Avoid this place like the plague. Ive come here every now and then since 2018 and the service cant even be described as horrible... it's far worse. If they get your order(s) right it's decent and the sushi was okay but id rather spend the money to order multiple rolls somewhere else that i know will come out quality with good service. The service here was so slow i contemplated just up and leaving.... I waited over 25 minutes for our bill after i told the server we were finished. My date and I had our water filled one time and had to go out of our way to get a refill. Id suggest the location on 192 since they seem to at least have better service but even then all of these locations have fell off to say the least. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T EAT HERE! So bad I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible so I give you a one. Probably the WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The waitress, who I think may be the manager, was the least attentive person. She got our original slip, informed me that I filled the table number out wrong and when I tried to correct it ensured me she would handle it and not to worry and then DIDN'T enter my food. I waited for food that didn't come. We got the wrong food delivered to us multiple times, one time the food runner who dropped it off realized his mistake and came back, asked if I had touched it yet. I told him no and tried to explain to him that I think there was a mistake with my food, he ignored my concern, took the food from my table and delivered it to the table behind us saying "let's pretend that didn't happen". The table witnessed the whole thing and complained as well. The waitress had still yet to check on us and my friend got her food and I still had gotten nothing. Finally, I got the attention of a passing food runner to check on it and was told I had to resubmit my order. The waitress only came one time and I asked her for eel sauce and she never brought it. She checked on her other tables multiple times and then was seemingly avoiding us. When we finished our food we waited a while for anyone to notice. Our waitress came and wordlessly took our plate stack and started to walk away quickly, and I had to stop her to ask for our checks. Understand that she wasn't moving quickly because she was busy. She was spending quite a bit of time chatting with other tables and wait staff. I am an extremely patient person and usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was UNACCEPTABLE! This was a doordash order. It might be relevent, I dont kow what your experience of delivery is , but I find restaurants take liberties. I called the restaurant first and was told they use a third-party app. The person I spoke to was very nice. ( but that isn't enough for more than the rating I'm giving) I went to ubereats and found them, but their order page did not describe the rolls. So I was SUPER disappointed when all but one of my rolls had fake crabmeat in it when I ordered nothing that contains crabmeat.. Since there was no description of what was in the roll, I ordered things I know I like. And was surprised at what showed up. Avocados in the rolls were rock hard. Do they save that for the delivery orders? The fried rice was cold, and that wasnt the biggest problem with it. It was beady and dry with absolutely ZERO flavor, and somehow, brown.. I would likley not go back to this spot because I feel that when a japanese spost uses fake crabmeat ( at all, nevermind this ubiquitously) it doesnt speak well of the quality . We used to love the place, no longer we do, past 6 or 7 times we come to the place and wait for our food for over 2 hrs, occasionally getting some sushi often not at all what we ordered. Today my husband and son literally got 4 pieces of sushi each in 2 hrs we were sitting there, that is all you can eat if you can put in 8 hrs there you might get enough to maybe not be too hungry, for a whooping price of almost 50 dollars per person after taxes and service fees of 18% that automatically added to your check. We have been to the other locations and always had decent experience. Today at the Wickham location it was just poor. First thing that stood out was they charge 18% service fee? I don't ever remember seeing this at other locations. I don't get why they don't just charge $17.65 for the lunch instead of $14.95. Because that is what they charging in the end. One of the ladies that brought our food to the table was absolutely rude. Like she didn't want us there or she didn't want to be there. When I asked our waitress what her problem was, she said they don't get to keep the tips and that was maybe what her problem was. We then asked her if we could talk to the manager about her, and turns out that was the manager. Taller blonde hair lady that was just absolutely rude!!! We didn't figure speaking to her had much value. So I figured I would go on their website and email them. They only have a number and that just got me back to her. Food was decent but the manager made our experience pretty bad. Waitress also mentioned as we were leaving that the place was sketchy. Totally felt that way to us. Suggestion for owner. I came here for the first time with a Groupon and still feel I vastly overpaid. I have no idea how this place has any five star reviews. People reviewing this place seem to complain that $22 for all you can eat sushi is a lot, but many places will charge you that much for just one roll. However, I wouldn't go back it it was free. Firstly, escolar is a fish that gives is known to give intestinal troubles when eaten and is actually illegal in some countries. While I appreciate that they don't try to call it "white tuna" like some other restaurants, they still offer it and any restaurant who sells this fish is not one that you should go to (it's one of the three "assorted fish" that comes with the rainbow roll, among others, and is the opaque white piece you see in some of the pictures). Anyway, when we walked in, we were seated at a booths and left alone for about 20 minutes. Again, it was our first time, so having been to restaurants before, we waited for someone to greet us and take our drink order.... talk to us... look at us... anything. Eventually, after I got tired of people glancing at our table and then quietly walking away, I flagged down one of the servers and we explained that we'd not been here before. She explained how the system works - you take a small card, write down the numbers corresponding to the food on the menu you want, along with a drink, and someone will pick up the card and come back with the food - and then we placed an order for hot tea. I ordered six things on my first card, along with water. My wife ordered four things, a water, and some ginger and wasabi. The items come out piece-by-piece, or sometimes two things on one plate, and often with so much time in between that you forgot what you ordered. Or they will just bring you something that you didn't order at all (like an aforementioned tainted "rainbow roll"). Or they just don't bring you something and you have to guess if they just forgot or if they are still making it and taking a long time. The servers never tell you what they are bringing you, so you can't even confirm it's yours until after you look back at the menu and piece together what it could be. We placed six order cards between the two of us, each time asking for water that never came, and after she tried ordering the third time, she eventually got her ginger and wasabi. On top of the odd service, since I had so much time to look around the restaurant between portions, it occurred to me that one of the guys making the sushi had medium-length hair that wasn't covered by a hat, hair net, or anything. I worked in food service for 10 years and I expect that when I go to some other countries, but here in the states, I find it pretty unacceptable because it just shows that you're more concerned about your hair than the food. In addition, they charge 18% gratuity for everyone. Most restaurants that do this only do so for tables over a certain number because large groups take a lot of time to serve and often end up stiffing the waiter. But we were just two people and the service was terrible. Actually I can't even say that the service was bad, as much as it was almost non-existent. No one ever talked to us, asked how the food is, or if there was anything else we needed. no one even noticed that we didn't have drinks (except for two empty tea cups) for almost the entire meal. When someone did come, they just quietly took the cards from the table and then eventually came back with food that we may or may not have ordered, placed it in front of us, and silently walked away. The food was okay, but I'd rather have sushi from Publix any day, and the pot stickers and spring rolls were as good as any you get in the frozen food section. The hibachi rice and chicken (which i ordered on my first ticket and got right before we left) tasted like a dirty grill. Literally nothing about this place is worth mentioning in a positive light. We left the restaurant, which I have never done before. The new staff is horrible and rude. We waited over 15 minutes and were continued to be ignored. They would not pick up our papers. There were 2 servers and only 6 tables. I went up to the female server and let her know that no one picked up our papers. She walked away from me and talked to the cook and went back to the register and continued to ignore me. After waiting for her to say something I said, "Excuse me Mam" and she rolled her eyes and yelled at me saying "What!" and I said "What about the papers so we can order? Listen, the sushi isn't 5 Stars but it's great for ayce. They have a nice selection on the menu at lunch, and the dinner menu is a full selection. I love the variety as well. This isn't a typical ayce sushi place. It offers a good selection of appetizers, salads/soups, hibachi items, etc. The ability to feed a full group of people with a wide range of tastes is great. The service is quick too. They are efficient and very capable. They come by often to pick up your order to ensure it gets in to the kitchen timely. The part I love most is how frequent they come by to clear the empty plates. The overall experience is definitely a five. read more

Service sucks, waitstaff is very rude. I called in an order for pickup last night, it was a Friday night. I figured they would be somewhat busy. They told me on the phone my order would be ready in about 35 minutes. I arrived about 40 minutes after the call. The first waitress that helped me at the front was nice but it was very apparent that someone had forgotten to put my order in. Kind of annoying, but it happens so I was understanding. She seemed nervous and told me they would expedite my order and I went ahead and paid and left her my phone number to call when it was ready. Oh, but they would take the charge for the sauces off for me, lucky me right lol. When I asked her how much longer it should take she said the kitchen jokingly told her an hour but it shouldn't be longer than 25 minutes. I waited in my car for another 40 minutes, still no phone call. I went inside and stood at the front desk for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. By the time I was finally acknowledged, it was a different waitress and she was very rude. I had been very patient and nice the entire time. I told her I'd been waiting an hour and just needed an update on my order. She immediately had an attitude and said they were very busy and it's an all you can eat. I told her I understood that but it had been an hour and I was standing there for a while without even being acknowledged. (I was watching her flirt it up with some customer the whole time I was standing in there). She wanted to stand there and argue but I don't do that. I just told her to please go check on my food, I don't care to argue. She stormed off and about a minute later another lady finally brought my food over. Bottom line, service sucks here. We went for a small celebratory dinner with my family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids under age 10). When we sat down there were maybe 3 other tables and at least 4 waitresses. It took nearly 5 mins to get noticed and another 10mins to get our drinks ordered. We did have a waitress come by our table twice but only to ask if a particular ticket belonged to us before we had even ordered. The ordering process and menu can be a little confusing for a first time patron and the food came to the table staggered with the kids being served last. The food leaves a Lot to be desired, the sushi was warm and tiny and the cooked food looked overdone. The portions are Very small and visually unappealing, but the kicker is the MANDATORY 18% gratuity regardless of the number in your party. Will not be returning. read more

Unfortunately as sushi factories go this is the better one but they close 45 minutes before they say they close before dinner with open signs still on. I've been three times in the last couple months and have been turned away every single time. First, they had me stand at the front for 10 minutes while servers looked at me and the people who walked in behind me. I then went up to a worker and asked if they are coming to seat us and they said they were understaffed and that we couldn't eat there and turned me and the people behind me away. The second time a similar scenario and just now I got turned away because they already closed down and it was maybe 230. I have really liked their food in the past but their service needs work. Food is delicious and a great variety of appetizers, fried rolls, specialty rolls, raw rolls, cooked rolls, soups, salads, hibachi, hand rolls, nigiri, sashimi - service was great - fast quick and super friendly :) no complaints and the food was tasty :) there is one catch! Took my daughter here for her 13th birthday! Sushi was great and this is a perfect way to try new things! My daughter and I tried new sushi rolls and we even tried Sriracha for the first time! It was a memorable and wonderful time we will remember for a very long time. Only dislike I have is that I didn't understand that any sushi you don't physically eat right then you are charged .75 cents a piece for as waste. Where I understand this keeps people from ordering things to "take home" under the all you can eat pricing, being newbies to this type of place, and they knew this when we arrived sine we told them this and they had to explain how it all worked to us, I apparently didn't see the sign at the check-in desk at the door...which is where the waitress says this policy is posted. I recommended they post the .75 cent charge be printed on the ordering paper you look at each time you order. All it says it to "avoid waste". Needless to say, the three pieces left from the last roll my daughter ordered, and decided she did not like, ended up being stuffed in my belly. The all-you-can-eat factor is a plus for our teens. The non-sushi items are sub-par, especially the teriyaki chicken--way too spicy, without any nuances of ginger or garlic. Caution: I was surprised to find that they factor in a 18% gratuity before you see the bill. I was in a hurry that time, and made the mistake of tipping my customary 20% on top of the printed total. Ok, I am going to get the negative out of the way. They don't have everything. No hotate, no uni, no sweet shrimp, no chuo toro. That is ok. So what does $22.95 + 18% service charge get you? A lot! So they focus on tuna, salmon, surf clam, shrimp, and some other things. If you remember that, and can live with it you'll be ok. They have appetizers and I can say what I tried was good. Gyoza both steamed and fried, sexy jalapeno, and edamame. All of it was good, and maybe the edamame was a little too salted, but that just encourages more beer consumption. From the hibachi I got the shrimp noodles. Those were good. The shrimp here is pretty good. As far as the rolls, sashimi and everything else? I can't say you will get something bad. Stick to what you like and go all in. Can't say enough good things about the spicy tuna, or anything roll with shrimp tempura. And seriously? Just order nothing but sushi rice, and tuna & salmon sashimi. Make your own donburi. If you "all you can eat" the tuna and salmon sashimi you'd be doing it right. The servers? We were a party of 6 and kept confusing the plates. Like my son got all of the things I ordered. Oh well! We all walked away fat and happy. They kept doing it, they kept apologizing, and we didn't care, they were fantastic servers regardless. So suspend fantasy for a touch. You are not walking into a sushi restaurant at 4 Chome, 7-12-20 Ginza and ordering "omakase". You are in Melbourne FL and about to sit down to all you can eat sushi. If you know how to sushi, you will get your $23 bucks worth and walk away happy. I've eaten sushi from the fish that was still alive 5 minutes prior. This will not hold a candle to it. The service is slow & after your table stops ordering it's over a half an hour before anyone comes by again so that you can ask for the check. We've been 3 times, never got out in less than 3 hours... This building looks nicer than the Maple street Sushi Factory location as that is a hole in the wall but it's a much better experience.
