You might save a little money going here, but I wouldn't trust putting my family in the car after they've touched it. Brought my wife's car here after experiencing a slow leak in the passenger rear tire. Being open on a Sunday, I swung by. After taking the tire off, they pointed out uneven tread (alignment issue) and said it couldn't be fixed, needed a new tire and never looked further into it. My ignorance, with their great reviews, said ok and drove off with a new / non-matching tire. Two days later, same slow leak (previous tire would take 2 days after filling it for the warning to come on), so it was pretty much the same issue. I messaged the owner right away and said to bring it back. Brought it back, after taking the tire off they said the rim has a crack and pointed it out. I looked closer, there's actually 2 cracks. After asking why this this wasn't noticed before, and why they sold me a tire when it wasn't needed, their response was that the rim must've cracked between the time I drove off and got home. And that they are at least "not charging me for taking the rim off" (all of 2 min of work that no other shop in SD chargers). This is the passenger rear rim, extremely unlikely chain of events here. Just no accountability for their lack of attention to detail and just wanting to rip people off. While this is all going on, the customer next me is trying to get a nail fixed in his tire and noticed nails on the ground where cars are being worked on. He was literally picking them up off the floor and handing them to the techs asking wtf. So short of it is, don't go here. They have no basic skill sets in tires/rims. Go to discount or anywhere else. If you decide to go here, check for nails as you pull up.

I got a nail in my rear tire with slow leak as I headed out on a road trip back to the Bay Area. I asked if they could patch the puncture from the inside instead of just plugging the hole and they could, offering me an acceptable rate (cheaper than I expected to pay compared to the Bay Area.) As a car enthusiast, I'm especially glad they were careful with my wheels and used a torque wrench for the correct tightening specs instead of the lazy impact gun you see elsewhere when putting the wheel back on. Complimentary wheel shine was an unexpected plus and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. No issues on my 7 hour/500 mile trip home.

I had bought a set of tires from Discount Tires and picked up nails in two tires....went over to see them (San Marcos shop) and walked in to have them repaired. I actually stood there (only guy inside waiting) for over ten minutes as their employees (about ten) just stood there answering the phones but would not help the one guy standing right in front of them....I said something and left (never going there again - facts). Looked up tire repair on Yelp and saw Supreme Tires on Mission Rd. I called and told them I only needed to get two tires repaired and asked what might be a good time to come in...he said that he would be happy to help me right now....I got there and writhing a couple minutes my tires were off the car with a guy repairing each tire....they were busy too! They didn't just do a quick repair they did the job right....I was seriously impressed and will definitely come to them when I need new tires....the selection is amazing. This is a real tire shop that wants to make their customers happy and keep them coming back. I am going to be telling everyone about this find....and I'll be discouraging people from going to Discount Tired (yes tired...not tires)....thanks for the great service guys!! read more

This places starts to higher young people first thing I know and I come in for some tires and they Jack my car not on the frame but on the side skirt and broke off and someone they new needed tired and chit chated and seen I had a problem a cam to fix it like if he works their and the least they gave me was $10 off and still paying and they said they fixed it so full price when the guy who didn't work their somehow was beating my side skirt to fix it was tragic be aware and know some Spanish cause they talk shit read more

Arrived at 9:15AM, 3 other cars waiting in front of me. No big deal. Waited for over an hour for the three cars in front to be serviced. Another customer who just arrived drove up into a bay and was instantly helped by one of the employees in front of me. Then it happened a second time , another car drove up and was helped in front of me. The employee working had seen me waiting patiently for the last hour and made no attempt to help me. This business is poorly managed to put it lightly. I always try to shop local and support small business but I would stay away from this business. Drove 1 mile away to north county wheels and tires in a desperate attempt, 5 star service and great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Don't sacrifice quality and professional work for a few dollars saved. read more

Costco Tire told me of of my tires has a screw but they couldn't take walk-in until 5hours later. It's Sunday and some Tire stores don't open. So I searched and found Supreme Tires. This is the second review that I've left in a week. Custom service is as good as you can find right now. I ah Showed up today with a Jeep that belonged to a double amputee marine combat veteran who just passed away during COVID. His Widow is experiencing financial hardship right now and needs to sell her husbands Jeep despite her emotional attachment. The Jeep has not run since early 2019 and still had on bad tires that had been on the Jeep prior to his deployment that he had his legs blown off. Needless to say, they were bad. I am volunteering my time and some parts to get the jeep running to help out this family that has sacrificed everything for us and our freedoms. Poway Jeep/Dodge donated some tires to help out and I needed a shop to install. Because I had such a great time experience last week, I took the Jeep to them and let them know what I was trying to do. It didn't even take 10 minutes and all 4 tires were off and the new tires were getting balanced. There are good Pepin who still exists and out there to help. These are businesses that have bills and employees to pay, yet they take the time to to be human and caring to those around them. A HUGE Thank You read more

I had one of my personal customers come to me after getting some wheels installed by this shop. The work was very inconsistent. When taking off the lug nuts, 4 were broken, some ended up being over tightened by far, and some were only hand tight! On the wheels! Apparently they have no idea what a torque wrench is! I was able to replace the studs and got him driving safely again. Thinking it must of been a blue-moon mistake, he came back to get his rear tires replaced, just for one of the workers to cross-thread a new stud right in front of the customer. The customer told me the worker looked behind him as it happened to see if anyone was watching, and yes, he was watched. Twice in a row, very inconsistent work. would not recommend to anyone who loves their car. read more

I had a small leak in one of my tires and these guys were able to get me in within minutes of me calling, they were also one of the only places open and willing to help on a Sunday. I needed to replace two Arizonian tires due to tread wear, having had the other two replaced six…read moremonths earlier. The quoted price was around $345 and while looking my original 4-tire receipt on their screen, I saw the warranty was for 55,000 miles. I only got around 40,000 even though the tires were rotated every 5,000 miles and I'm not an aggressive driver. So I asked about the warranty and after the rep did some calculations, a credit was applied reducing the cost to $254. This made me wonder: 1. Was the rep not trained properly to notice such obvious issues? 2. Was the rep trained and incented to avoid warranty credits? 3. With their modern POS/CRM system, why is there no function built into the quote workflow to simply check the difference between the achieved mileage and warranty mileage? Arizonian tires are manfactured as a private label brand for Discount Tire by Cooper Tires, which is owned by Goodyear. So the cost of warranty claims must at least partially be borne by Discount Tire themselves. The sales staff at Discount Tire are not paid a commission, but there are bonuses that store managers can receive based on store metrics. I'm sure a key metric is profit margin, which is reduced by warranty claims. The sales staff will of course strive to please their managers. There are also corporate metrics wherby frontline employees are measured on key performance indicators, such as attach rates for add-ons (e.g., lug nut kits, wiper blades) and I strongly suspect minimized warranty claims. So the fact that the rep didn't automatically look at the mileage achived vs. the warranty, and their POS quote function does not automatically check, it's an intentional tactic to extract excessive money from the customer. BTW, except for the mileage the tires are excellent and a great value!

Jovanny and team were great! I I needed my tire pressure monitoring sensors replaced on my truck. I sent a message to them to see if they could perform the work and do it this morning. Jovanny responded immediately and I was only at their business for 35 minutes While they took the tires off, configured the new sensors, put them on the rims, and put the he tires back on.
