In the last three working days I have had a slice of pizza from here as my lunch- loved every slice- my favorite has got to be the Chicken Bacon Ranch! The slices are thin crust, crispy, with a great tender chicken and bacon. Wow, I wish I was going to be working nearby longer. On Friday I had a slice of BBQ chicken. That was excellent- the crust was crisp, the chicken tender a great slice. Thursday and today I have had the chicken bacon ranch that had got to be their best slice, but I won't know until I get another job nearby. The place is clean, the Staff is courteous to friendly. Incredibly rude people. The food is way too greasy and over cooked. The guy took my boyfriend's order and then didn't even ask about me. He rang up the sub in the pizza and when I asked him for buffalo wings he said, "why didn't f*ing you order before?" Hotel kitchen closed at 11 so we called here for a medium pizza. I've called twice asking if the driver got lost or something because it's been an hour and a half.... The pizza place is only up the street. As I'm writing his the delivery guy walks into the hotel lobby barely holding up our pizza and takes his phone and shows us the time. He announces that it hasn't been an hour and a half and I have to show him what time I put the order in and its been an hour and twenty minutes. Super rude and unprofessional. Supreme Pizza offers prompt delivery. The food can be quite good, if you request that it is cooked when the order Is placed. I had two orders that were reheated food. I always order the Haddock Plate, which comes with Fries, a mini-bun, coleslaw and tartar sauce. I did request that the fish and fries be cooked when the order was received. They did so and it made a huge difference. I did not get any utensils, no condiments, other than a small (about a tablespoon) container of tartar sauce, which was not enough for the fish. I would suggest trying the food as a pick-up, first, so that you can judge the freshness, before you have gotten it from a delivery person and they have left. I will order again, I have suggested to other colleagues. They have, also, been satisfied. read more

Hi I said I was going to review Supreme Pizza and it did take me a while. I ordered nine days ago and decided to wait then try it again to see if it is consistent. First off I was told 30-45 minutes for delivery but it arrived at my door in about 20 swift minutes. HOT in a fun "happy holidays" box is just one reason for my tasty sophomore odyssey. I always have a good feeling about a slice when I pick it up and just when it's nose dives down just enough when it's THAT hot. Nice typical pizza crust, perfectly cooked with corn meal bottom. The plentiful number of sausage rounds are very flavorful and full of real Italian style sausage including fennel. Must have been formed in a ball to keep it delicate and juicy. The Pepperoni is superior in it's own right, bit spicy as it should be makes me feel it's a good quality product. At the end of the day? Nothing original or jaw dropping here by any means however it left me asking for more. T.M.C's only complaint could have been left in the oven just a bit longer this time. I headed in for a quick bite on a rainy day, and I was definitely sated coming out. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, which was large and greasy (just the way it should be) and two chicken legs. The pizza had a decent sauce:pizza ratio, but I like more sauce than cheese, so to each their own. The chicken was crispy and tender and it rubbed the roof my mouth raw, which I guess is both a positive and a negative. My only issue was the salty breading. It overpowered any other flavoring that may have been added with it. Otherwise, it was great. I'll have to try more out later. read more

Fantastic place for having any kind of pizza or sandwich/burger and fries. The staff can be a bit stoic, but they are always working extremely hard and will always get your food order at a good time. Tip: Get the cheese fries. They take a while, usually about 5-10 minutes, but oh my goodness. You will not regret it. read more

NEVER. EAT. HERE. EVER. This place has SERIOUS food safety concerns: 1. The pizzas used for slices sit out on a table in the serving area ALL DAY at room temperature. They are not covered, and you can see flies buzzing around. The grease on the pizza congeals and the ends of each slice curl up. Disgusting. They barely heat it back up when you order, not nearly long enough to kill germs. Ask anyone who is ServSafe certified - this is not acceptable practice. 2. To confirm what Kasey R. said, there is a female employee who smokes cigarettes in the back kitchen and ASHES HER CIGARETTES ONTO THE GRILL! She is clearly visible when you stand at the register. Supreme could, and should, be shut down for something like that. It's a serious health code violation, and it seems indicative of the attitude the staff has towards food safety. Beyond those immediate concerns, the pizza isn't good even if you get it fresh. The restaurant is generally dirty and ugly and has a bad vibe. Why would you go here when Pizza Pie-er is literally right across the street and Crazy Dough's is around the corner? read more

The 1 star rating does not reflect the quality of the pizza but rather the sanitary issues that were plainly displayed by the woman making pizza today. I ordered my slices of cheese pizza and honestly, it was good pizza by Boston's standards. Then, however, I noticed the woman in the kitchen constantly coughing with her mouth uncovered WHILE MAKING PIZZA! Unbelievable. She was coughing all over the pizza. Multiple times I watched her cough and blow her nose into a paper towel, which she clearly thought was good enough, and the go on to cook food and knead pizza dough. She only had a glove on one hand and never changed it or washed her hands. I couldn't continue eating, I was horrified. I've never seen such a blatant disregard for cleanliness in my life. This is definitely one of my favorite places to get pizza in the area. The sauce is delicious (savory and a tad bit sweet) and I LOVE the crust! The girl that answers the phone at this shop late night, can't get any more incompetent! We ordered a BLT Club, She asks..." Do you want lettuce, what do you want on it"... "ummm" She's just not the brightest bulb... Beside that... The delivery driver seems to never have change.... How as a delivery driver do you not carry any change?? Make sure to have the correct amount and dont forget they already charge you for delivery... The food is definitely a hit or miss... As a Berklee student this place used to be my main hangout. There are places I rate highly for food quality - this is not one of them! However, their pizza always hit the spot no matter the time of day, and was great especially at night when most other places were closed. To save even more money I'd order one slice of mushroom and one slice of cheese - they'd load the first slice with so many mushrooms you could split them equally over the two pieces. A few shakes of parmesan and hot peppers and you're good to go. That, and some serious blotting of grease, turning your little white napkins a nice orange color. I can't count the number of times I hung out here with friends or grabbed a slice or two for late night recording sessions. Supreme's is not about the food, it's about the memories. ;-) read more

Sometimes I wonder if people actually go in to a place to eat or think where their food is cooked. I went in to this place and the building was ice cold as if they didn't pay the heating bill. Usually a sub place is pretty straightforward. Most have the same fair. The only thing that sets sub shops apart are if they screw things up. Ordered from here 3 times. First two times the subs were good, but made incorrectly. This time we ordered mozzarella sticks for the football game and they came in a broken down huge ball of stuck together cheese. Supreme Pizza what can I truly say about this place other then it saved my life and my wallet going through my undergrad years at Berkley College. I typically had morning classes so I would often stop in this pizza shop which was recommended to me by a friend and now which I am going too recommended to you. The service was very great the two women that work are full of humor and personality and are more than willing to go above and beyond to serve you. I am not sure but one of the women working their even got to know me and already had my order known to save even more time (since my break before classes wasn't exactly long it's a nice little benefit to save you more time when the person serving you saves you time). The atmosphere is what you would expect a local pizza place to be the design is pretty simple but this place isn't about making these extra extravagant presentations that some places do and it doesn't try to be something it's not. In fact it does what it sets out to accomplish this is the pizza place for the common person or in this case college student who doesn't want to spend a lot of money but get quality food that gives you the feeling of satisfaction. The pizza is some of the best pizza I have ever had and the slices that they offer like the buffalo chicken is an excellent choice. The deals that they give are often very good and unique for a pizza place. The dough is good and never brunt in my 5+ years of going here I have never encountered a problem with how the pizza was cooked. In the off chance something was wrong I witnessed the staff offering a refund and still providing a new meal now talk about going above and beyond. The subs are also excellent and give you a insane amount of toppings for the price this place truly deserves its name Supreme Pizza and Subs because the amount of toppings on a regular sub you would think I ordered the supreme version or something at least with extra toppings but nope this is a place that does not try to skimp on the toppings they give you what you pay for and more. The menu is very good and they try to offer a little something for everyone from the person looking for the casual slice to a rice and chicken plate meal all and all I recommended this place to anyone and everyone hungry to my fellow Berkley and northeastern students in the area not only for the delicious food and cheap prices but because if you're having a party they give you a pretty sweet deal and if your loyal they notice which is what's good about these small establishments their not trying to take your money they trying to building a relationship with their surrounding community I am sure they know what's it like for college students and even if you're not a college student the people who work there seems to understand the everyday person. I am not sure about these other reviews of all this negativity or about smoking which I have never seen if you take this pizza place as what it meant to be which is affordable quality food then we have a winner and trust me it saved my life and it might not have as a dramatic effect on you like me but it will hit your taste buds and save your wallet so I highly recommend Supreme Pizza for you and your friends read more

This place is my go-to for a quick hungry fix at night. It is extremely bad for you but it is so damn good. I recommend the steak and cheese bomb with everything on it. It is heaven in your mouth. Ordered food for delivery. The wait time was not an issue, they delivered at an appropriate time. However once it arrived, it was clear to me that the order was not complete. I had asked for a 2L Pepsi, which was available on their site and it showed on the receipt that was attached to the order as well. The driver says he's not going to drive all the way back for a Pepsi, then hands me a 20oz bottle of warm Mug root beer from what seems to be from his personal collection as compensation. Little backstory here: I've ordered delivery from Supreme 1-2 (sometimes 3) times a week for the past FOUR years. When I went to place my usual order last night I was told that the rules had changed: for an order to be eligible for delivery, it must hit the $15 minimum, before "delivery charges". My orders typically are $12-$14 dollars, so this was a problem. When I explained that I'm a loyal, consistent customer, the takeout person said there was nothing he could do, which means that because of what I order I can't get delivery anymore. He didn't seem to care. Bottom line, when you're a small business you don't put new rules in place that disqualify your best customers- you make an effort to accommodate them- especially when there are three similar restaurants within walking distance that offer the same product at a lower price. I think it's important to note that the salads and subs (what I order) are almost all under $10 and when you include a Gatorade/drink to the order the total STILL doesn't make the $15 limit. Unless you want to order a large pizza (approx $16) or order two meals you basically can't get delivery from this place anymore. Anyway, I started going to Kappy's which is right down the street and I found has similar quality food and no minimum nor "delivery charges". I'll give them my consistent weekly business and hopefully the won't start nickel and dimeing me under the context of "new rules". read more

I have only done delivery, so I can't comment on the service in the shop. The delivery is always super fast, and I have always enjoyed the pizza. Once they even discovered an error before I did and sent the delivery person to send the missing salad. I appreciate that they were pro-active. I really like their pizza. In my opinion, people like different styles of pizza, and I like this style. It is definitely worth a try to see if you like it.
