinh greeted me with a great big smile and hello! I told her what was up and she went right to it! I was ticketed for $10, and the turn around time was super quick! We chatted for 15 minutes or so about our business ventures and I found out her kids went to Nativity Catholic School in my hometown of Menlo Park! Kudos: Facilities were absolutely clean! DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! I took a bridesmaids dress in for alterations. HORRIBLE MISTAKE! I brought the dress in 2 weeks in advance. She said it would be ready on Thursday at 4pm. I even called to confirm on Thursday morning! I came in 4:30pm and she hadn't even TOUCHED my dress. It was in a heap on her work table. She told me to come back in 2 hours to pick it up! No apologies at all, the audacity. I came back 2 hours later and my dress was 2 sizes TOO SMALL and THERE WAS AN OIL STAIN on the front of my dress! She had been eating while working and put food stains on my dress! Again, no apologies. She then blamed the situation on me and asked if I GAINED WEIGHT! She charged me $50 for STAINING my dress and MAKING it 2 sizes too small! DO NOT COME HERE! WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE! read more

NOPE, they weren't able to remove ANY of the stains on my dress, and the owner's excuse was that California doesn't allow them to use chemicals and they use green cleaners. They're not even a green cleaner. One of our shirts didn't even look like it was cleaned. And like another reviewer said they still charged me $6 for a dress that still has stains all over it. I really wanted to like this place, I did. I first started going when it was run by the cute elderly Vietnamese couple, but since they've retired, they've passed it on to someone else and I just don't feel the same about it anymore. Since they retired, I had come back twice, both times for dry cleaning. The first time was uneventful. I dropped things off, came back for them - the usual drill. The 2nd time, and unfortunately the last time, I dropped off a long evening gown I wore to a wedding. I will admit that I did not pay that close attention to the garment when I turned it in, but I am very confident that it did not come back in its original shape. I dropped off the dress on Monday, came back on Saturday assuming that it would be done and taken care of. The outside of the dress is a delicate material, easily torn, easy to poke holes in. Somehow it came back with many, many holes right underneath the bust of the dress. The holes didn't look burnt, torn, or eaten through, so the only other explanation is that it was poked by pins. What really irks me is that it was returned by the cleaning service they use and the dress had been sitting on a rack with a nice sign that said, "Please return. Too many holes. Check with customer." The least they could have done was called to let me know that it wasn't getting cleaned so I could've come sooner to pick it up and find someone else who could take care of it. It's aggravating to come in to think that you'd get a nice clean dress, but to find the same smelly dress with now one-week old food stains on it that you hope will be able to come off when you drop it off to the next cleaners. I wish I could have written a nice review, I wish I could have been able to like the new ownership, but this level of service really ticks me off and I won't be coming back here now. This review is long overdue. This place literally saved my life. I had a bridesmaids dress that needed to be altered the SAME day because I, of course, procrastinated. So I called in at 7:30am and someone picked up rght away. I let her know the situation and she told me to come in as soon as possible. When I got there, I was greeted by a young woman (I think her name is Ann?) God bless her - I wish I remembered her name. She asked me to put on the dress and it was a 3 inch gap in the bust area, and the zipper would just NOT close. She said that it would be a rough task, but she said she could do it. When she asekd me when I needed it and I said by 5:00pm, she looked at me like I was crazy. LOL! She laughed and said she would do her best, so I said "That's all I could ask for." I came in at 5:00pm and the dress was ready. I put it on and it fit like a glove. I gave her a HUGE hug and was just so relieved. I literally owed her my life. Bottom line... I'll be back for any alterations, dry cleaning, etc. and will refer this place to anyone and everyone. They deserve good business! read more

I came here because of all the positive reviews on Yelp, and I'm glad I did! The lady and the gentleman who work here (are they husband and wife?) are both quite pleasant. I brought in a men's 2-piece suit for a regular dry cleaning. There was no fuss at all. I dropped off my suit on a Monday evening. They told me it would be $6.50 cash (they have a $15 minimum for credit) and that I could pick it up on Wednesday after 4 PM. True to their word, the suit was ready to go when I returned Wednesday evening. The jacket and pants were each on their own hangers, and ID number tags had been carefully fastened around a loop in the jacket and a belt loop on the pants. I smelled a very faint, pleasant fragrance after removing the outer plastic bag. Maybe this is the way it should always be with dry cleaners, but I wouldn't know since this is the first time I've personally taken anything to a dry cleaner. This review is already longer than it needs to be, so I'll conclude with this: they cleaned my suit for a fair price and without any fuss. read more

I ordered a suit from Indochino and I put off checking the fit and getting it altered until 2 days before my friend's wedding (and I was a groomsman ). I was referred to Super Quality Cleaners by a fellow groomsman. Mindy and her seamstress were incredibly kind and friendly, and managed to get my suit pants altered perfectly and my whole suit cleaned and pressed, all in the same day.
