Between our family…read morealone, we've probably brought around 8 cars here for window tinting, and we've also referred friends and others because we always had great experiences here. Unfortunately, after our experience with the new management/ownership, we will not be coming back. My mom's rear window tint was about 4 years old and had started becoming blurry/worn, so my dad brought her car back to have it replaced. Since the original tint was done under the previous ownership, we didn't come in expecting them to honor the old warranty. We paid for the old tint to be removed and for a brand-new tint installation on the rear window. The very next day, my dad noticed one or two small bubbles from what appeared to be dust trapped underneath the new tint. He went back and asked if they could redo the rear window since the work had literally just been done the day before. The owner/manager refused to redo it. My dad then asked if they could at least try to squeegee the bubbles out, and he wouldn't do that either. Instead, his solution was to remove the tint completely, refund my dad, and tell him he could take his business elsewhere. My dad did not want to go through the hassle of having the tint removed again and then having to find another shop to redo it, so he even asked if they could at least offer a small discount since they weren't willing to correct the work. That wasn't an option either. What's especially disappointing is that this shop has always been known for its lifetime warranty on tint, yet apparently a problem with a brand-new installation can't even be corrected the very next day. We weren't asking them to warranty the old 4-year-old tint from the previous ownership. We paid for new work, noticed an issue immediately, and simply expected the shop to stand behind the work they had just completed. Things happen and we understand that dust or an occasional bubble can happen during tint installation. The bigger problem was how the situation was handled. Rather than trying to make the work right, the response to a longtime customer bringing up a legitimate concern was essentially to refund us and tell us to take our business somewhere else. It's sad because the previous ownership always provided great service, quality work, and stood behind what they did. That's why our family continued coming back with car after car and recommended this place to other people for years. Unfortunately, the service and quality are not what they used to be. We'll be taking the owner's advice and bringing our cars elsewhere from now on, and we will no longer be recommending this shop to friends or family.

These guys give it you straight and do quality work. They were more than patient with explaining the car alarms to me and made suggestions based off my needs. I opted to get a complete alarm and they installed it with zero issues, same day. Which was a huge relief since getting one installed was a top priority for me. Alarm came with a warranty so all things said , good service, transparent quoting, patient and knowledgeable people. I couldn't recommend this shop enough. I highly suggest giving them a visit for all things car alarms, window tint, or sound related. Well worth the value of their quality work which in my opinion is very fair and hard to find these days.

I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. Overpricing may vary shop to shop, but I think transparency and fairness in quotes is something customers value--especially when comparison shopping.
