I've never heard of sushi in a burrito form before Toba, what a great idea!! It's basically a giant, handheld, wrapped up piece of sushi! We chose the Toba Burrito with steamed shrimp, shrimp tempura, spicy crab salad, avocado, tempura flakes, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. This was a delicious combination! Because it's in a burrito the ingredients are thicker compared to sushi, and you can taste each addition better, but my husband and I both agreed that while this was a very fun item to try, we prefer the regular sushi rolls to the burrito.
