I gave her my invoice number. I'll talk to them. Eventually the next week they came. Came and went quickly leaving the cover in a ball on the side of the pool. The pool was a mess. After opening my pool which did not include an initial vacuuming the pool is unusable. Several problems developed as the pool was left filled with debris. The the cover was removed and debris was dumped into it. I called about this. I was told wit was my responsibility to clear the cover off. When I booked the opening I asked if I had to do anything. The woman said no. My calls for help were not met. I was told no one could come to look at it for at least a month, a month !!! Totally unacceptable. I sent an email regarding my dissatisfaction with the situation to them. Perhaps the owner Steve never saw it. I was happy with his service. I purchased the new sand filter at his advice last year. Despite the fact that I bought this expensive lovely filter from Underwater Pool Masters less than a year ago I can't get them to service it now that it's not working. No one ever got back to me. They did however cash the $300 + check for it.

Although it seems like a lot of money, I understand the reasons behind collecting a deposit (customers unexpectedly cancelling appointments, technician time to travel and diagnose issues, etc.). I paid the deposit and we confirmed the next available appointment was 3/20/25. On 3/14/25 I got an email (no phone call) telling me "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to complete your spa service on 3/20/25. Instead, we will be there 3/25/25". I was so frustrated and disappointed they had picked a new date without discussing it with me and that it was 5 days later. I discussed the issue with the service department, they apologized and said that was the earliest date. There was nothing more they could do. On 3/25/25, the day of my appointment, I get a voice message that said they needed to cancel the appointment and reschedule for 3/26/25. Because I have a fenced in yard with dogs I took the day off of work to be here. I'm beyond frustrated with NE Spas. Conveniently they took my money in less than 24hours but they have no problem rescheduling my appointments for 16 days. By the way their policy is no monetary refunds just store credit. So that's not even an option. I feel trapped because they have my money and left me no other option but to accept their dates.

This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!

During both experiences, the swrvice person was a little condescending and not proactive about telling me what they needed me to do before they came. They called to tell me the filter was cleaned and my jets were producing ripples which was great. I also asked 2 quick questions before we hung up and because he didn't know the answer because he didn't service the filter he had to hang up so he could get a hold of his guy. When I got home it didn't look like the filter was hosed down and there was no force coming out of the Jets. When I called him to tell him this he had an attitude about me not having powder readily available at my house (they should have ur with them) and that I asked too many questions and they could not have their guy turn around and come back to their house to check something or else they have to pay him another $50. When I asked additional questions, he said... We've already been through this to her three times already. So because of the condescending attitude towards me and the fact that I don't think they cleaned my filter but yet took my money they will not get business from me going forward.

Last year we noticed the coping and tiles were falling off. We couldn't find anyone. This summer…read moreafter opening the pool, we called USA pool and they responded right away. Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.

I had them come on 2 occasions last summer to help with a service need, both times was changed 90.00 and the problem wasn't fixed. In October I paid them to close my pool and heater. During this process they damaged a part of the heater. When I went to have them open the pool this spring I found the pool damaged due to the pool not being closed properly. I have asked them to take responsibility and they refused. I didn't keep a copy of the bill to close the pool, however I have 6 adults who were here to witness them coming. I would not trust them to do anything with my pool in the future.
