I'm impressed! These folks have terrific customer service. I left a message requesting an appointment, and my call was returned within 2 hours. I was able to schedule next-day service, which was fantastic as I needed the carpets cleaned due to a pet "accident". Nick ran a bit late to the appointment, but he called to let me know that he'd be late and what his approximate arrival time would be (within 30 minutes of scheduled time, by the way). He was very friendly, took great care with moving my furniture, and informed me of how things were going step-by-step. And, the price was incredibly reasonable. I called Superlative on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did. Andrew picked up the phone and gave me a quote on my first call and we arranged an appt. Traffic caused them to be a bit late but a call from Andrew to give me a heads up was much appreciated. Once Andrew and Gerald arrived, they surveyed my dingy, spotted carpets and assured me they'd look good as new soon. They were right!! I found this business through Yelp, and I'm glad I trusted the reviews! I recently received an old rug that had been kept rolled up in someone's garage apparently since the stone age, and although it was the right size, style and color for my room, it was nothing short of filthy, and overwhelmingly musty-smelling besides. I was not sure at all that it could be saved, and didn't want to spend a lot to find out. The nice guy I spoke to from Superlative was willing to give it a try, for a very reasonable price. I have a small room with an old rug with cat urine issues that should be replaced, but until then needed some TLC. Andrew advised that I use some "Nature's Miracle" ahead of time on the cat mess, which was a great suggestion. He and his assistant showed up on time, did a great job, and left the rug looking great. I was dreading having our carpets cleaned. I've had other cleaners jack-up the price after they've already arrived and set-up, choosing that last minute to tell you that closets are extra, stains are extra, etc. I even, once, had a clearer say that he would not run the cleaner over a spot more than once without charging $15 for "special handling." I found Superlative Steam Cleaning here on Yelp. I needed to clean our carpet when we moved out. Our carpet had several years of "toddler tundra" ground in, including spilled bottles, crushed Cheerios, and random kid accidents. I had to book on short notice, and we had a limited amount of time where we could wait for them to arrive. Of course, we didn't want to spend a fortune either. My first call to them was very encouraging. They picked up the phone promptly, gave knowledgeable answers, and asked the right questions before giving me a quote. I booked them immediately. Wow. I couldn't be happier! They arrived on time, were nice, polite, did a FANTASTIC job, left the carpets looking better than they ever have, and charged a bargain of a price! Huge endorsement! Superlative is...superlative! I neded carpets cleaned for my rental house. I had booked another cleaning service and they canceled at the last minute, leaving me one day to get the carpets cleaned before new tenants moved in. Sheree was fantastic about finding someone who could be at my house in an hour. I just checked and the work was fantastic. These guys are the best! Andrew and his colleague Gerald were over last week to clean our carpets. Big rooms, smaller rooms, hallways, stairs, different carpet types. Jeremy showed up on time and was quick and efficient. He took the time to go over areas that needed extra attention. He was careful with my furniture, as well. It has been 3 days and the carpet looks quite clean. It was quoted on the phone as $135 for a two bedroom occupied apartment. Awesome, awesome, awesome!! Went to farmers market last evening and bought a delicious mixed berry pie but was too full to eat the beautiful thing so I put it out on the counter to save for today! Well this morning we followed tracks from the island counter where the slimy sticky remains of 3 white peaches sprawled across the counter, down the super suede chairs, across the hardwood floors ending smack dab in the middle of the family room carpet ( that was just installed Tuesday, today is Friday,) which lead to the gruesome remains of my mixed berry pie! Why the coon couldn't eat it on the hardwood is beyond me...but then after eating the pie he climbed up the couch and mounted the other counter at the cookie jar. The lid was placed nicely to the side where we found one wrapper to a cookie (from Hawaii), one wrapper from a white chocolate Toblerone and one wrapper from a dark chocolate Toblerone. I guess he didn't like any of those too much because he could have eaten a lot more. Anyway, I called Superlative at 10:15am and Dannie had someone out by 11:30! He was prompt, did a fabulous job of pretreating the berry stains and got them all out including the foot prints on the chair! He used corner protectors so the long tubing wouldn't damage the wall corners and did a fabulous job! Highly recommend this company. Good by Stanley!! read more

Absolutely FABULOUS!!! I had just come off a horrible experience with OXIFRESH Carpet Cleaners - nutshell story is that they were to come on Saturday 9am, I didn't hear from them until 10:10 that they weren't coming. Said theyd come Sunday at noon and do two rooms for free. Never saw nor heard from them again until mid-day Monday, after I called the home office in Denver twice! Just horrible. Not only a monumental waste of my time, but our house was in upheaval for four days with furniture, etc. all pulled up off the carpeted floors! I saw these reviews for Superlative on Monday and decided the two free rooms from Oxifresh just wasn't worth my time or energy (and who knows if they would EVER show). Surperlative had a guy at my house at 7:30 am the next morning (so that I could still get to work in the City a reasonable hour). Right on time, superb service and the carpets look FANTASTIC!!! I highly highly recommend this company! I will absolutely use them, and only them, over and over again in the future!!! read more
