Classic Asian restaurant with great quality food and quick service. We enjoyed a couple of apps as well as entrees and everything was delicious. Started off with some sushi and Korean chicken. Then for dinner had stir fried chicken, bomb m noo. Sushi, and a poke bowl. Really loved everything as was very fresh. Loved the combo of the polo the best tho. Recommend!!

A good go-to spot that is not too pricey and doesn't have too many extra bells and whistles. The service was nice and fast, and they were really kind. Everything was really solid but nothing stood out. The fish was fresh but didn't melt in your mouth fresh, but glad there weren't rolls with massive amounts of cream cheese.

Taking all things into consideration, knowing I'm coming in during the evening on Memorial Day. As soon as I walked in I noticed the absence of sound. Which could be good or bad depending on the person. No music was heard and minimal chatter. A calming place indeed. Only one server on deck and seems to be working dine out orders as well. Wonton soup - 8/10 ----homemade dumplings are always great to see. And the sesame oil was definitely present. Kung Pao Chicken - 10/10 ----lean chicken and easy to chew. The texture was on point along with the sauce. Cooked carrots, celery, and onions mixed in. I cant critique this. Grilled Chicken roll - 7/10 ---- very tasty, although dry. Might be a good idea to pair with spicy mayo. Could not find a teriyaki chicken roll. But if they had it, I would've ordered that instead. Overall - 4/5 ---- pretty good spot amongst even more boujee restaurants. Doesn't specialize in just rolls but is a mix of all Asian foods. So if you don't like sushi, don't hesitate to try this place!

Open until 9pm or so. Interior decor is nice. I smell some ammonia from their cleaning products or something as we walked to our table. Ordered the bomber, california and two ginger salads and a chicken bibimbap with a well done fried egg. $44.73 for our total. $1 for a small ramekin of sriracha here. The ginger house salad isn't too bad. Iceberg lettuce in the salads. They put kale in the bibimbap instead of spinach here. Spinach would be better for me. I had one gristly chicken piece in the couple of chicken bites for me. The bibimbap had a nice crunchy bottom to it. The bomber roll is good. Then again anything fried is good for the most part. The California roll wasn't bad. The bomber takes the forefront of the meal. Service was decent, not warm or friendly. The waitress gave me the hand once to tell me to wait for her to get something to write down the entree for us as well. The guy that brought us our bill was friendlier and warmer for sure. We were charged $1 for the small ramekin of sriracha. They didn't tell us when we ordered either, would be okay paying for it, so long as we are told ahead is all.

This place has become my go-to sushi place. It's not flashy or pretentious, but just well priced, good quality food. Service at times can be on a slow side (perhaps understaffed) but always polite. Everything I tried was good- wanton soup, hot n sour sauce, Korean pancake. But my personal favorite is Torched salmon roll. They also serve saki, and it looks like outdoor seating will be available as well.

Kung Pao was bland and tasted horrible. No spice at all. It was drowned in soy sauce. Total waste of money!

So glad we stopped here while experiencing the Dream Cruise! We ordered the cucumber salad, chef's special roll, and sea salt caramel cake. 5/5 for the food, service, and speed! we got our salad and roll in under 7 min. the menu didn't mention that the salad came with crab, so that was a very pleasant surprise! the fish in the roll tasted v fresh. waitress was so kind and friendly. there was some confusion with the dessert - we ordered the caramel cake but we're given a lemon cake instead. she was very apologetic and said they had run out of the caramel so we could have the lemon cake on the house!! will def be back.

We were promptly seated just after the happy hour began and there were some tables taken up already. Service was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. We ordered the ribs, fried chicken bites, and then each of the happy hour sushi rolls. The stars of the show were the ribs and fried chicken. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. They weren't too sugary either, but definitely had some sweet to them. I'm not a huge rib guy, but these were special. The fried chicken was equally delicious. It came with a sauce that was very good too. Would go back just for those two items. The sushi was good, but not the best I've had. My favorite was probably the shrimp tempura roll. Spicy tuna roll was pretty good as well. Because of how good the ribs/chicken were, this gets a 5 star. The happy hour pricing was very reasonable. Normal pricing a bit rough.

It really added to the whole experience. For starters, we shared the hamachi and crispy rice, both of which were fresh and delicious. For mains, we got the pork ribs and the chicken fried rice, and honestly, the fried rice was a highlight. The panko-crusted chicken pieces in it were such a clever touch. The ribs could use additional flavor (think more ginger-soy). I also loved the cucumber mocktail, which was so refreshing and a great option if you're not drinking. We'll definitely be back if ever in Birmingham! Copy review Even shorter

My quest for the best burger continued when I got this the other day for takeout. I ordered the HP…read moreburger and added the bacon; came with a side of fries. Value was good; about $20 for a burger and fries in this location is pretty hard to beat. The burger was delicious. High quality meat that was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. No complaints on the meat. The bacon was awesome. They should really just call it pork belly because that's what it is, but nice flavor and no giant chunks of inedible fat which means it was cooked to perfection. The sauce was like a pickle mayo combo; very nice. The fries were solid. They could have been a bit crispier, but hey were adequately salted which was great. Decent portion on them as well. Overall, this is a top tier burger on par with some of the big boys you think of when it comes to who has the best burger in the area. Pleasantly pleased with this one. 5 star burger, 4 star fries.

Extra half dozen pretzel sticks $6.50 easy enough. That was literally it. 2. I walk in, male bored out of his mind hostess can barely get the strength to say hello. I explain that I placed a carry out. He goes to the room behind him and grabs a bag and hands it to me and says enjoy. 3. I always check my carry out. It's always wrong but really how wrong can a dish with no modifications except extra sauce and order of pretzel bread go wrong? 4. It went wrong. In the bag ready for me to leave and be disappointed was just the Chicken Milanese... all by its self. Where is the bread you get with the dish? More importantly where is the 6 pieces of pretzel bread I stupidly paid 6.50 for?? Where is my butter... where is the extra sauce I paid $2... 5. I went back up to him and said...like an idiot I paid 6.50 for extra bread, so where is it?? He was really confused about their menu and what I was asking for. He said I'll take the bag to the kitchen.. I said "you can get the bread and sauce I can keep the bag" he said they want proof it wasn't in there.. lmao. Weird but I'm standing in front of you while I was checking it. 6. Gave him the bag. He came back with bread rolls and 3 pretzels sticks.. I looked at him and said.. buddy this is the bread that should have come with it in the first place. This isn't the pretzels I paid extra for. He was confused again.. slowly walked to the back that I aged 5 years. He came back with the pretzels I paid for.. but still, sadly, no extra sauce. But they did give me mayo instead of butter... just noticed it lol 7. I asked for a manager. Manager came and I said I asked for extra sauce and I got these two dinky half filled containers that make up one sauce anyway. He said usually it comes with one and you got two.. I gave him a look that made him run back and grab me a third. He acted like he was doing me favor. Manager guy: I paid $41 for chicken extra sauce and pretzel bread.... Don't embarrass the brand or yourself by trying to convince me about extra sauce. Anyway.. long story long, their team sucks. Their team has always sucked but this was a great reminder as to why I rarely get carry out or eat in. Also, their coke is warm from a can. Who wants warm coke cans over ice. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
