Seriously don't waste your time, this place use to be good just a few months ago, but after the owners recently told me they no longer use the same company for their dry cleaning services, I immediately noticed the difference in quality. I have nothing against the owners, everyone is right in saying they are very nice people. The problem is SQC no longer has Excel Cleaners doing their dry cleaning...ever since they switched to another company to handle their dry cleaning, quality went down the drain! Excel Cleaners closed shop, so I understand it's out of the SQC owner's hands. Trust me, there is nothing "Super" about their quality in cleaning now. I had to return several "supposedly dry cleaned" dress shirts and show them all the wrinkles in the arms and back. It was almost in the same condition I dropped them off...horrible. Even if they write "EXTRA CARE" on the dry cleaning tag, you won't be satisfied. I dropped off 3 brand new dress shirts, took them out of the packaging right in front of the owner. When I got them back, there was a stain on one of them and all 3 were clearly not pressed because you could see the original folded marks of when I pulled it out of the packaging. My suits came back with lint, so the owner had them "Re Do" the cleaning and they came back the same. The owner was so embarrassed she gave me a lint roller as a gift...wasn't my idea of great service when I have to lint-roll my own suits after paying for dry cleaning. read more

I would give 4 stars to this place for the quality of their work but zero for the way the t owner (the young lady not the previous adorable old couple) treats her customers. Cheap & friendly! Love the asian couple (im assuming they are the owners)- they are so nice! They were able to take out a huge coffee stain I had on a shirt and were fast! Dropped off about 10 blouses and picked it up the next day after 4pm. I will definitely be coming back here for dry cleaning of all my simple stuff. I took a white bed sheet for cleaning here, and pointed out a stain. Got the bed sheet the second day (fast service indeed), but the stain was exactly as before. I asked if I still had to pay. The lady said I still had to pay the full amount ($18). I suggest asking for an agreement to get (some of) your money back if the dry cleaning doesn't actually do any cleaning. read more

They fixed a rip in my favorite dress, that I had previously thought could not be fixed because the fabric was very delicate. The lady who works there (and I believe is the owner) is the nicest lady in the world. No seriously she really is that nice. The price for my dress shirts was spot on (actually on the cheaper side) and service was fast and perfect, medium starch really was medium. I have no complaints. It really sucks that other businesses are not nearly as good as her's. To many places provide sub-par customer service yet people continue to use them. This place is great! My Lin (sp?) is such a sweetheart, and she's pretty funny. I've been here a total of 4 times, and for good reason, and each time she's re-sewed some buttons on my suits at no extra charge. The pricing is pretty cheap, and the turnover is very fast. The first time I came, I didn't know about the $15.00 minimum for using credit, and she still let me use my credit card at no extra charge when my purchase was only $6.50. It can be a hassle if you use your debit/credit card for everything, but I have no problem taking that extra step to make sure they get to keep 100% of that $6.50. After all, I want them to stay in business for a long time. read more

This cleaner is a good inexpensive place to take your daily work clothes that do not have stains or marks or need special attention. I've been able to have several pairs of pants, several blouses, and a couple of skirts dry cleaned for less than $30. It's a steal! The issue I have is that they don't seem to know the tricks of the trade for getting out marks and stains that aren't even set into the fabric. I've even showed them pen marks that I needed removed and the clothes would come back the same as when I dropped them off. I would recommend this place if you need a cheap cleaning, but not for anything requiring an expert hand. read more

I used to go here regularly. There are two people that work here, one is the owner. She is nice. The other, I have no idea but when I first started to get here, I started to consider changing shops. She is rude. The last three times I got her, and not the owner, and I am now convinced I will change. Too bad because the price was right, and the service was good (with the owner). I've had two dresses altered here and I was very happy with both! The first was a long gown that had multiple layers that needed to be hemmed. The woman working took her time to pin each layer to make sure it was perfect. I needed this one fast and I got it in time for my event. The second dress I had hemmed and taken in. There were no issues at all and the process was fast. I would go here for more alterations. It's convenient and not too expensive. The woman working also charges me less because I am a student and dress alterations can add up quickly. read more

Had my wedding last weekend and needed to get my 2pc suit dry cleaned, including getting a stain out of the lapel. Did some research and decided to try this place. Extremely happy with the service. Picked up my suit ontime and they were as good as new. Oh and it was very inexpensive. What really impressed me was that the staff had found $200 cash in the pocket and made sure I got it back! Will never go here again!!! Did not examine the first batch of dry cleaning we got back from them until tonight. Two dresses don't appear to have been cleaned at all, there is deodorant residue on the armpits and they smell like BO. Got a second batch of things today. The dresses don't smell any different then when we dropped them off and the stains that we pointed out on one of the dresses look they same. If you want number labels to be stapled to your pants pocket, your name to be written in ink on the label of your nice silk shirt, and your clothes strewn all over the floor in the store, please do come here. If not, STAY FAR AWAY! They stapled their number label onto my husband's pants pocket, which resulted in a rip in his pockets when I tried removing the stapler. When I went to the store once, she had her daughter sorting out costumer's clothing on the floor of their store. I was appalled. And why will they use ink to write your name on your shirts? She closed up regardless and refused to take my dry cleaning despite my requests for consideration.
