I stopped by for a light snack. Each roll is $5, and if you buy 3, there is a $1 discount each. I opted for two rolls since I wasn't feeling too hungry. The options are very simple, and the ones that I tried were done very well. I would've liked it better if the rolls were made fresh, but they were still very good. The rice was a little bit hard and dry because it just stays out in the display case. It's hard to warm it up too because if they do, the shrimp loses it's crunch. I do question the safety of eating raw salmon that's been sitting out for who knows how long, but it tasted really good. I also didn't get sick after, so I think it's fine. It was soft, and the avocado was fresh. I really didn't need any soy sauce with either of the rolls. They do have packaged wasabi and ginger on the side too if you want it.
